I miss my original waxer but have found a pretty good replacement now! Even when working with new waxers they make me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

While I had only started using European wax services last year, the relationship with this company was short lived. I had purchased a Brazilian wax package which would in return lower the very expensive wax payments from 54 to 40 dollars a visit. One month my credit card company denied payment from the company. I quickly called and tried to get the discrepancy fixed. After being fixed, and payment withdrawn, the company withdrew the payment again. What would have happen if I did not have the money on my card to compensate what had happened?!? They apologized but offered nothing but a return of my money to go to another location. How rude! I called my credit card company for a dispute for the second withdrawn. They called me weeks later to say that they accidentally over paid me back my money and that I owed 121.50 and could not receive my services that we’re already paid for. I had one month left of 121.50. So refusing me my paid service due to the companies inability to count. That was a mistake upon their parties so why did I (the costumer) become responsible for the supposedly over payment on my account?!? When I told them I had never dealt with a company who charges so much for services and in return just say “oh sorry” here’s your money back for the package since I decided to go to another location. Without my permission they kept the 121.50 from my package and charged me the regular 54 dollars after I had use the service and had 9 treatments left at 40 dollars. I would not recommend this place (especially chesterfield location) or purchasing a package because it anything happens they are going to take the money anyways.

This is by far the worse wax center I have a package with them I bought it in order to see the same girl Jessica and after 6 of them the manager decided To write a note stating I cant be with Jessica. Makes no sense the manager should have called and discussed with what ever is going on. I am laying here getting waxed by a different person and it is horrible slow n I am so not happy I want my money back.

This place has never failed to impress! Every time I go in they always do an immaculate job at whatever Im getting done. Definitely reccomend them to anyone looking to getting waxed, anything from face to toes!

Quick, friendly service. The only thing I dont love is they are always trying to upsell on wax packages. Otherwise their pricing is pretty average and they are always prompt. If you arrive early and they can move your appointment up they will try to so you dont have to wait.

I had my first body wax done just before my October 19th wedding. I strategically scheduled it when I did because I wanted to have baby soft legs for the wedding, but also had a full schedule of things to do the few days before.I came into the Chesterfield location on Thursday afternoon. I had an excellent experience while I was there. The waxing part was much better than I had imagined. The woman caring for me made me feel very comfortable in an awkward procedure.The part I am most disappointed in came after I got home and was getting ready for a dinner with my out of town friends and family. I had a LARGE patch of hair on my thigh that ran the entire length of my thigh. It was about 3-4 across. I was, of course, upset but mostly about trying to find the time in my very tight schedule on Friday to go in for a redo.They were able to get me in early enough during the day. The other woman taking care of me basically re-waxed both of my legs in their entirety. I was pleased when I left. At the front, the receptionist asked if I wanted to tip today. As I understand that she was not the person that orginally took care of me and I took up a slot of a person that may have tipped her, I was a little put off by that. I am not normally a fussy person, but I had a very tight schedule that day and had to squeeze in some time to go BACK IN for a service I already paid for and tipped!I made a comment that to the lady at the front desk that I actually should be compensated in some way because of how much I was inconvenienced. Her response to me was today is complementary! REALLY???? It better be and since I was so inconvenienced and a NEW CLIENT, I feel like they should have offered something up to me to get me to return and be a happy customer.I did receive a message while on my honeymoon that they gave me a $10 credit on my account. Ten bucks is hardly compensation since the services are so expensive! I had already prepaid for my next waxing, so I will return and see if I have a better experience this next time.So, the jury is still out for me, but not very happy at this point!

Ive never been to one of these types of places before, and Im a convert. Its the first time ever I didnt break out or have a reaction to a waxing (I have horribly sensitive skin). They were fast and professional and made me feel welcome. Id consider it at least once if youve never been.

I got referred here by a friend over 3 years ago and have gone here every 4 weeks since. All the waxers are good but Ive used JC exclusively for years. The facility is clean and well staffed. They are always prompt and courteous and professional. They can wax anything and anyone, and also have amazing products that helps extend time between waxes, reduces ingrown hairs and breakouts, and makes my skin so much healthier. They are very affordable and offer packages to make waxing even cheaper.

The women at the front desk are the sole reason why I will never return to European wax center in chesterfield. They are extremely fake and rude, which is such a shame because the waxers themselves are great and do a wonderful job. However, when I am in the room getting my wax, I have heard the women at the front desk on multiple occasions negatively speak about customers that were just in. When I am checking out, they ALWAYS ask if I want a wax pass and are EXTREMELY pushy when doing so. I have told them each time, very politely that I do not and sometimes they sigh and roll their eyes. They are SO unfriendly and snotty. I cringe every single time they call me and whenever I walk in because I constantly feel so judged and am afraid they will start talking about me the second I leave. I have gone to multiple different European Wax Center locations in Missouri and Kansas City, and none of the women at the front desk are as bad as the ones in Chesterfield.

My first time wax ever and Im so glad I finally did it! All my questions were answered, and it went faster than I thought! I cant wait till a St. Charles county location opens!!Will be back in 4 weeks!!

I used to really love this place been waxing over a year almost 2. The last few months I been getting waxed none of the locations have done a great job the last 4 times Ive been. Always leaving lots of hair. The wax dont seem to be as good as it once was, an even with ingrown hair serum I have been getting lots of ingrown hairs. Unfortunately I have went back to shaving.
