Popped into the store and had my car battery replaced and out in about ten minutes. It was great.

I brought my phone in to repair my screen and when I got it back they charged me 200 bucks and I couldnt receive texts, access the internet, and couldnt even write notes in the phone. When I brought it back they told me the warranty they offered was voided and tried to charge me another 100 dollars to repair what they broke. I would never recommend this place unless you want to pay for someone to destroy your phone.

What a great experience! My wifes car had a dead battery, so after a jump start I headed over the Batteries Plus Bulbs in Chesterfield to have the battery and alternator checked. What a great job Nick did in diagnosing the problem! The service was fast and efficient and Nick gave me some great advise on keeping the battery charged properly. The batteries I ordered are not AA as described. They are flat on the positive side. They are cheap Chinese batteries - typical of Batteries Plus. They told me they would be ready for pick up on Thursday and I arrived on Friday and they did not have them. They called me on Saturday and i finally picked them up on Sunday. Should have been much simpler than this.

I went in to get a battery for my phone, it was not charging. They waited on me immediately and tested my phone and battery was dead. So they said it would take about an hour or more to fix. Came back later and phone was fixed and charged up. These people are always efficient, professional and personal. Great service!!

I needed a car battery and found the one I needed for my car on their website. I ordered it online then drove to the store later where they installed the new one on the spot. This was very easy to do. In my case, there was no waiting. In and out in 15 - 20 minutes!

Great Service at this location. First experience at Batteries Plus. Only downside is the parking, there is none. The store is flanked by two restaurants and there was ZERO parking. There were spots to park in 75 yards away., carrying a battery was not practical so I parked behind some already parked cars to unload and load. Other than that, the experience was great.

Easy order, easy pickup, but not really ready when I arrived.I ordered online and waited for the email to indicate my order was ready for pickup. I received the email and proceeded to pickup my order only to find out they had just put my battery on the charger and still needed 2-3 hours to charge. Since I had my own charger at home I picked it up anyway, but they should not send an email saying it is ready for pickup when it really wasnt.

Left my iPhone 4 at store for battery replacement while we went out for lunch. Very professional employee checked it out and said tech would get it done. Went back 2 hours later and tech acted funny and said it was the first iPhone 4 hed ever done. He said the new battery was dead and didnt take a charge, but that I should keep it turned off until I got home and then to fully charge it. After 15 hours plugged in, it had no charge. So tomorrow Ill have to make the hour and ten minute drive back to the store.
