My rep, Bob Schneider, is fantastic. Honest, humble, ever cheerful and always goes the extra mile to make sure we have our supplies on time. He has been my rep for many years, never pushy, just focused on being as helpful as possible. Hes even given me spare parts to fix my equipment. Couldnt be happier with him!

What a great company. I appreciate the support that I received from the Company and particularly Jeremy Johnson at the St.Louis Office. We had a rogue tech that was double billing us and repairing our equipment in HIS GARAGE when we thought it was being sent to the Henry Schein ProRepair. This tech would then bill me through himself then through Schein. Once the company found out they made things right for us, and rebuilt our Autoclave that was damaged by this EXPERIENCED TECH of 18 years, for no charge. I understand that sometimes employees dont follow company protocol, but what I appreciate is how the Company and Jeremy stood behind me and made it right. Thank You

You are a liar and you are running this company into the ground quickly! You have been screwing with my dad for over a year and I hope it comes around ten-fold on you. I sure hope corporate gets a handle on you soon (by firing you). Threatening a person who brought customers TO Sullivan-Schein n/k/a Henry Schein (WHICH WE HAVE PROOF...18 years ago...which by the way is more experience than all of you big wigs have put together) with legal action is a huge mistake.This all stems from you getting butt-hurt last week when a doctor told you to get out of her office huh Jeremy?
