Customer service is terrible, no one answers the phone at the distribution center. They then direct you to call a call center, which cant do anything because they moved all of the accounts to a different one. So I guess they didnt bother to tell the distribution center of the change. Called the other call center, they cant do anything but email the distribution center, so they may not get back to you until the end of the day. Circular service. Awful. They need to enable this review for zero stars.
