Laura was such a wonderful help! She helped get my girls supported and in a bra thats flattering. Ive shopped here for years and their customer service has always been outstanding! You will pay more but its a you get what you pay for situation. Invest in a good bra, itll change your life 😉

We had a very bad experience today at Ann’s Bra Shop. I brought my 13 year old daughter in who has a very big chest to get measured. She also has Autism and lots of sensory issues. She has only ever worn sports bras. I needed help in figuring out what size bra would fit her (if and when she is ready for the feeling of a regular bra) and if there were any sports bras too. The person who helped us was very disrespectful to my daughter and had zero patience with her. My daughter did not like the feel of the first bra that was put on her so she asked to take it off immediately. The person helping us got irritated with my daughter. My daughter caught on to her attitude and it only got worse. We left pretty quickly after getting measured as my daughter was getting frustrated. As we were leaving, the person who helped us told me that my daughter needed to be taught manners. I held it together and walked out of the store instead of making a scene. And to make matters worse, I think it was the owner who is helping us. I’m never going back.

I went in at my 6 week post surgery to get a bra. My doctor clearly stated no underwire. I advised Kathy of this and she asked who my doctor was and to tell him that she said. I advised her again that MY DOCTOR said no underwire. She then comes back with a 42 band bra with extender on it. Ok that means the bra is not my size and should NEVER had been offered. She then advised me that there were no cute bras in non underwire and I would have to deal with bras that made me feel self conscious in them. This is a place that should uplift women not make them leave crying.

I had such a great experience here! The staff works together as a team, so each customer gets the best service they have to offer. I was very happy with how quickly I was taken care of (there was a wait, but I wouldnt expect anything less on a Saturday morning), and how efficiently I was sized. They have a great selection of bras at multiple price points, along with a generous return policy (30 days).My only reason for not giving a full five stars is because few to none of the staff were wearing masks, and masks were not encouraged for the customers. This is a store that caters to women who are recovering from breast cancer, who may have had mastectomies, lumpectomies, or who are currently undergoing treatment. It was greatly disappointing to see that Anns Bra Shop did not take extra care for customers who may be immunocompromised .

If I could leave less than one star I would. I left the store on Olive in tears. I am very petite with deceivingly large breast. Typically a 30D but should be a 28. I have a rash that is caused from my bras not fitting right, because I can’t find a 28d. I signed in and waited patiently for an associate. Most of the girls were snacking in the back leaving one woman hanging. The woman finally called my name. Barely measured me(only around my ribs, not my bust)and said “you are too tiny for anything we have”. Keep in mind I saw a rack with plenty of 28D on it. She brings a B cup, surprise it doesn’t fit. I tell her my size. She brings one that kind of fit, but I didn’t fill the cup. She says I need to buy a 30D and have a seamstress take it in. I asked about not filling the cup. She said “but it gives the appearance that you do”. This place is supposed to help you find the right bra. I felt like I was an inconvenience and interrupting her break. I will NEVER go back. I feel like Julia Roberts in pretty woman.

The sales associate was extremely helpful. I left with a couple of very comfortable bras that will hopefully last quite a while (the previous bras which I purchased here lasted longer than expected)

Customer service was excellent. The staff is very knowlegeableble and helpful. Did not have to wait for someone to help me. I got measured right away and the staff found what I needed. I will come back. Friendly and courteous.

I have never had anything other than a perfect experience here. The wonderful ladies that work there as super helpful and attentive and will go above and beyond to work with you. I am a very hard size to fit and have never been able to find a bra that fits without ordering online, but they worked with me and recommended bras that were exactly what I was looking for. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Anns Bra Shop was very very much a good experience. My bra fitter specialist Pat, was welcoming, friendly and gave me some education about the right bra fit. I was measured, and tried a bra on with adjustments made. Very comfortable, not feel embarrassed about being a larger size, have bras in ALL sizes--- Pat was was great getting the right size for me, and did a special order as well.Now it is pricey, $50 or more for a bra, however well worth it when you know will be wearing it everyday.

Two words - run away! My wife went here after her mastectomy and during the fitting session for a prosthetic and new bra she told me that the worker was cursing the whole time, complaining about Fing insurance companies. Overall it was a bad experience but she was pressured into buying three of the same bra and then told it would take 6 weeks to come in. When I called for my wife to cancel our order, she quickly said they had some in stock and to come get everything three days later. When we returned, my wife came out to the car crying and said the owner had berated her because we were demanding, despite the fact that they had refused to cancel the order. Other problems include overcharging us for our products, the whole shop smells like a bird cage that hasnt been cleaned in months, and the owner has a black dog that wanders around the store licking customers (probably many who have a compromised immune system due to chemo or radiation treatment). Again, RUN AWAY from Anns Bra Shop.

This place is amazing! The lady who helped me find the right size bra basically took one look at me and said you need this one here... and she was right! I *never* would have guessed the size correctly, obviously, and I feel BEAUTIFUL! I dont want to buy a cruddy bra ever again now that I know the difference. I cant recommend the ladies at Anns Bra Shop highly enough!

I brought my daughter in. Had heard good things but my daughter was told that no bra would lie flat without gap. It was busy and apparently fitter is an expert who was called to help others. Would have loved to have found the 2-3 bras she was looking for

Ive always been a hard fit, and they have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and give me the best help that they can give, and that is not easy in my case! They even have futters who know about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, one of the reasons Im such a hard fit! Im constantly in there getting resized, as my body is constantly changing, and they are so patient and kind! Lara is one of my favorites. Im so grateful to have this place so nearby! The first time I came here was amazing. Great service and polite employees. I came down a second time and was waiting to be helped when I overheard a lady with a Karen haircut and glasses ask a customer if she signed in or not. She said no it was her first time coming in and the lady that worked there rudely said well I think thats what the sign is for. I had to leave and I wont be coming back to this location. It is unbelievable that she could talk to a customer like that.

Amazing! Got fitted for a correct size and tried on the first one and it fit great. In and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend it!

Everyone was nice to me when I came in for a fitting. They educated me on the products that I was getting. There one thing I wish will change is that the employees who are working with Women who have a history of Breast cancer would ware some type of face sheld or mask when they are in close contact with someone whos immune system is cimpermized.

Just assume that you’re going to be treated with suspicion; see the signs above the cashier. The rude woman who assisted me decidedt I was a problem right away when I told her that bras with underwires hurt my ribs. She insisted I try one on and I had to show her the mark it left before she believed me. They hardly had any non-underwire bras and the ones they did have were uncomfortable. Good luck.

Staff was knowledgeable and fun. A good bra is definitely an investment so be prepared to spend money but they do have payment plans and can hold items for a limited time as well.

I thought I was 36 C and maybe the cup was to big, wrong!! My band is 34 and cup DD! No more underwire riding on my ribs!! I had a wonderful experience at Ann’s Bra Shop and Mastectomy Center today. I went in with such a negative attitude because I was not happy about needing to shop for a prosthesis but these ladies quickly changed my mood. They were so informative and told me about insurance coverage, provided me with a fitting, and a donated prosthesis. I will tell everyone I know about the shop and how they are helping women dealing with breast cancer. The owner Catherine Burns was the best and she really cares.

If I could give more stars I would!! These ladies are amazing! I had a bra emergency at work last night and broke the underwire of my last bra. Being what I thought was an I-cup, I couldnt go anywhere close for an emergency. I called and these ladies all stayed past closing to help me, I drove an hour to get to them right at their closing time and they still took the time to remeasure and get me fitted in now a K-cup, and with all the personal service I was still out within 10 minutes!! Yall are definitely my new family!!

The best place in Missouri for bra fittings, whether its surgical or non surgical, this shop is amazing 👏 and the selections are top notch.

My wife thinks this place is the cats meow. She loves the fact that they take their time here to size you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. She said that they are very knowledgeable about bras and stuff. She said they even let you try out your purchase, and if you are not pleased you can bring it back for a refund. She said there are some stipulations to it. Need a good bra or something along that line, my wife will cosign for this place being all that and then some. 😁

This is my go-to bra place! They have EVERYTHING you need and the ladies in there really know their stuff. I go for the bras because my chest is on the bigger side. But, I have also seen their work with women recovering from breast cancer and mastectomies....they are top notch! Ladies, you know the only feeling better than no bra at all is a perfect fitting one!

I have been shopping at Anns for over 25 years. Was thrilled when they came to St Charles Co. It has gotten to the point if nothing has really changed for me I can just call on the phone, they look up what bras I purchased on my previous visits. If they dont have them in stock, they order them so I can pick them up. I really cant shop anywhere else for bras. Not sure what I would do without them.

Good store for good bras. Many different sizes and types of bras. They carry bras for women who need very large sizes. The staff is very helpful with fitting you and helping you pick out things to try on. The only thing I would say is do not let them push you into buying something that you dont love.

I have been going there since I was 13 years old, I am now 33. The last two times I have been in that store I havent been that pleased with the service I have been getting. You use to have one person always with you, finding you bras and helping you fit them. I was there a week ago and the lady helping me measured me and then found me some bras but then would disappear. Lucky, I had my mom with me and she started looking for my size in bras. While I was still trying on bras the lady started helping someone else as well. I was mostly on my own, which isnt how it use to be. A lot of time they dont have a lot of my bras in my size, so I have to order them online, I have been doing that for a few years now and I dont have a problem doing that. I just dont know what happened to the wonderful customer service I use to get when I first started coming there.

These ladies are knowledgeable and super helpful. Im not a girly girl and Im not overly endowed so my knowledge on bra shopping is basically only sports bras which made me look more flat chested. I now have a girlish figure with the right bra.

Arrived at the Chesterfield store about 1:00 P.M. on a Thursday and was immediately greeted by two staff members. Kate offered to be my consultant for a fitting. She was appropriately friendly yet businesslike in measuring and asking questions. She immediately brought several bras for me to try. The entire consultation was about fifteen minutes, and I left as a satisfied customer. Prices are very reasonable...the same as K____ and P______.

The women there are really nice and helpful in finding your size and taking the suggestions of what you want. It is very hard to find a bra in my size that looks really good and but they really help me try every time. My only issue is that there is a very limited selected in my size.

Special needs are no problem. You are always made to feel very comfortable and the associates there bend over backwards to make you happy! Super great place to be especially if youve had a mastectomy or have a very hard to fit bra size.... you will leave theyre very satisfied.

I ordered bras online and due to the Covid-19 breakout, I expected them to take a while to get to me. So that is no big deal. The ladies I spoke with were very polite and very helpfull.

They were so nice helping my sister find her bra size! Their store can be a maze of bras sometimes, but if you ask they can point you right where you need to be. The bras come in everything from the flattest A cup and tiniest waist to the largest cups you ever will see and the largest band youd ever need and the best part is their the same price or cheaper as a VS bra!

Staff is wonderful always feel like family when Im there. They have fitters to help you find the perfect bra for your size.they tell you how to care for your undergarments to make them last. They have a wide variety of colors styles and prices. Very understanding if you have had breast surgery I highly recommend them they are knowledgeable in post surgery comfort when it comes to a bra.

Never underestimate the power of a good bra. Anns is the place to go.

I cannot go to a regular store to buy bras. I was blessed with size 38 J boobs. While most of the ladies are a bit older and could be friendlier they always treat me with courtesy. I had my son with me the last time I went who was about 10 months at the time and they were very understanding and worked quickly. I also like the fact that they have a loyalty program.

First time going and the lady Eileen was really helpful. I would definitely recommend Anns to anyone

If you need a bra, Anns is the place to go. They help you find correct fitting bras at a fair price and have a huge selection. Staff is always helpful. My only complaint is that the changing room floors are very dirty and need to be vacuumed. Thats not enough to make me not come back but when you have a special outfit for an event that you are trying to find the right bra for its concerning that the changing room floors are dirty.

Ive been going here for 15 years! I go and have to get a prosthesis. They are amazing! Its embarrassing just having to go for this but they always make me feel better and are so helpful and nice! Thank u for that! I even get my swim suits here! All around perfect place and staff!!

Such a wonderful place. My daughter and I were both fitted. They took the time to listen and find solutions. Had a minor issue with one bra. They immediately swapped it out and even gave me a temporary extender to help with the comfort. Wonderful staff!!!!

I usually always get there as soon as they open, to beat the crowds. I decided this afternoon to just go. I figured I would have a little wait. I walked in and they werent busy. April (my helper) took me right away. After she measured me and determined my correct size, she brought like 10 bras to the dressing room for me to try. If I needed anything or had a question, she was always there. I never thought I would say this but I had an AMAZING experience buying bra(s)!!! I have been coming here for many, many years and my experience has always been the same. Exceptional! And like always, I will return with out a doubt! Highly recommend! Great place to shop for ladies that have usually bra sizes. The staff will measure you and assist throughout the entire fitting and shopping process if needed. Staff is helpful and really nice.

They are expensive, but a great fit. The women who work here know their bras and will measure you and hand pick several that cater to your wants and needs for trying on. Seems like I always drop $250 in this place every other year which isnt too often I guess so theres that.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. The place was kind of busy. My wait wasnt very long. Becky was my fitting expert. If youve never been there, Becky is a firecracker. So fun! Talks to you as if you really matter. She found me the perfect bra. Im a hard to fit size, btw. But Anns had my size. I will definitely be back

I have been shopping at Anns for 2 years. I agree with other reviewers that they do not have the sexiest bras around but, in my size, I do not have many options. The most important thing for me was to know that I was taking care of my breasts so they can stay in the best shape possible for the future. I am confident in their expertise for fitting me in a proper bra that supports me properly.

I never knew what it was like to be properly sized for a bra, and it has made a HUGE difference in my life. It turned out that I had been wearing the wrong bra size, which played a part in back pain.Overall, the staff is kind and means well, but I couldnt help but feel a little pressured in my first fitting. It seemed as though the woman who was helping me wanted me to be happy, but she also wanted to be right and get me out fast. As long as you know your body and chose to speak up when you think the fit may be off, youll be fine.I have been back to the store since that first fitting and had a much better experience with the staff. Overall, I would recommend this store.
