**BEWARE** Horrible company! Ordered a waist trainer back in January and never received!! Complained to company And they said no refunds and that I already received! Which is lie..no tracking number or anything! Out of $99..dont shop here! They steal your money and send you no product with no remorse!! Wouldnt even give them 1 star! Dont spend your money here they will only steal it and not give you anything! I have ordered my item back in May 2020 and I havent received my tracker number I have been leaving emails and phone calls about my order and wasit game tight will never answer or even give me the time of day. This company is horrible!

I honestly ran into a bit of a shipping bump; however, Hannah and the rest of the staff were available, supportive and helpful. The order was quickly shipped when I was told it would be! The product is so awesome the intense trainer was so worth it! I been wearing it all day since I got it and know I will continue to wear it daily! I just ordered the actual corset and it’s the same as AEC yet about 60-80 less expensive. Also, you don’t have to wait for it! They have two day shipping! I would definitely give them a chance. Hannah explained why there were some negative reviews on google because the business grew fast and they had to catch up. My order came right when that was happening. I can see why they were overloaded on orders! The customer service and their product. Life time customer 💜

Had a few issues in the beginning with getting a tracking number but everything was cleared up once I was contacted and I am so happy with my product. I bought the Hourglass Sweat Belt and it fits me perfectly, not uncomfortable or pushing up into my back. Love it!

I bought mine and it works really well and I lost 15 in 2 months using it just for work office. It was cheap and I got it quick. I end getting 1 for my son and for my brothers and they loved as well.

If I could rate it less than one star, believe me I would. That would be solely on the below par customer service. I placed my order on January 12, its now over a month later, and no product. I reached out to this company at least 5 times for the status of the product/or refund, only to receive automated responses. One response stated orders ship out 10-15 days after confirmation order. Seriously? If there was a delay, or issue going on, the consumer should be made aware of it. This is just poor customer service. I am obsessed with waist game tight !!!! The waist trainers are very comfortable and help with my posture, I have a few different ones and they are high quality, very easy to wash as well. The customer service is amazing as well, very fast response and helpful. I will continue to shop with this brand these are the best.

Placed an order on Black Friday. Got my item end of December. I sent out multiple emails wanting to cancel my order. Then magically I got my order. Crazy thing is the zipper doesn’t work & I’m pretty sure they won’t refund my money. I’ll stick to ordering from websites with good reviews from now on.

Placed an order last month. I emailed them twice because I did not get any shipping info or update on order for 2 weeks. They replied and said it would be sent, after 15 days I can contact them again. I contacted them and told them it’s been over 15 days and they sent a tracking number but it’s been saying this for days. I think they just sent this so that I can stop contacting them. At this point I just want my money back. It’s starting to feel like some kind of scam.Update: I still haven’t received my order. I called and they said they would be sending it out that week, they created a label but it never was filled. The label is still being shown as created and my emails have been going unanswered.

Ordered a Large, received it super fast and fit perfect. I wear my vest to the gym everyday and I love it. Fits perfect under clothing and I sweat a lot, exactly what I wanted out of this product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order on January 28th, still havent received my order as of today(4/22/20). Tried several times reaching out to the via email and leaving messages on the phone but still no return call nor email. I was really looking forward to my product but I am going to see what I can do about getting my money back from the company.

This is a horrible company. My merchandise was returned in error by the post office and I have yet to receive it. the customer service is nothing but an answering machine service. the email address for the company is a joke, I reached out 2 weeks ago and still have not been contacted by anyone. the customer service reps only tell you they will pass the message along and someone will call you back. I have never received a call or an email. I paid through sezzle and now I cant get a refund. this has been the worst experience ever. oh and it doesnt deserve 1 starUpdate: I’ve received my merchandise. The quality is great. Not cheap at all. The sweat belt fits better than any one I’ve purchased thus far. But I have still never received a call back from anyone. Over all 4 Stars 🙂

Well my experience with this company has not been the best. Whenever trying to contact customer service. They are never available so since I live in the area I decided to go to the location. There isn’t one. It looks as if someone ran off with all the merchandise. All the fixtures are there but this place isn’t open. So I will suggest maybe try online but from the other reviews that’s not so great either. Disappointing, I was really looking forward to doing business with them. Good luck going forward I hope you can get things in order.

Update: I placed my order on 1/5/2020 and I still have not received my item (it’s now 2/15). Not to mention, that I call their number as requested but still have not heard back from anyone personally. Now I just got a blast email that states all orders are on delay and won’t begin shipping til some time in MARCH and will not be issuing any refunds on those waiting more than 20 days even though their website stated the opposite. This company is a joke and by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I plan on talking to my bank to see if a chargeback can be done. This got 2 stars because I love the design on my trainer. However, I will not repurchase from them.I tried to give it a chance. I love small business and want to see them succeed. However, keeping your customer aware on how long the package would take upfront would be good. Since you are dropshipping, I shouldnt have to reach out to you, to get an update. I had some issues in the beginning with my order...I received a tracking number but somehow...my package never was sent...Anyway, Hannah called me and gave me excellent customer service!! She first apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a full refund plus a new order!! Hannah then explained to me that the company is going through a transition and are now, moving forward more attentive to the customer! I ordered a waist trainer in August 17, 2019. Never got a tracking number and this company never replied to any emails. Today is September 9 and still no tracking number, email or product. Thank goodness I purchased this from afterpay. Will get a full refund. Scam company

Still waiting for my order. Ordered in late December. Received an email after the order was placed that the item was back ordered and will ship the week of 1/1/2020. Havent even received a tracking number as of yet. Sent an email with no response. Sent a message via Facebook and had a reply stating someone will contact me from customer service. Still nothing. Im really disappointed. I just wanted my item. I work in online retail so I understand things happen but now I feel like this was fraud considering I cant even get a reply or speak to someone. I did call the customer service number several times as well only to get a recording.

They are the worst. I never received my product. They are hard to get in touch with and when you do they lie stating they are going to send the product and do not. I have told everyone I know about this place and their horrible business practices. This place are thieves. They steal your money.

I honestly can only blame myself for the bad experience because generally, I NEVER order from a company without first checking reviews. I ordered a waist trainer thinking I would have it soon. After 2 weeks, still showing “order confirmed” mind you, spent a week trying to get a hold of customer service with no luck. Finally when I did, I requested they cancel the order, was told I would get a call in a few minutes, still nothing, can’t understand how it is so difficult to cancel an order that has never even been sent. So my first time ordering from this company was 7/16/19 I was skeptical because of the reviews but the waist trainer I wanted I got on sale for 30$ with shipping included . I had a rocky start at first because my tracking didn’t seem to be updating and I was very excited anticipating my order . I reached out to the company’s business account on IG and they responded very quickly . They we’re very apologetic and I was treated so well. Because of the time frame I waited and the fact that my package did not arrive on time the company sent me another replacement free of charge and gifted me a 25$ store credit to spend with them . It is now 8/2 and I just got my trainer in the mail . I ordered an XL and it fits perfect! I’ve had it on all day and it’s actually one of the most comfortable ones I have bought so far . I love how professional they were about fixing the mistake / how well I was handled and for that I will forever be a loyal customer ! Thanks waist game tight you guys are true gems

I never got the order, the two times I was able to reach someone in a month, I was lied to and told that the website tells you that there is a 15 day wait period (lies all lies). This company never responded to multiple email requests asking for updates. After I told them via voicemail that I was going to give them bad reviews, mysteriously I got a refund.....

After calling numerous times and leaving voicemail and sending emails requesting more information regarding my product. I finally received a text with my tracking number. It is not worth the time and effort put in when you want information regarding the product you purchase. Just got my life facelifted!!! The Extra Intense Hourglass Tribal Waist Trainer has got to be my new favorite thing about being a woman.So comfortable, I was scared it wouldnt fit, its like getting a constant hug from someone with arms like the rock. You know you are supported because its tight and helps your posture but its also so easy to be in. Im so excited!!!

I’ve known and have been a customer with WGT for almost a year. The products are of great quality, which is why I have to give a 5 star review. WGT is still new and obviously expanding, so please be patient with them. I, too have experienced the long wait after ordering; this is my 3rd order in a row that I had to email about after 15 days, and this tine being the longest —my order was placed January 3rd...today is the 29th with no update until now— but it was rectified by the wonderful Hanna, so I have no complaints. I have also experienced placing SEVERAL orders where they updated and successfully shipped/delivered as expected, so I KNOW that this is NOT the norm for them, believe me!Yes, It did take a while, I did email and call several times, but when you’re a growing e-commerce business, things happen and I can and do understand that. I’ve ordered 2 waist trainers and 3 or 4 sweat belts so far, and just ordered 2 more waist trainers and 3 more sweat belts in my January 3rd order, so I BELIEVE IN WGT. You can see my several reviews on the site that I’m a bit invested because I really like these products, but everyone’s frustration is valid and understandable, just please add patience to the experience and when you get your trainer in the mail and see your results, you won’t remember this snafu 😎

I purchased one of their waist trainers January 9th 2020, it’s February 14th 2020 and i haven’t received the item, tracking on the item, an update on the item.... nothing.
