I especially love that I dont have to go to a store to purchase salt, carry bags of salt to my basement, and then load the salt into my softener. The bags of salt are too heavy for me now and I cant handle them anymore. And that when the bags of salt are delivered, my softener is also checked to to make sure it is operating as it should.

These guys are awesome. Ive forgotten to leave my bottles out and they have called just to see if I still needed water. They put my bottles close to my garage door so I can get them in easier rather than the last company I used that would put my bottles on the curb.

The delivery service is excellent as is the water. The new bottles are delivered with care to our front door and the old ones are taken away. Couldnt be happier with Culligan.

After purchasing our home. The first year in the home we found out the water in our area is very hard. Called Culligan and a representative came to our home. First thing the water was tested and we were given a review of our water and the water systems available. Also, we could lease the system for 1 or 2 years. We decided on a purchase and also added the reverse osmosis system. Serviceman came and installed the complete system in 2 hours or less. They explained about the whole system. We have had the system for two years and are very happy with the water, the water system, and culligan service. I recommend Culligan water systems to anyone. Water in my book is your first priority. If you cant drink your water or it has a smell etc... All I can say is call Culligan. Thanks .

I had a water softener that broke and was without one for quite some time. After Culligan was installed, I was happy to have my soft water back but more important, realized how my old one had been under-performing for a very long time. I love this convenient and reasonably priced service. You set up how many bottles you receive per delivery (minimum of 3, 5-gallon bottles) and how often. They credit you for returning their bottles. Very easy to manage your account online and excellent customer service when you need it.

A+...All you could ask for, as Culligan did just what they said they would do: Installation was done well; the sales person and installation crew were professional and polite; the machine was effective w/in one day (water cycle) in showing immediate results of softened water. Very happy after almost 1 month.

Well worth every penny we spent. My subdivision has a huge issue with hard water and rust in the water. Our water is now crystal clear and delicious.

We have had a culligan water softener for 25+ years and have had to do very little maintenance to them. I would highly recommend purchasing one if you have hard water or itch from your water.
