Kyle and all the team members at Chesterfield Service do an amazing job. I had a new, whole house humidifier installed and couldnt be more pleased. They have maintained my system for 2 years now and do an awesome job. I never have to worry about the HVAC knowing Im in good hands.

I give the tech, Justin five stars! On the other hand, his supervisor was not thorough on the first visit and failed to correctly identify the problem with my dishwasher, resulting in two extra visited . He was also a little lax about keeping his mask safely and securely over his nose and mouth. I asked about the supervisor’s Covid vaccination status since I am elderly and he said they were not supposed to answer that. I reminded him he was coming into my house, but to no avail. Justin somehow managed to make me feel secure when he was in my house. His mask never slipped. The supervisor recommended a fix that I was not at all sure would fix the problem, and it didn’t. Fortunately, Justin came back alone, diagnosed the problem correctly (showed me where the dishwasher was leaking) and installed the kit to fix it. Five stars for Justin, five stars for the company’s guarantee, four stars for the company not requiring workers to be vaccinated or at least for the customer to be able to request a vaccinated tech. Supervisor gets three stars.

Jerry did a fine job performing the annual maintenance on my furnace. It was his first trip to my house; he was on time, polite and ready to get to work. He answered the questions I asked him about the furnace and he was very helpful.

I called at 830 am about a leaking dishwasher, water was still running in so they got someone out immediately thankfully! A part needed to be ordered, but the initial visit was over by 10am. Very helpful and very reasonable price! I used them 10 years ago for the same dishwasher, both times theyve been fantastic. I definitely recommend them.

We called Chesterfield service to look at and hopefully repair our refrigerator. They came out the next business day, assessed the situation, ordered the part, and kept us in the loop on the part delivery. It took less than a week for the part to come in and they promptly set up an appointment to repair. It took less than 40 minutes to install and make sure it was fixed. Leighton did an excellent job, communicated with us every step, and cleaned up after. We will be using Chesterfield service again.

Justin did an excellent job by checking our washer & dryer. Leveled the dryer & performed all of the maintenance items he said he would do.

Bryan and James came to work on our shower head. We were not getting any water pressure. They were able to fix the problem! They also looked at several of our bathroom faucets that were loose etc. Bryan explained we needed new ones and why and that I should call the dealer as they should replace them for free. Leighton performed a refrigerator repair. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to obtain the part quickly and fit us back into the schedule the next day to finish the repair. They were very accommodating and the communication was excellent. Simply put, unless Chesterfield Service isn’t an authorized dealer for your brand of appliance, why would you call anyone else to service your appliances. They’re the most customer service oriented repair company that has been in our home with a most professional, thorough and friendly technician. While our repair wasn’t an emergency Chesterfield Service scheduled our repair appointment within a couple of days. While everyone dreads having to deal with an appliance not working correctly, my wife and I are much relieved we can contact a customer service friendly company that provides great thorough service with professional and friendly technicians. Incidentally, when checking with friends that have depended on Chesterfield Service for appliance repair we heard nothing but positive comments. Also, we learned today Chesterfield Service has expanded the service offering to include plumbing and electrical work.

I didn’t expect everything will happen within the day — called their office mid morning and had the repair service early afternoon! We are now worry-free and ready for the winter! Big thanks to TJ Seeger, he was very professional and friendly! He fixed the issue in our automatic humidifier, explained well the situation of our furnace, and provided suggestions and tips to maintain the equipment. Highly recommended!

Came out for refrigerator warranty work. Repairman Evan C. was awesome

My service technician Evan arrived on time and was personable and professional, but even though I told them my microwave had blown a fuse and the model number, he arrived without even a spare fuse in the truck. He had to go to Ace and get a 20A fuse to finish the diagnostic. Turned out that a bad door switch was what blew the fuse and I didnt expect them to have that in the truck, but a standard 20A fuse doesnt seem like too much to ask.

Evan was professional and troubleshot the issue quickly.UPDATE: Evan came back with the replacement part and installed it. The turnaround on the part was quick. They scheduled the install for the very next day, and communicated really well, so we never wondered where we stood. The service from these guys is impressive. Will use again and highly recommend.

Sean Nickrent came out to my house and was extremely professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and gave me an estimate. Unfortunately we had to order parts and it will not be able to be repaired for a few days but at least we have the ball rolling on repairing the AC unit which conveniently went out in the middle of August... I’m hoping the parts are local and the repair can be done promptly. But I am extremely satisfied with Chesterfield Service and will use them in the future.

Service was good but technician forgot to relight the pilot in the water heater after turning the gas back on. Had to relight it my self after a cold shower.

We had our LG washing machine repaired. So far, it works perfectly. We really liked Evan and he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Bryan installed a new shower cartridge and faucet. He explained the repair work needed as well as the cost prior to beginning work. He was able to cover the parts under warranty from the manufacturer. The work was performed professionally and he willingly answered all our questions.

Diagnosed problem with washing machine that wasn’t draining. Made a temporary adjustment that allowed me to use machine until they were able to get permanent part needed. They Ordered part and installed it. Prompt, efficient, courteous and reasonable. Recommend highly!

Great company, and Justin was awesome! Fast but thorough. He used a multimeter to test various electrical parts on our refrigerator to determine the failure point. He knew how to troubleshoot a system correctly. Ordered the correct part needed, replaced it quickly and all is good again. Price was very reasonable. We could have paid a less if we looked around, but I doubt the service would have been as good or competent. Will use Chesterfield Service next time to make sure our repairs are always done right. 👍

I turned off my main water valve to replace water filters. Upon turning it back on it leaked. It was Sunday after church and needed immediate attention so committed to I pay the $279. Technician arrived, took an adjustable wrench out of his back pocket and tightened it. Took all of 10 seconds. He explained that this happens all the time because of calcium build up. I asked him why he didnt suggest this when he called and coordinated coming to my house. He had no answer.The invoice sent stated that he replaced the valve; not true.Will look for a different provider next time I need plumbing help.

I scheduled a cleaning of my dishwasher filter assembly.Evan arrived on time and brought all necessary equipment with him to do the job.My dishwasher had never been serviced before and had quite a lot of calcium build up.
