Today we went and had a great experience looking for the right home for my in-laws. I highly recommend Jon Senna to take you on a tour to find the right home for your family. He was personable, funny, and kind. All of our questions were answered and he was very helpful.

This place.... Where should I start. I had a 10am appointment today.. I was greeted when I came in however, I sat there about 45 to 50 minutes before anyone would help me. I was told that the person that I had an appointment with was in a meeting. Why would you schedule an appointment during the time of meeting? The manager came out and told me the meeting was wrapping up after I waited for 20 minutes. It was another 30 MINUTES before the salesperson was available. I guess customer services isnt a priority around here. I can cross this place off my list for an option.

There are beautiful homes here and I enjoyed my visit.

Me and my husband visited the Chesterfield location today and was immediately profiled! The lady did not ask if we needed anything.. she just basically blew off a young black couple. We were looking to buy a module home 6 months from now but it definitely will not be from this company. I was so hurt to be treated that way smh!

I had 100,000.00 due to inheritance and was wanting to look at modular home but she had other appointments to got to today so I was not able to look at anything when all I wanted was to just look at one but oh well I will be spending my money elsewhere I guess cuz we didn’t look like we had money that we was blown off lol don’t judge a book buy it’s cover cuz we had the cash to hand to you today now we get to spend it somewhere else I wish that guy Jeremy was still there he treated us very nice family was looking at mobiles and helped us and telling us which way we can should go about purchasing a modular homeCan anybody tell me where he’s at and if he selling modular homes so I can get in touch with him to get one

Clayton Homes of Chester has been nothing but a terrible experience from start to finish! The process took almost a year and a half to complete! Then we ended up with a brand new home that had tons of defects that it has been crazy hard to get some one out here to repair them. The whole house is off . Nothing is level or plumb. Also the septic and well were included in the package price and I can see every pipe in my front yard. Literally everything is fully exposed I can even see part of the septic tank! Real cute Clayton real cute! Hire people with some common sense and integrity please!

When I called to asked to see if they had any used mobile homes for sale, the lady was quick to hang up. She actually hung up on me before I even had the chance to ask her about the new homes

Very very disappointed! Very helpful when we were doing application, but once we wouldn’t agree to the terms the true colors came out. Phone calls not returned, fluffing prices as it relate to upgrades. Jeremy acted like I was bothering him whenever I called. I tried to tell him we didn’t need $14,000 for well/septic and that the land didn’t need clearing he still refused to change the amount which meant we would have to settle for a house we didn’t want. So nope give us our deposit back we’ll go elsewhere

Good information managment go direct to the point, alot of opcions, house models very neet, houses show good durability.

They did not take my inquiry seriously at all. Went in day 1 was told have to have appointment... they had no customers. Day 2 went in with appointment to view 2 homes and be told the cost for construction only. They mentioned a package but did not go into detail. I gave a price point and instead of going over homes in 50k range was given 70k. I knew of the homes because I viewed the website for a week before visiting. Was told land would be too expensive for area but I reached out to realtor for list there was land within my price range. I made an appointment for them to assume I was not serious. Look at two homes. And provide no further details. I went to Ashland with no appointment and Stuart took his time to explain everything down to land, and they had a sale with homes almost 10k below website asking. Id bypass and go to Ashland.

I went to this location during open house and spoke with sales representative, Tonia Stevens. We spoke regarding what I was looking for in a modular home. I gave her a price range which I thought was reasonable, being a first time homebuyer with no experience. With the price range I provided, Tonia stated that she would speak with her manager regarding. She just called me to inform me that she spoke with them and is unable to assist me and wishes me the best of luck. Im in disbelief that she would allow my business to walk (with money an approved loan and money in hand), wasnt willing to/want to assist me, and poor customer service. I will never visit this location ever again. Clayton of Glen Allen has much better service!
