I remember the first time I stepped into this Krogers. I thought well this is the best kept secret on this side of town! It has a little bit of everything. It also has some awesome selections for a variety of cuisines as well as dietary needs. This is my go to grocery store. I especially like the discount on gas. I wish the discounts rolled over to the next month automatically. I need to email Quaker Oats about a failed seal on their rice cakes but thats not the stores fault.
I love Kroger, but........They have evolved into a self- service supermarket. The products are great, their prices are competitive, and usually anything Im searching for is in stock. The stores are usually clean and organized. The disappointment comes at checkout. They have replaced actual cashiers with self service checkouts. Each time a customer uses these lines a job is eliminated. I saw a huge line of customers waiting to check their own groceries, so demand justifies adding additional lanes, a sad state of affairs. Publix and Wegmans get most of my business for this reason. Id rather shop where loyal shoppers are not punished in order to reallocate resources to serve curbside pick up customers . If youre going to provide this new service then your staffing levels should support BOTH!
Best Kroger location around. I’ll drive a few miles longer to get to this one vs the one next to my house
The store itself is nice. They need some better people working in the frozen department. I call beforehand to customer service to check for a specific product, she puts me on hold and asks the frozen team if they have it and they say yup we definitely do. So, I decided to take the drive over (it’s the only Kroger in my area, a little far out so I wanted to be 100% sure before driving). I get there and of course, surprise, they don’t have it. The frozen team says “no we don’t carry that anymore” when asked the second time by a second customer service lady. So basically they lied. Thanks for wasting my time and gas, frozen team.
This is a clean store and most of the employees will go out of their way to help. I love the variety But they run out of so many common things. They should stock more of the items that they run out of.
I have observed Wanda Jones humiliate employees in front of the busy store countless times, really dislike her condescending and loud tone. Does not make shopping here pleasant, and why I mostly use clicklist now. Ms. Wanda, keep abusing good employees and karma will find you, like it did with Alice Jones.
Nice store clean lots of stuff nice people
Attempted to use our fuel points for two (smaller) vehicles today. In between pumping, the associate force stopped our service stating policy change now only allowed one vehicle per transaction. This is not abiding per the policy listed on Krogers website (it actually specifies up to 35 gallons but has no stipulations on vehicles) nor is this information posted anywhere at the fuel center.Hopefully this information will help other people make informed financial decisions.
Kroger is a very nicely stocked market, and clean and friendly.
Girl working at the Starbucks doesnt like to make your $7 drink to way you ask, and proceeds to tell me how Im wrong about something I consume everyday.
3/7 of the bags i got ripped while carrying my groceries inside due to over loading it.
This location has a great selection of products. Butcher would not honor the price displayed on weekly ad and exhibited a poor attitude when asked about it. Hopefully he will be replaced by someone who appreciates the opportunities that Kroger provides.
Baristas are great here
This has to be the most unprofessional Kroger Ive ever dealt with in my life. My client placed an order on Thursday 13th for wings for a baby shower because the order had to be made 24hrs in advance. Saturday morning they called to confirm the order for pickup at 2:30pm. At 1:30pm they called to inform us that they did not have the item we ordered and offered something else. We told the deli manager WANDA that we would take it only if it could be discounted because of the inconvenience. Once my brother got there to pick up the order Wanda then said she never told us that she would discount the order and yelled at my brother. My mother called back to speak with a manager and Wanda hung up in her face. It took 4 of us to try to call and speak with a store manager who magically and conveniently was no longer there as soon as we called. Wanda also told us that she wont tell us what they did with there order but its no longer available FOR US! Kroger you seriously need to consider who you hire and make a manager. Wanda is extremely nasty, unprofessional and lies to customers to keep herself out of trouble. We will still be calling cooperate. Even though Wanda refused to give it to us and went as far as hanging up in our faces to not give it to us.
This place is huge its almost like going to a regular department store in some cases they have a lot of nice fresh food they have a wine bar awesome deli and the staff is really nice here especially in the cheese section..
I went for my ClickList pickup today. I checked in online AND one of the delivery people asked my name soon after my arrival. I was already parked in spot# 1. I waited for 45 minutes and spoke to another delivery person in the mean time. They called my home and asked my wife where were we? FINALLY someone else checked and the manager came out and literally argued with me and said I put in #6 on the app. Number 1 is nowhere near 6 on any keyboard, so I an sure they wrote down the wrong number! So fair warning....screenshot your checkin!!If someone from management wants to contact me, I would be happy to further discuss the situation. Please email me through Google.
Deli was very unprofessional and made an incorrect order with only a replacement option and no discount. Inventory was not checked in order to make this order that placed 3 days in advance. And was called at 9am of the event to confirm the order and time needed. They would not help us or sell us the chicken without a replacement/discount. This was an awful experience. And now my sisters baby shower is without because of this deli and employees who overlooked inventory and lied about providing a discount when called the second time at 130. Mind you the order was needed at 230. I had to wait over 20-30 minutes on hold for a manager and she was very rude.
The Kroger pickup takes entirely to long I waited for 45 min for an order that I put in the night before. When I called, the associate who picked up was very rude. Another time they forgot to take my payment after I gave them my card and called me once I got back home came back to pay and they then told me not to worry about it
Nice clean store with lots to choose from, unless you are looking for lysol !! Moderate prices on everything. Nice big parking lot, easy in and out.
I kept wondering to myself...could the deli move any slower and alas it could. I guess they were slicing meat with a wooden spoon.
Never have baggers waited 20 minutes in the line to check out
Perhaps the best grocery store in the Chester-area due to the immense variety of its selection, the quality of its groceries/hot food/sushi/supplies, its large self-checkout lanes, high number of staff, huge parking lot, and well-lit/comfortable atmosphere. They offer a pharmacy too. While the Kroger may be standard in some parts of Virginia given the relatively dearth of grocery stores around this Krogers immediate area this Kroger stands out for providing excellent, quality supplies and service.
I appreciate this store after shopping at Wegmans. The prices are more reasonable, but could use some improvement. I appreciate the customer service and willing to do their job. Smiling and welcoming faces all around. Keep up the great work.
Did the curbside pickup. Seamless process, the guy who assisted was very courteous. They ran out of some of my items, but did their best to substitute what they could and where they could.
If you shop here, youll need to manually double-check the expiration dates on every item you purchase. They frequently have items on the shelf that are weeks or even months out of date. Im tired of paying full price for expired yogurt, cereal, tortillas, hummus, and more. This was happening before the pandemic, but during a pandemic, making another trip back to the store to return an expired item isnt practical or safe.Get it together.
Always have a good experience in this Krogers. Staff is always so kind and friendly...to the point where some of them almost feel like friends. The store is always clean. Things have been rearranged but there still seems to be a great selection of organic products. The only issue I have is that I have poor luck with fruit in this store. Ive gotten a lot of lackluster fruit and the store is too far from my home for me to return it in a timely manner. Overall still a great store.
Not for the Store but for the customer service number. We placed an online order on April 3, 2020 for $195 worth of groceries. It was delivered on 04/09 and $57 worth of our items were missing. When we called Kroger at 10AM on 04/09, they provided us with Krogers Customer Service number. When we spoke with them (after a 40 min wait) they advised that the order was still pending and not showing that it had been delivered, they told us to call back later that afternoon as they couldnt do anything until it was delivered out. I called at 5PM on 04/09, had another 40 min wait, spoke with another customer service representative, who advised that the order was still pending and there still wasnt anything they could do. She said to call back within after 24 hours of delivery had passed. I called on 04/10 at 4:40PM, sat on hold for another 40 mins, someone answered the phone, then immediately hung up. I called back at 6:15PM, sat on hold for 30 min and finally got someone. The first lady was as helpful as she could be, she even spoke with her manager and they decided that I needed to speak with their financial department. After 1 1/2 hours of being on the phone, they were finally able to transfer me to a financial representative. The financial representative said that the orders can take up to 24 hours to deliver out, I explained to her that the delivery was made before 10AM and it has passed 24 hours. She then stated that it could take up to 48 hours for it to appear. When I questioned why I was told 24 hours originally, she stated they just advise the 24 hours first. She then advised that we need to call back after 48 hours. I asked what happens if it still shows pending when I call back in after 48 hours. She said there was nothing they could do until the delivery went through. She said that once the delivery goes through, it will debit my account. Meaning that this money, that already showed deducted from my account, will randomly pull from my account whenever. Meaning if it doesnt happen tomorrow it could happen Wed. When I asked why it would just deduct randomly, she became extremely rude, so I asked for a supervisor. I finally spoke with a supervisor named Kelly who told me that it would continue to show pending until the bank processed the payment and payed them. (First time Ive been told that). He then stated he would transfer me to someone who could provide me a store credit, I asked if I would be placed on hold again as I had now been on the phone with them for 2 hours 24 mins, he said I would only be on hold for a minute, I agreed. Turns out, he transferred me straight back to the customer service line for me to be place back on hold for up to 40 mins. As I was waiting for someone to answer, someone picked up the call, and hung up.2 hours and 30 minutes for no resolution and to just be hung up on. I will never order from here again.
Just look 👀 the Store Speaks For It’s Self Out Of Sight 😋 Yummy
Easy in and out to get some gas. Great deal when you can use your Kroger points. We did today and saved $.40 a gallon.
They have a great selection of every type of food you can imagine. They have all of the major brands of personal care products you might need. And theyve even got some pretty cute stuff in the clothing department. They have a wine and beer bar, so you can try out different wines and beers. Their cheese selection is fantastic.
This Kroger location is amazing. The cashiers, customer service and all workers there are helpful, friendly, and they really put the customer first every time. The store is clean and product selection is great. I highly recommend this location!
Great Kroger marketplace. Everything is spread out and easy to find. Employees are so kind, they always have a smile and ask how my day is and will take time to help you find things. The bar is great always having good local beers on tap with a knowledgeable bartender. Checkout lines are usually short and hardly ever take longer than 20-30 mins to get through.
Great place to get your groceries. They have Homestead Creamery products, just not the half/half cream for coffee. It is the full service store. The fresh made pizza is excellent, but you can only get in the one large size for $15, they stopped selling the personal size. There is a store soda Kroger brand 8 pack with real sugar that you should try, it has many flavors and is an excellent price for soda, tastes as good as the national brands. Ukrops products are also there, which you can not go wrong for purchasing. Enjoy!
Employees are always polite and helpful. Shelves are always stocked. Great buys weekly, good prices on most items. I find the shoes and clothes to be pricey. Probably convenient for out of towners that need something to wear in a hurry.
I can understand having a variety of items to meet everyones needs, but this store is to big too find what you want. Who goes in a grocery store to buy clothes, shoes and lawn furniture? On a positive side the prices are pretty good as long as you buy whats on sale and use a Kroger card.
This place is beginning to follow Wal-Marts business model of NEVER having enough cashiers. The lines were so long today that I opted to use the self-checkout even though I had a very full cart. The self-checkout supervisor got annoyed with me because the machine was not working right and made a comment that I should go through a regular line if I have this many items in my cart, which was very rude of her. Definitely wont be shopping at this location anymore.
Absolutely love this Kroger. They offer the bring to your car service called click list! Its amazing and a total game changer for familys with kids. Just imagine your kids are asleep in the car you have to grab some groceries but dont want to wake them. The click list is a stress reliever and everyone is happy!! Very clean store and somewhat friendly staff. Ive never had a problem here and like the Starbucks inside! Has. Drive through pharmacy and gas station.
I moved to a new area and decided to go to Kroger. I love this place! The prices are better than i thought. Store is very neat and tidy. Find everything easily. They have a little bit of everything just about. I would recommend and I do my shopping here now over any other place including Walmart.
Extremely friendly staff very welcoming always has what I need every time parking is crazy but not terrible the deli food is great liquor selection amazing
Great place for groceries. Always have great quality fresh produce and meats. Love that they have a bin of free fruit for the kids to snack on while we shop. We still always have to stop by the bakery, though, for a sample cookie. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
It was a great place for organic fruits and vegetables, but lately they havent had very much to choose from. Also, the produce area looks very neglected. Didnt use to be that way. On the up side, they have a great sea food area where you can get wild caught fish, and mussels that are from the USA. The people who work in the store are very helpful and friendly, and go the extra mile. If they get the produce back to the beautiful area it was, this place will be 5 star.
Since the Kroger family of stores has decided to become politically correct and remove Guns & Ammo and other firearm related magazines from their shelves, I will shop at other markets that dont employ censorship in their product line. This is a supermarket, not big brother. I should be free to shop for my grocery needs and a legal publication of my choice without having to enter the political arena. Theres too many other markets around that dont employ these censorship tactics...they will get my business from now on. Its a shame.
I really like Kroger on Route 10. The store and parking lot are kept clean. At night, the parking lot is well lit. The employees are friendly and helpful. I like their products- fruits and veggies. Competition is strong on Ironbridge with 4 grocery stores a stone throw away from each other. This has caused some price reductions, but Kroger is still holding its own!
Love it, friendly knowledgeable staff and best of all I get all my ukrops foods too. Exceptional customer service, especially for Western Union. Thank you so much. Came in without notice and got my sons birthday cake and balloons all within 15 min. Great service with a smile as well.
I love it!!! All of your shopping needs and eat in shops. The Sushi department is the bomb book place to go. Kroger has more of a different flavor and feel than some of the other stores Ive shopped. The prices are ok but not better than some others. Love it And will be back to explore and shop.
This location has more of the Ukrops prepared meals. Super store. Plenty of parking. Could use more check out staff at peak hours. Good produce. Kroger has some of best produce in area. Has a Starbucks and an Asian hot food station.
Hello it’s me again...October 31st and no Octoberfest Beer!
Amazing store. Love the selection! Love the sushi! Even though I dont use it, there is a wine bar too! They have awesome seasonal decorations and whatnot too!
I went to Kroger today . I always enjoy going there but today I wanted a slice of of pizza. There where five employees working in that area and none of them wanted to get me a slice of pizza. They all said that wasnt their area and the employee that works that area hadnt came to work yet. There were 4 different kinds of pizza sitting thevuet none of the employee wanted to get it. One lady pointed and said thats not my job. So I ended up going over to customer service and finally one of the ladies served me a slice. 🤔
I Love this store and the employees. The store manager is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. I love shopping at a store where your patronage is appreciated.
The seafood associate was wonderful. I purchased dungeness crab. It was fresh and delicious. The store is well organized and clean.
Check your receipt closely! Nearly every other visit items are not rung up with the proper discount. I usually come out ahead, but extra time is usually required through customer service.
Ok so other bus drivers and my self go to get salads before field trips or if we have to get our buses inspected we enjoy making salads as we will be there all day usually the salad bar is always set up and we have never had a problem so Monday we stopped like we always do and there was no ranch on the bar so I asked for the ranch the lady started yelling the salad bar dont open till 11 well I already made my salad she then said well she is going to have to get it for you and pointed to the other girl working and then repeated herself again the salad bar dont open till 11 so finally about 10 minutes of me standing there with my salad in my hand she finally brings it out so today I go back in there I went to the back first cause its like 10 minutes before 11 so I order my shrimp first then I go over to the salad bar to see if they have eggs today because they dont always have them and I would have to go grab premade ones from the back the same lady looks at me as they are setting up the bar and says you wanted the salad bar and started laughing I guess because now they waited to set it up till 10 minutes till 11 so we couldnt make one Im sorry but if this is how you all treat customers then Im done with this store which really sucks because its only 1 mile from my house also they need to have on the bar what the tags say this is another issue one of the other drivers pointed out to me
The woman serving chicken wings was very friendly. She let me have a spicy chicken wing to see if they were too spicy. They are delicious. An employee also helped me find the fresh quiche.
We were lucky to have moved to Chesterfield just in time for the new store to open on iron bridge road . I drive past two other chain stores just to shop there because of the selection of Organic food and the friendly staff. The leadership team and the store Manager are the perfect fit for the moral of the employees and the surrounding community.
Krogers how dare u take advantage of ur customers like this.i visit the krogers on 1800 ironbrigde rd at least 3×s wkly.if not this one 2 other ones.i went in today on ironbrigde to get more chicken breast.i always pay at least 9.99 for a pack of chicken breast it went up to 18.99 a pack.as well as other items that i usually purchase for my grandkids that live with me.these items went up by 3,4,5 dollare.its a shame krogets that u take advantage of yoyr customers at this time.i work in the HEALTH field and lost my job 2weeks ago.and for u to raise your prices like this is ashame.i took picture i will be reporting krogers for price changing in this hurtful and hard timeSHAME ON YOU Krogers
Mrs Alice the store manager She talks to her employees like they are nothing. Would never recommend anyone to work there.
Good place to grocery shop.Prices on their brands are low but often you have to buy in multiples.Brand name prices can be a bit higher. There is variety of produce and fresh. They have: fresh meat from butcher section...cooked food at deli..pharmacy drive through..also gas at pump.It is also conveniently located off Ironbridge Rd.
Great staff, some availability of different products could be nicer. Bathrooms stay clean. Always someone cool to meet at the bar, yes I said bar. Food to go is pretty good, (starbucks, sushi etc). Large parking lot and gas station available.
I’ve been here the last 4 weeks and every time my order total was incorrect-had to go into store and have manager come over to fix my total and refund my money. If I did not check my receipt I never would have known. I love the convenience of it but it is very inconvenient when they cannot get the total correct- it seems as if the coupons never actually come off!!
The people complaining about the amount of cashiers are correct -- theres never enough. So if you go during peak hours, you will get frustrated. Its cheaper to put one cashier on self checkout (which is six registers that one person monitors) versus having six cashiers on six registers. Kroger is a business like any other and needs to cut corners to keep profit steady against their competition.I dont shop for groceries here anymore because its far too expensive. Ill grab some bakery items (i.e. cake, cookies, brownies) for events at work like birthdays, potlucks, or meetings -- or treat me and my husband to their delicious sushi on rare occasions, but thats it. I recommend them for their produce section and bakery selection but thats it.
A beautiful shopping experience... Clean and modern..... Relax and have a cold beer at their bar
The workers are better than management for the most part. Be wary of upper management! Smile to your face and tell you exactly what you want to hear as a customer. Workers often dont get their breaks and/or lunches on time or at all.
My favorite store, ever. Seriously, this store is incredible. The only thing better than the store is the amazing employees who always sneak my kids extra marvel pop toys.
Miss Alice, the Store Director, runs a tight ship. Shes not afraid to personally sweep the front doorstep (as I once witnessed). I appreciate their slightly-extended hours to accommodate Second Shift workers.
So happy this location was built. I was driving 15 minutes out of my way before. This store is clean, well stocked and has great employees.
Clean store, friendly helpful staff, convenience of one-stop shopping. I never thought I would buy clothes in a grocery store. Great prices on every thing. If you need it, they have it!
This Kroger is my familys preffered grocer in the area. Very clean, very spacious, the employees are friendly and attentive, and the selection of items is wide and varied. Shopping here is more relaxing and calming than at other retailers. This locale also has a Kroger gas station (which offers up to $1 off a gallon, depending upon how many groceries you buy with them per month).
Its a great place for organic and vegan ..vegetarians..Miss the huge kitchen they use to have with home made foods prepared there...now they have Pizza and boxed chicken meals..also not impressed with salad bar..overall I like Kogars.
STAY AWAY! I have picked up 3 week old expired yogurt a few weeks ago and just today I picked up pasta sauce with large chunks of green mold in it, not expired, and the management was rude and very unhelpful. They need to do better on checking their food and expiration dates. I shouldnt have to check every date when I go to this store. Will not be shopping here anymore.
Love the bar! And of course it is a very nice clean and friendly place to grocery shop. Their made to order food is great as well.
This Kroger is fantastic. The Marketplace line stores offer so much more than a regular Kroger. You can buy clothes and household items as well as groceries. They even have a bar!
Well I am very upset with this store. I just left this store without anything.I went in to buy lets see at least 4 fried chicken breast at 1:30 on a Sunday and No chicken breast. I so kindly ask if any more would be made and was told will be a while. They wouldnt cook just breast. I wasnt asking them to cook just breast. They were low on chicken and it did seem like they had people wanting chicken. Ok, am I missing something here. So no sale from me today. I know that the 4 pieces of chicken I would have gotten would have been $8.00 and I was gonna get some other things for lunch. Not Happy so I will take my money down the street.
Back home in Indiana I used Kroger’s as my main grocery store so I tried it here the one on Iron Bridge Rd. I’ve been there twice. Both times I was frustrated n upset. The employees were not friendly at all. No greeting. No smile. Nothing! So upsetting. I butter they’re bread so to speak. So come on! If you hate your job go somewhere else. Since this has happened twice now I’m. Shopping somewhere else. There has to be friendly employees out there. Kroger you need to have classes on how to be warm and friendly to customers. Do some cleaning up in the employee aisle please.
Kroger on Iron Bridge Road: Today (Aug 1st), my husband purchased small red potatoes for our dinner this evening. I cooked them, as I usually do, in a foil packet with olive oil, salt, pepper and little butter. When the family began to eat them, we all agreed that they had a not fresh, dusty taste to them. None of us could finish the potatoes. Greatly disappointed. I am also extremely disappointed in the bagged salad, very hard to find fresh, unbruised mixed salads (not helped by being squashed into the storage areas!). Have seldom seen fresh green beans. They are often limp and so unfresh. as we like to eat lots of salad and good veggies, I get frustrated each time I have to shop. On a positive note, the store is generally great.
I love this Kroger. The reason I only gave 4 stars today was because of the lack of concern about the romaine lettuce recall. I went in and received a refund with no problem, other than the service desk associate saying she was tired of hearing about the romaine lettuce. What I found disturbing is that all of the romaine was still on the shelves. No signs of the CDC warning, nothing. There was someone in the vegetable aisle stocking, so it wasnt like there were no employees available to take care of it. Very disappointing.
Store was very clean. Personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are within other retailers prices. Very enjoyable shopping experience .
Great visit today. Got a chance to talk to the manager about the store rearranging and why. She was very helpful and I learned a little about the grocery business and the Kroger app.
Nice and clean. They go above and beyond, and do a great job acknowledging the customer. My cashier Kiah was awesome.
My absolute FAVORITE grocery store! Such a great selection of EVERYTHING! Digital coupons and fuel points are such a great perk!!
My husband and I grocery shop at this location because it is SO much better than the chester location. They have a bigger selection and they have a sushi section! They also have a bakery and serve prepared food in their own little food court type of thing. The store is always very clean.
I love this store. Very clean and organized. Associates are attentive to the customers and always a decent check out time.
Wasted 45 minutes shopping throughout the store only to be told that their credit/debit card system was down. I understand this can happen but common sense should have lead someone to post a sign on the doors stating only cash or checks were being accepted.
I took 3 pork loin roast in 2 days. The last time I asked to speak to a manager he couldnt be bothered. So he asked someone who had no idea what to do I still wasnt satisfied. They do a poor job of keeping shelves stocked also.
Excellent variety of fresh meats, seafood and produce. Very reasonably priced.
Theyve recently remodeled this store and Im trying my best to like it but it still has a long way to go. Lately Ive only been going to get just a few things and my free Friday downloads simply because I cant find anything in the store. It is beyond frustrating. I get that things have to be moved around once in a while so you will wander and buy more stuff but this is so ridiculous that Im turned off from even shopping here at this point. Where they have placed some items makes no sense at all. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. There is a Starbucks inside. Their produce is usually good and I love to find things with the woohoo! Price tag on them, it just takes twice as long to shop there now and I find that Im leaving the store without items that I need because they are hidden so well.
Great place for lunch!
The store and employees are great... BUT WHO DESIGNED THE PARKING LOT? It is crazy to get out of there, the path is not well marked
Would give it 5 stars, however service at Starbucks was very slow. If I didnt need my fix of caffeine I would have left. Check the expiration or best by dates on your milk, yogurt products and bread.
Shopping on Christmas Eve..plenty of everything in stock. Cashiers and associates were friendly as well as helpful. Was in & out in record time.
Very nice Kroger! Better than the Midlothian Tnpk., location, and thats a very good Kroger in itself. I enjoy shopping at Kroger and would make the longer trip to this location any time.
The store in itself was wonderfully neat & clean. The bakery products and meats were well stocked & of great quality. The only thing lacking was the customer service. When I told the caahier that I did not have a Kroger points card & that I wanted one she didnt even offer to give me one. The man behind me let me use his so for me to shop here I would have to rely on the kindness of strangers to save money because its evidently an exclusive club that not everybody can sugn up for.
Really nice shopping experience. Store is staff is friendly and helpful
All of the Daves bagels were out of stock at $3.29 each with the buy 5save 5 deal :( love the $1.99 Silk protein milk sale though.
Kroger is my very favorite grocery store and has been for many years. My first experience being Salem Va more than 35 years ago. Kroger stocks more if the food and products that I like than any other market place. Its truly one stop shopping. The Chester Iron Bridge store lets me down occasionally forcing a second trip to a Midlothian store and seems to be unable to stock some items that the other stores do. Requests have been a waste of time in these instances, even when the product is a Kroger product or a Private Selection item. Specifically, I very much enjoyed a PS pimento cheese with a perfect jalapeño pepper blend. I can no longer find this product. No explanation. I am disappointed but will stick with Kroger anyway.
I love the store but get frustrated every time I go. The shelves are not stocked as they should be. I have tried going on different days and times only to find the same problem...either out of sale items and/or what I am looking for. Im about ready to look for another store. Dont feel up to going to more than one store. I hope this issue will improve.
