The store is nice, with very nice cashiers. Very eager to help you! There were some things that I was looking for, and did not have unfortunately at this location. Today at the Olive Blvd.location they had what I was looking for. I love all of the Dollar Tree locations!.😁

I just went to this location tonight for the first time and let me just say this location is AMAZING! Probably my new favorite. Everything was clean, well stocked, and organized. Staff was very polite and efficient. Plus this location has the largest freezer section I’ve ever seen in one of these stores. I will definitely be coming back! Two thumbs up!

This is the nicest dollar tree I have been on so far. Very neat and clean. Well organized. Lots of fun items that change and regular items you can count on being there. Best place for greeting cards, party products, cleaning products, drinking, wine and beer glasses and if you need readers you need to shop here. Highly recommend.

Great service and selection

I love all dollar trees 🌳 they have so much awesome stuff.

Let me start out by saying this is a great place to get gift bags, cards and bows. I always stock up on my thank you cards when I go here. I often get little Christmas ornaments to use as decorations on presents at the holiday time. They have also always have Easter, and Halloween decorations as well. Need some helium balloons for a special occasion? This is your place. They have a vast offering of mylar helium balloons as well as regular helium balloons. They offer a very large selection of various office and school supplies, as well as some art supplies. This is a great place to get puzzle books! This Dollar tree also has a very nice selection of food items. I most recently got a great selection of coloring books. This Dollar Tree is definitely worth the visit if you happen to be in the area.

The cashier Ashley didn’t acknowledge me or any of the customers in front of me. She didn’t even say word one during my transaction. I noticed she had her eyes closed several times to the point I thought she was asleep. The cashier shouldn’t look like she’s high or drunk. And should it take 10 plus mins to check out 4 customers all of whom had no more than 5 or 6 items. I don’t expect much when I go to shop at dollar tree but it was a truly poor experience.

Great greeting cards for a dollar piece!

Cashier lady was not a happy helper, IDK why. She charged me $1 each for 2 0.50 cents greeting cards then she gave me one bag with my cartoon of eggs only, no cards, no wafers. I could hardly see the payment machine so I didnt notice. When I came back for my cards there was no apology and no sign of my wafers 😔 If you DONT want to work please dont take it on the customer... find another place for you

Manager was of great help locating plastic tableware. I thought it was in one place, but it was somewhere else. He took ownership of the store and my issue and helped me to get out quickly.

Halloween candy shopping. Besides candy I found a ghoul trick and treat bag, treat bags and small toys to hand out.

My experience here was less than pleasant. As soon as I walked in a horrible stench smacked me in the nose. Then I noticed they had no air conditioner! Its over 100 degrees outside! A broke down a/c in the middle of the summer is an emergency fix, not something to be waited on. As I walk to the register I notice these intelligent people have put an oscillating fan literally in the CENTER of the tiny aisle. Not next to the cashier, not at the end of the aisle blowing towards customers and the cashier, but literally just right in the middle of the freaking aisle. So I squeeze around it and the get greeted with a huffing and puffing cashier because Ive placed my few items in a gift bag. He gives me a very hateful look and then acts as if its such a chore to reach into my bag. I said uh did you need me to empty that for you? He responded with I cant scan items if theres nothing out here to scan. So I emptied the bag for him. It was one of the most ridiculous things Ive ever encountered at a checkout. It would have been no different than me bringing in my own bag (which I normally do) or putting stuff in a basket. Ive worked retail and never treated a guest like garbage for placing their items in a bag or basket. Will I return? Not in a million!

Chesterfield store is clean and there customer service is very helpful.

I shop here all the time. They have fresh soft wonderbread for $1... Where else can you get that kind of deal!

Store has a nice selection but dont try to return anything. The manager is very rude. Beware.

Manager was extremely rude and yelled at me after I got cut in line by another customer. I’m pretty sure her name tag was “Jackie”. Will not be shopping here again.

Very nice store. Clean and organized

Assistant manager Connie yelled at my child because she picked up a football in the toy isle and got excited. In the most rude voice you can imagine, she yelled, Dont play with the toys! I was standing less than 3 feet from her in the isle. When I confronted her about the way she spoke to a child, she said my child was going to throw that ball. Wow, Connie, you yelled at a CHILD for getting excited in YOUR (she made sure to let me know it was HER store) because you knew, beyond the shadow of a doubt, she would throw it down the isle while I was standing next to her. Then, lets just say she did throw the ball, you ASSumed I would just allow this behavior even though she, nor the 2 boys that were also with us were doing anything inappropriate while picking out their toys! Sheesh, it must suck to hate life so much you take it out on a child. What the heck is wrong with people?! If you have kids, I wouldnt recommend taking them to this store to pick out a toy. We love Dollar Tree; well just pick a different location.

None of the stores have free wi fi as advertised. We have talked to many employees and all say they do not know why. Also the ladies rest room had no toilet paper and it was dirty.

A lot of Xmas decorations

Employees are not especially nice, but Dollar Tree prices are always great and the product selection, while somewhat limited, is perfect for little trinkets to add to birthday presents, etc.

Store was cleaner and stock better than ours in Madison Tenn.

Employees are rude, especially the manager. If you appreciate being treated with respect I recommend shopping somewhere else.
