It wont be long before this location has a line wrapped around the building just like other duck donuts. The donuts speak for themselves, warm, sweet, and fulfilling to the max. The new breakfast sandwiches are a must have. The icing on the donut is how courteous and pleasant the staff was. Thank you to the owner who was great with my daughter.

My absolute favorite doughnut place of all times!! My family and I stopped here twice on our trip to St. Louis and I wish everyday that we had one in Dallas. The owner is a very sweet and nice lady. The doughnuts are amazing and you can create your own! That’s awesome! My favorite is actually their doughnut breakfast sandwich, it just melts in your mouth. It is truly wonderful. My mouth is watering just thinking about it 😂 This place is an absolute gem. A must stop for people who love doughnuts or people with kids. My son loves getting to create his own doughnuts. He’s favorite is the strawberry glaze, sprinkles and powdered sugar doughnut. My favorite, besides the breakfast sandwich, is the maple glazed bacon doughnut. My wife’s was the key lime doughnut. But whatever your taste you can make your own delicious doughnuts here. We will definitely be returning here on another trip back.

Donut sausage egg and cheese Sandwich was fantastic. A bit messy with the maple glaze, so I would ask to have it INSIDE the sandwich it in top. And don’t forget your hot sauce!! ❤️🤤The caramel frappe was also amazing!! Just wish I had remembered to ask for almond milk as regular milk doesn’t really agree with me.

Freshly made as you order. Many toppings to select from. Friendly staff and even a side pickup window for togo orders. Definitely worth a 2nd visit.

All I can say is YUM! We are more yeast donut type people, but decided to give this place a try anyway, and it did not disappoint. The donuts were warm and soft, and full of flavor. We devoured them in minutes! Give this place a try! Youll love it.

Donuts are amazing & online ordering is convenient. I only give 3 stars because the coffee leaves much to be desired. The lattes take like straight milk…zero coffee or caffeine. The pumpkin spice latte had no flavor at all. We got more than 1, so I think it’s just how they make them. Waste of money because we had to get coffee again somewhere else.

For a chain Donut place, Duck Donuts is not too shabby and worth a try. The customization can be a bit overwhelming for someone like me, but luckily they have a bunch of premade suggestions that are all good choices. Weve been there a few times now and the donut itself is good and then the variety of icings are mostly all pretty good. When you order a donut your main source of flavor will be from the donut and the primary icing of choice. The additional drizzles and what not dont really add much flavor and in some cases, the sprinkles actually detracted from the flavor of everything else and I generally dont mind sprinkles.Our favorites were Vanilla donuts with chocolate icing, Blueberry Pancake, and French Toast. I ordered a Caramel Latte once as well and it was really good.

An update! I haven’t had any issues an over a year. They practically know me by name: they know exactly how I Like my donuts. And Tory is awesome!!(Laurie) One of the owners name Laurie is really rude. She should have the best customer service to set a good example for her workers. But she’s the only one I’ve had a problem with . My donuts was messed up the past two times and I’ve been over 30 times lol so I know how they are supposed to taste . Other than that I love duck donuts when their fresh and made with love! Not with attitude.

Duck donuts is a truly unique experience. I grew up in the south where Krispy Kreme was made famous and although they are good, they simply do not compare to the Majesty of duck donuts.Duck donuts are made as soon as you order them and every one of them comes out hot and delicious. Even their breakfast sandwiches are to die for. My only advice is to get there early because sell out quickly. If youre ever traveling through Chesterfield and its earlier you owe it to yourself to stop in, grab a cup of coffee and a couple of donuts. The maple bacon is a personal favorite. Every time I have company visit from out of town, we stop at duck donuts. Best in town bar none.

The family loves these cake donuts. In general, we don’t usually buy cake donuts but these are definitely worth a try. We love the available combinations of icings and toppings.

Today we took the kids to Duck Donuts. The kids loved it “we did too”. They like the fact that they can see how their donuts are made and how fun it was to see the decorations on them. Plus the fact that they are always fresh and warm. We got the chocolate iced one, blueberry and cinnamon sugar with some sprinkles.Not our first and definitely not the last.

Its like going to a subway (or Burger King)...but donuts...do it their way or...create your own toppings...OMGGGG.

First time experience. Staff was great, place was clean. The donuts are very good but it appears that they use a cake donut recipe so the donut part is all the same but they can put various items & toppings on the freshly baked made to order donuts.

Typical “trendy” suburban doughnut shop. In a town such as St Lou, with so many amazing old school doughnut shops, just, why? I’m not a fan of Vincent Van Dougnut, so not sure why I thought I might like these.

BEST donuts EVER!

A very kind attendant explained the process to us. We bought 3 donuts; lemon, orange cream, and peanut butter chocolate. They came out warm (unexpected) and were yummy down to the last crumb! We especially enjoyed the slightly crunchy outside with the warm, tender and tasty inside. 3 donuts were about $5.50 but worth it. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Duck Donuts!

We were in this morning for the second time it was a great experience and the donuts were even better. Lived up to all the recommendations we received. So many great flavors and toppings to choose from. Our friends have been to the Carolina locations and had great things to say. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Owners were in store greeting and ensuring everything turned out great. Highly recommend this location.They are all great but try Peanut Butter Paradise, French Toast, and the Beach.

Delicious custom made, fresh cake donuts. You can choose a base coating, a drizzle, and a topping (e.g. bacon, graham cracker crumbles, coconut, etc.) or choose from one of their pre-designed donuts. They are hot when you get them and have directions for reheating if you choose to save them for a later date. They offer various iced coffee drinks and bottled beverages. Staff was courteous and kind, location kept clean.

We went to Duck Donuts today (national donut day) because we have been wanting to try it since they opened. We definitely werent disappointed! The donuts came out warm and possibly one of the freshest donuts Ive ever eaten! You get to custom choose your toppings, icing, glaze, etc. Make it how you want! Unique experience and excellent donuts. We will be back for more!

Very disappointed. Service was mediocre, at best. I waited 45 minutes for an order of 12. The two elderly ladies at the register (owners?) were ridiculously snooty, and only seemed interested in catering and fawning over, those whom I assume were their regulars. The young crew, assigned to decorating each donut, were meticulous and did a great job. Unfortunately however, all in all, these sweet treats are vastly overpriced for what they ultimately are. A round, semi-dry cake, topped with sprinkles.

This place is amazing! I pride myself on being a bit of a donut connoisseur, and maybe we were just at the right place at the right time, but these were the best donuts Ive had in my entire life. Which is a problem, because now I just really want to eat their donuts all of the time. They make the donuts fresh to order (you get to choose your toppings) so they come out warm and gooey and they just melt in your mouth. I need to stop taking about it .. Just highly recommended!

I have never had a more delicious donut. It was the perfect flavor and freshness second to none. The customer service was exceptional. My husband had ordered some donuts in store and realized he was missing a few of them after he left. However when we went back to get the missing donuts, they made us a whole new batch. Great place, GREAT service! Employee greeted us at the door and asked if we had been before, broke down how the menu works and couldn’t of been more pleasant. Staff behind the counter again asked and was very friendly. Wish I would have got a picture of my sandwich before I devoured it, was awesome!
