Signature Bridal was amazing!! This was my third store I went to and I wish I would have started with them! Kelsi helped me find my dress and she was so nice! I tried on many dresses there but there was one Stella York dress that I thought they had but they didnt. I really felt like I couldnt make a final decision until I tried that dress on. Signature ordered that sample dress for me to try on!! When I tried it on two weeks later it was the one! I was so thankful for their help and their willingness to make that dress available for me. Isabelle was amazing at altering the dress and she was fun to work with too!

SOOOOO incredibly thankful I decided to schedule an appointment at Signature Bridal! I had the absolute best experience and every bride should feel this way! My dress was stunning, fit like a glove and made by their seamstress, which is rare to be able to have alterations at the boutique. Destiny V picked out a dress more beautiful than I could have ever imagined AND I would have never picked it out just by looking at it hanging up. She does her job so well and really gets to know you to find the perfect dress for your perfect day! I wish I could do it all over again because I truly loved every second of it! :)

Signature Bridal was amazing from scheduling my appointment to actually trying on a bunch of dresses. My bridal consultant Destiny was fantastic, she was so sweet and helpful. I felt like she was my personal hype man and she had the exact styles picked out that we talked about. I found my dress and finally got to wear it yesterday thanks to all the ladies and Isabel at Signature Bridal! My dress was so pretty and comfortable and I had SO many compliments on it. Signature Bridal was welcoming from the moment you walked up to the store. Jaelyn was my bridal assistant and I cannot say enough good things about her! She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like. Within 10 minutes, she was so in tune with my style and was able to pull various dresses that I loved. She was positive, thoughtful, and so professional. When I actually chose my dress, they made it a very special experience! This salon really goes above and beyond. It is very clear that Signature Bridal cares about their brides!

I should have reviewed much sooner, but my experience at Signature Bridal with Kelsi was amazing! For being one of the anxiety ridden, not knowing what I am looking for kind of brides, she was the most helpful and gave me the time I needed. Hands down, the BEST bridal shop in the St. Louis area. After hearing so many great things about the store and staff there, I knew that I had to book an appointment. I was not disappointed. The experience lived up to my expectations and I found MY DRESS during my appointment with Kelsie. Kelsie was so helpful in listening to my wants, desires and what I envisioned myself in for my big day. She also listened to my budget and made sure that we stuck to it-- even vetoing putting me in a dress I liked because it was over my budget. They have an extensive collection of dresses, in various fits and styles. I easily found many dresses I loved until I found THE DRESS that became MY wedding gown! After I found my dress, they were extremely communicative in the process of the arrival of my dress and working with their seamstress. I could not recommend them more. I wish every shopping experience could be like my one at signature! You will not be disappointed by shopping there!

If I had to describe my experience at Signature Bridal in three words it would be welcoming, helpful, and comfortable. Making my appointment was seamless and easy. From the moment my mom and I stepped through the doors at Signature Bridal we felt welcome, were immediately helped, and made to feel comfortable about what could have been a very overwhelming experience. I never felt rushed or pressured and my consultant was absolutely incredible! She made sure I felt comfortable, ensured all my questions were answered, and even made time for me to come back later that same day to ultimately purchase my dress. I loved my experience here! A couple days before my appointment here I had an awful experience at a different bridal store and was practically defeated! The second I walked through that door Kelsi and everyone at SB made my mood instantly turn for the better. Kelsi practically read my mind on what I wanted and every time I stepped into a dress I wasn’t a fan of she was quick to pull another one that I love instead! I left with my dress purchased and a huge smile on my face! The entire place was clean the system they had figured out was efficient (which is huge when you try on a ton of dresses) and it totally allowed me to even try on a couple for fun! This is what my dream experience was supposed to feel like! I take reviews seriously and I hope you take mine and make yourself an appointment!

The girls at Signature Bridal were great! I came in after having fell in love with another dress but had found out it was discontinued. I thought there was no way I would find one just as good. However, right at the end of the appointment I did. I would have went with it but my first dress became available again. Destiny was great and had taken the time to get to know my theme and already had dresses waiting in the change room. You will definitely feel special here, and as a plus size bride they have options for you and didnt treat you any differently. I would recommend making an appointment at Signature Bridal!

They had a great selection of plus size dresses, and from what I could see other dresses as well. They were welcoming, warm, and made me feel comfortable. Dress shopping here was a dream! Kelsi was so helpful and very accommodating. I went in there super anxious about trying things on and Kelsi was quick to calm me down. Finding a dress was easy due to Kelsi’s knowledge about what dresses would look good on me! The other girls were very friendly as well, they really hyped me up when I was trying on dresses. It was definitely hard to find a beach wedding dress in St. Louis until I found Signature Bridal. They had so many beautiful dresses and were able to tailor my dress and turn a ball gown into a stunning, flowing beach wedding dress!

My entire experience with Signature Bridal was absolutely incredible! Every single dress in the store was gorgeous, so you really couldnt go wrong. The staff there made you feel like your best self, right at home, and as if youd been friends your whole lives. Before coming to Signature Bridal, I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted. Samantha did an amazing job of listening to me and helping me narrow down exactly what I wanted in a dress! They take such careful consideration to make sure you find a perfect dress within your budget and they make you feel so welcome from the minute you step inside! Signature Bridal took such good care of me. I originally went to another store where they were rude to me and said they could not get my dress in time. When I got to signature bridal they made me feel that I was the most important part of their day! They called the DESIGNER for me and got a sample shipped there for me to try on, and then got it ordered for me, in and altered in the perfect amount of time. I love this place. If you want your dream dress with that over the top service that makes you really feel like a bride... go here!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Signature Bridal. The shop itself is airy and bright, with tons of options. The staff and owners are so friendly; they really make you feel at home and are so easy to work with. I am now working with their in house seamstress, who is incredible and seamlessly (pun intended) making my dream dress a reality. If you are engaged and looking for a gown, get over to Signature Bridal!

I was very nervous about finding a plus size wedding gown. I didnt want to try on a size 10 and try to envision what it would look like in my size. I found a couple salons that carried plus size gowns to try on, but none of them compared to Signature Bridal. From the moment I walked into the store I felt immediately relaxed. I found my gown on my first visit to Signature Bridal and from then the entire experience was fabulous! I cannot recommend Signature Bridal enough!

I could go on forever about how great the staff is. This was literally my one stop shop. I had very high expectations walking in, and walking out, they were all met!! I never thought I would find MY dress at the very first store to try on dresses at. I had Zoe assigned to me and I couldnt of had a better person help me with everything that I wanted. She is very knowledgeable, sweet, friendly, and makes you feel like a true bride that you are (to be) :) Zoe went above and beyond to help me and made me truly feel like I was her number one priority. Everyone else was also so very friendly and all made me feel like I was a princess bride. I will be recommending this place to whomever I can. AND I said YES to the Dress!!!!!! I couldnt be happier!!

Sam is the best! I walked into the store just thinking I wasn’t going to find anything because I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for, and ended up finding the dress of my dreams! I’m not a shopper so dress searching wasn’t going to be an easy task for me. Sam listened to all the details I said (even though they probably didn’t make sense) and made my vision come to life! Took all the stress away and made it a fun and exciting experience! I LOVE my dress and it’s all thanks to her. I purchased my wedding gown here and it was absolutely perfect. Samantha and Debbie have a beautiful shop and ensure every bride has a once in a lifetime experience. Isabel the seamstress is incredibly talented and can make any vision a reality. I highly reccomend signature bridal to any and every bride, they have something for everyone at fair prices. Also, the mother of the groom got her dress here and they are able to find any style you can imagine in any color you want. Such a wonderful place always going above and beyond.

I didnt end up finding my dress here but the owner and her daughter were so friendly and welcoming. They even let me come back without an appointment to look at a mother of the bride dress my mom had seen. The assistant helping me with my dresses was also amazing.

Sam and Debbie are amazing! They helped me find the perfect dress! I never thought i could wear a form fitting gown, but they had multiple styles and sizes for me to try on so i could see how a gown would truly fit, unlike another salon that i went to that had a limited selection of curvy gowns. Wedding dresses run WAY smaller than normal dresses so having Debbie and Sam make me feel confident and beautiful helped me find the dress of my dreams!

I really dont write many reviews, if ever. However, knowing how many options brides have these days, I know how helpful it is to read real reviews. Not only are Samantha and Debbie SO fun to work with, they were so helpful when I was looking for my dress. I had an idea of what I wanted and I thought I had found it at another store. I went to Signature because I already had the appt. set and wanted to try on a specific designer they carry. When I started trying on dresses in the store, I always loved that Debbie gave me her honest opinion. After my dress finally came in, they also helped me find the perfect belt! I never felt pressured to buy the expensive ones. When I decided to add sleeves to my dress, we didnt have enough time to order them from the designer so Debbie sold me the ones she had right there in store! I also love that Signature isnt too big of a bridal shop - they give you personalized attention and they make it a fun process!

Dont go anywhere else! Signature Bridal was my first stop on the hunt for my dream wedding dress. I had no idea what I was looking for or what to expect. I was also a little nervous because I regularly wear a size 16-18 so I wasnt sure if Id be disappointed by the styles or number of gowns that I would be able to try on, or if Id have to just try to imagine what the dresses would look like in my size. I was shocked to find that each dress I tried on fit like a glove. There were so many options and they were all beautiful! I ended up falling in love with the second dress I tried on, but it seemed too good to be true and I decided to go to one more bridal salon the following weekend. The second store I went to had a Hayley Paige gown I was obsessed with from Pinterest. I tried on the sample size and had to imagine what it would look like if it actually fit me. I missed that warm friendly vibe that I felt at Signature Bridal and the salesperson and owner at this other store seemed like they just wanted the sale. I ended up making a return appointment at Signature Bridal to try on the initial dress. The second I stepped back into Signature Bridal it felt like coming home. We popped bubbly at 9am and said Yes to the Dress! Debbie and Samantha are truly the sweetest duo and you will love your experience at Signature Bridal!

I LOVED my dress! The boutique is small but packed full of gorgeous dresses! I had been to 3 other shops before coming to this one and my dream dress was the second one I tried on and was a recommendation from the owner. Ordering was easy and the seamstress they recommended for alterations was AWESOME.

I had been to two other St. Louis area bridal shops before coming to Signature Bridal and I couldn’t believe the difference. Samantha was wonderful! She actually listened to me and heard what I wanted, instead of putting me in things that she thought that I wanted. She was patient with this indecisive bride and made sure I knew what all my options were. I am so happy I found this place!

Signature Bridal has been the best choice I could have made for choosing my bridal gown and accessories! Debbie and her daughter, Samantha welcomed me to their lovely boutique to begin the search for my dress and they didn’t disappoint. The shop was pretty, light and bright and made me want to stay past my appointment time. I just felt good there. My daughter and I were ushered to a fitting area where Debbie asked me what vision and ideas I had for my dress, listened carefully, asked questions to better understand and then chose several samples for me to try on. I liked that she had so much experience choosing and fitting gowns for every body type and her ideas about what might or might not fit really helped me narrow things down quickly. I had never tried on bridal gowns before so didn’t know what to expect. As happens so often though, I had one style in mind when I began my search and quickly found that another style was much more flattering. I tried on probably 4 or 5 dresses, one of which I really loved but didn’t buy that day. Debbie helped me see just how wonderful I could look with the right fit-I felt like a princess! I also had an idea of using some tulle as a wrap and she found a long piece of it and spent time fashioning it so that I could get an idea of what it would look like. Samantha took a look too and loved it-they spent the full hour and a half helping me see my ideas become reality, scurrying about bringing different veils, fluffing dresses, giving me more ideas and guidance, etc. It was amazing to me to see them work as this was my first time in a bridal boutique. I felt cared for and they made me feel that I was their only client. They were very busy so obviously, I wasn’t. A few weeks later I came in and said yes to the dress I had really loved that first day. They took my picture, posted it and gave me a little bottle of wine to celebrate with. I’ve been back three times to try on the dress, once for my visiting daughter who lives out of town so she could see it, once to try it with my veil of choice and a belt, just to be sure everything looked as I wanted it to and once to meet with the seamstress Isobel who will do my alterations. While trying to decide on the veil and belt they gave me websites to look at as well as explained the various styles of veils and trims and told me about an upcoming accessory trunk show where I could save some money. Debbie and Samantha have welcomed me each time and have been very patient with me as I have made these choices. I did come to the trunk show to finally choose the veil and belt and I’m set! Their seamstress Isobel has met with me twice and is a dream to work with. Her knowledge of wedding gown alteration is amazing and I feel completely comfortable with her doing the alterations on my dress. She is remaking the bodice to look more like another dress I tried on as well as building up the low cut back just a bit to hide a large scar on my back. I know she will do a beautiful job! In short, I am very happy with Signature and I would advise everyone to give them a try. Their prices are reasonable as well-very important! They work hard to please their clients and it shows!

Dress shopping was not an easy task for me. I wanted my family to be present and our differing schedules and location made it difficult. I was determined to find THE dress this past Saturday. I knew my sisters and mom would be in St. Louis the same time as me and even my mother in law who lives in Virginia. I made appointments at 3 different stores knowing that each store would each have a specific dress I was interested in trying. From the first email I noticed how professional Signature Bridal was. Although I talked to multiple people and were discussing multiple dresses, we were always on the same page. They even ordered a dress for me to be in stock! Regardless of knowing all this, I knew my perfect dress was going to be at my second store. I went to this other bridal salon, and to a huge disappointment they did not have the dress when they had told me the dress would be in stock weeks ago. On top of this, the employees were unprofessional and unapologetic. This appointment ruined my day. I went to Signature Bridal for my last appointment of the day, and Debbie was able to turn my entire mood around. She obviously knew their stock, had the dress I requested (they had even followed up with me letting me know it was in stock!!), kept my family in good spirits after a long day of shopping, and picked out THE DRESS! Finally after 7 total stores of shopping and countless dresses!! The dress isn’t completely what I imagine for my day and she easily showed me what changes could be made to make it absolutely perfect. I am confident I will get my dress in time for my wedding, communication will always be easy with Signature Bridal and I am so excited the final product will be uniquely my own! I couldnt imagine having a better experience, especially after being in such an awful, ungrateful mood to start the appointment. Debbie was great through and through!

I had amazing experience at Signature Bridal. Debra was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was understanding of my “bridezilla moment” and didn’t mind me trying 20 dresses. It is a great store with helpful people who work here.

While I havent been in person, the customer service Ive experienced thus far has been top notch! I live out of state and wont be home until the holidays so Debbie has been stellar at getting my info and setting up my appointment. She also let my sister (who lives nearby) drop in last minute to try on a dress early- she set her up with multiple styles and spent time giving her many details so that the rest of my bridal party can get an idea of what well be looking at when we drop in. I am looking forward to meeting Debbie in person and trying on some beautiful dresses!

When I went in to try on wedding dresses, it didnt take Samantha long to find my perfect dress. She listened and brought everything I asked for. I knew right away that I would purchase it from them. The customer service is great and they also have my bridesmaid dresses so it makes it even better. lol

They acted like I was a bother. Like I wasnt good enough to buy a dress from them. So I didnt.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not helpful at all, ordered the wrong size even after I told them it was too big! So unhelpful in resolving the issue! Different stories when you talk to different employees! TERRIBLE!! Also, ordered the wrong dress for one of the other people in the wedding party! STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!!
