The owner is very kind and doing everything he can do to survive as a locally owned small business. He has great service and a beautiful selection of frames. We have used him for passport pictures, bought frames from him, and also used him to convert our old VHS tapes to dvd. There is a need to have stores like this to go to in person instead of just buying everything blindly online so we try to give him our patronage wherever possible!

Ive never been so compelled to leave a negative review for an organization. The old man who runs the place is rude, condescending and could care less about anyone walking through his doors. If you need trash stickers call or even go Blue Diamond yourself. I never want to see this person again.

Called in because our company camera showed an error that we could not fix. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and walked me through some possible solutions. It turned out that he was able to help me and now the camera is back in working action! Would definitely recommend contacting them if you are in need of camera advice!

The owner of the store is lovely, I have no idea why people have left such negative comments. I buy trash stickers here and recently got my passport photo taken here. I had my passport photo redone here because USPS and UPS had unsatisfactory services.

For someone who loves film photography I was very excited to learn about a place where I can have film developed, buy film and accessories to my film camera. Unfortunately the service I received was terrible! I did not want to use a big chain like CVS but such a rude owner gives me no choice. You are working in a dying industry, giving a great service should be your priority.

I brought in family pictures that were badly damaged. The UV light changed the color and there were also water marks on the pictures. The pictures came back so beautiful!! I cannot explain how happy and appreciative I am!A most professional experience!

Been using Ed since his previous location in Hackettstown. I dont really know what a lot of these reviews are about but if you need sales, repair, advice, or film processing this guy is great. I wish you would come back to Hackettstown because Chester has just become a terribly snotty town with tons of arrogant people that think they have money.

NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. I arrived in the parking lot at 9am, and the store was dark/ Checked online, and no hours on the website. Checked the storefront, and no hours posted. Took a walk to Starbucks and returned at 9:25, and got owners attention. When he unlocked the door and found out all I wanted was township garbage stickers, he was VERY unpleasant. Telling me dont you know I open at 9;30? Next time come during hours.. After buying the stickers, he reminded me again. I have old photos to restore that I was planning on asking about, but I would not do business with somebody this unpleasant.

Had a horrible experience with such a nasty old man, presumably the owner. I went in to buy trash stickers and asked if I could please have a plastic bag because it was raining and he said I dont make money off of these so no. You can put these in your purse though, they fold, can you handle that? I was so taken aback, he has such a nasty and condescending attitude. Try to avoid this place if you can.

I have been going here for years. Always quality !
