There’s an older lady here who is very rude and has horrible customer service. She’s made my experience here really bad each time I come even when I smile and try to make small talk with her. The reason Im actually writing about it this time is because I came to the check out area through the exit to make a return. No one was in line and I patiently waited as she finished checking out the lady in front of me. As I stepped up to make my return, she yelled at me to go to the end of the line, even though those people got in line behind me and had not been in line previous to me standing there. She was so rude and cruel that I walked out without making my return. She was so rude that I’ll just drive further to another location and make my return.

Its an okay place. I got what I needed. Its clean and organized, the staff doesnt really seem like they wanna be there but honestly not many people love their jobs so idk. If youre looking for cheaper prices go to Walmart, but Michaels has good stuff and the price is worth it depending on what youre getting.

Took some art here to be framed and had a terrible experience. When I came to pick up the order the first time the print was damaged. They agreed to purchase a new print and reframe it. Came back to pick up the new framed print and it had creases everywhere. Cutting my loses at this point. Look elsewhere for custom framing.

Came in to buy something that appeared to be BOGO at about $50 a pop. Was told sale ended (signs still up) - and/or not everything was on sale (even thought signs said all). Not much effort to figure it out and they didnt care if I bought or not, so I left. Went home and bought 2 for $48 from Amazon. Hate where retailing has gone -- not enough people and prices that force going online.

I’m torn because every single time I’ve been there, the old prune named Connie at check out is always in a bitter mood. She’s rude to customers, and evidently doesn’t care about her job.I went in yesterday expecting to deal with her but I had to have something framed. When I walked up to the framing counter a nice young woman with colored hair and a you African American man were SO nice! I was able to find my frame more efficiently and they put it in for me and everything.Had those two not turned my opinion around at the very last second, I probably would’ve given 1 star. The management is terrible but I feel as though those two and the other young long haired girl at checkout are the only ones holding the store together.From now on I only go back if I really need something, but try to avoid Connie if you go.

My fried turkey club was awful. The sandwich was soggy, the bacon was soggy. I threw 1/2 of my sandwich away. I tried but couldnt eat it and basically wasted $6.50. This was the first fast food Ive had in about 2mos and was very disappointed

This is a large store with a great selection of any crafting materials you could need. The isles are clean, tidy, and well lit. Although the line at the register was a bit long, I was there at 7:00pm when they were a bit understaffed. They managed to move the line fairly quickly and the staff were friendly and professional! Always remember to check for online coupons, since they always have some sort of deal running! You can also ask at the register if they have any coupons and they will let you know of any and how to get them!

It was smaller in size and the selection was not as I was use to. I tried to get something on curbside, it showed not in stock. When I entered the store, the item was on the shelf.

Came here for some kind of craft to play with a friend so we could entertain ourselves. We got ourselves some clay to sculpt with. Nobody in the store really ever spoke to us or seemed all that friendly. Checkout line was kinda long.

Looking for a 4x4 inch photo frame, could find only a basic, plastic frame. Was hoping for something in wood, but they had nothing. So, I settled for what they had available.

When they have a significant sale on custom framing, this is a great deal. The selection of frames has always been adequate for the items I needed framed. The staff was very helpful siding selections or other recommendations. The digital process to see your art framed before you finalize the purchase us very helpful. Also good for checking the the size of the matt and the space from the artwork. The finished product is flawless and finished when promised.

Always come in here and I can usually pick up little stuff for my projects 😊 a good amount off spray paints for modelers. a good amount of stuff I pick up here I do my own jewelry making using quartz crystals I mine. They sell lots of wire wrap type jewelry stuff if youre into that more so than Jo-Anns. So much home decor and little craft projects to make your beautiful. I do recommend downloading the app I always come in and shop when they give me a 50% off of one item in the store coupon, well worth it for that one big item you were looking for. You can also on points on the app as well. I dont know who this Michael guy is but its a well-put-together store in the employees are pretty friendly.

Michaels carries a large variety of crafting items, but the prices are a bit ridiculous. I received a 60% off coupon (on a regularly priced product) so thought Id stop in since I hadnt been in years (and now remember why). Im casually looking through many aisles and notice how everything can be found elsewhere (same brand and all) for a fraction of the price. One example is the prismacolor colored pencils. These colored pencils are fantastic, high quality, for the artist or beginner. The set of 48 cost a whopping $90 here. I just purchased these exact colored pencils on Amazon for $22. Thats a horrendous price gouge. I also noticed how I couldnt find anything worth value that wasnt on sale. So the 60% off of one regularly priced item was very fictitious. Super lame!! Save your money and shop somewhere else! Seriously...

I like this location because its located in a plaza strip of stores that makes most my shopping trips convenient to knock out all my errands in one trip. The store is what youd expect, except I find that this location is much cleaner than many of Michaels. Its shelves are organized and kept tidy, even during and after big sales.

Nice place but management here sucks! We had a simple question and the manager acted like we ruined her day by asking. She was making faces of disgust as she walk towards us, And that is definitely not the way you should be acting in customer service. Absolutely terrible experience.
