Terrible service and cheap furniture. Most of the furniture is fake stain laminated particle wood. Cheapest of cheap, dont waste your money, I guarantee it wont last!

I had an amazing experience buying furniture here. Not only are prices were very reasonable but after looking 4 other places I can say they definitely have the best selection, the staff was friendly and fun to work with, I got financed with no problem and I was in and out very quickly. I am glad they decided to open this location in Chester and hope they are here for a long time. I will definitely come back when i need more furniture and I would refer all my family and friends here as well. Thank you Galaxy staff!!

Brought a dresser for 580 the was overpriced couple days later online for 80 dollars cheaper

I love this store, I purchased a bedroom and dining room set and got a great deal. That will be my store forever. They have lots of gift items as well.

Someone suggested this store to me and I must say I had thee worst experience with these people all I wantes was my rug a coffee table and 2 end tables well lets start of by saying I had to wait a week so I was told a week turn into 2 weeks so the the second week. I got woke up out my sleep at 12 in the am for me to get my delivery but of course I open up my door only to get 1 table after being told that all my things was on the truck. So the next day I show up to see what happen with my other stuff of course it didnt make the truck but I finally got my rug father clock and coffee table still haven to wait on my end tables that I order the first week. So I was told it will be here Saturday. So I do pop just for them to tell me it is not still there so of course I snapped because all I got was the run around and was told I wasnt allowed to be disappointed in there service after paying for delivery and paying for all my stuff with out payments. Its almost a month and they tell me I cant complain. I am a customer that gave my money to get my things and got play. Its alot with this store I cant deal. I regret spending any money in this store

Brought a nice set of couches and also a bed set . They were able to deliver it to me and set it up for me with no problem 👌🏿
