Called this business, looking to purchase a U Bolt for a trailer repair. Person that answered the call quoted me twice the going price for this part ($50 for a $25 Kit) Stated that the cost of steel was up. I purchased the part at another local business at the proper price. I would NOT ever do business with this company. There are other local businesses that will treat their customers more fairly. Doubling the cost of a product, Is NOT good business!

I delivered here today four Kubota Tractors easy into the Business enough room for two Trucks side by side. Gravel yard and Driveway. Easy to turn into the drive from Highway. Drive around to back of Business to offload they do have a Mini Wooden loading Dock if you have a drive off Kubota Tractor so no worries. They do have a large forklift to get your Tires, Dump Buckets and other Tractor pieces off your Trailer so no worries at all. Very professional people here i enjoyed my visit. Decent honest down to earth folks!!! You simply cant find a better kubota dealer on the east coast. People travel for many miles to get the rock bottom best deal from this locally owned small business doing things in a huge way! Their tech service is second to none! How do I know this? Well when ever I stop in there the customers are happy. The license plates are from all up and down the east coast. I never met a stranger so I ask them why they would travel so far for a kubota when there are dealers closer? The answer is always the same. Price, honesty and just decent good people to deal with! Now coming from me that is a huge statement because if you read any of my many reviews you will see that I tend to point out the worse in places I visit. I just find these guys trustworthy and that weighs massive to me. Couple that with kind respectful sales people, a parts department that knows how to fine that weird part i need and BAM! Im loving it!!!

I have bought a tractor, a zero turn lawnmower, and two trailers from Dubberly. The prices are next to none and the customer service is amazing. Dealing with the owner and my salesman you know its a family oriented business that cares about their customers. I was very impressed with how they worked with me by answering questions that would lead me to realize what I needed in a piece of equipment. I was very grateful that they did not try to oversell me or lead me into a more expensive piece of equipment. The employees actually tried talking me into a less expensive piece of equipment because they were very confident that saving me a few thousand dollars would be great and I would be just as pleased with my purchase. I have had my tractor for almost 5 years, I have had my zero turn for almost 3 years, I have had one trailer for almost 10 years and another trailer for almost 5 years. With the quality of my equipment I do not see me returning anytime soon besides great service and maintenance. The day I do need a new piece of equipment Dubberly is where Im going..Thanks guys

Bought a tractor from them. Needed service. Was repeatedly ignored, put off, lied to, and given excuse after excuse why they couldnt pick up tractor. When I bought the tractor they didnt seem to have any trouble with delivery.I finally called James River John Deere. They picked up same day. Dont deal with this company.

Great service and knowledge!

Very poor service. I priced a tractor through them and decided to buy elsewhere because of price. Their prices were the highest in the Mid Atlantic Region. They state they will work on equipment even if you didnt buy it from them. As they Duberly Tractor is closest to my home I brought my tractor to them for service and they stated because I didnt buy it from them they put everything in front of mine even if a new machine should come in for service after mine. This is the essence of discrimination. This is why there are discrimination laws, to avoid ones personal feelings getting in the way of human rights. I should have the same rights as anyone whether my tractor was purchased at their dealership or not.
