The Chester Meat Market is an absolutely awesome place. It is located in the Chester mall of of rt.206. They have a large variety of meats as well as fish. The guys there are super friendly & will accommodate you for whatever you need. If you want a great steak i highly recommend them!

My husband and I go every week to get chicken. We have now expanded our purchases to ground beef and pork chops. Simply the best. Worth waiting outside to get in (they social distance the line which is terrific). Delicious cuts, terrific service, and a trip back in time to what matters; the owner/customer relationship.

Just moved in the area and everyone recommended them. I went to see them about helping pick out meats for a smoking bbq bday party. I don’t typically leave reviews good or bad but i will say it’s not just their meats that’s just top notch, so is their service and positive attitude. Great people and great food! Thank you guys everyone loved all the different meats!!!!

This place is incredible. The guys inside are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help in anyway they can. Great selection of top notch meat. Wont even buy meat from a grocery store anymore. Meat is not much more expensive than the grocery store and quality is far superior. Their tenderized chicken is excellent in the air fryer. So lean and juicy. Ground meat melts in your mouth. Great for burgers. My wife doesnt even want to go to a steak house after buying steak from here!

Glenn, John, Joe, and the rest of the crew are very professional and extremely customer focused. They make you feel at home, like a member of the family. The quality and service are superb.

Best spot around, cant be beat! My favorite is the dry aged sirloin, I get it seasoned. It is my favorite cut/steak of all time. I stopped ordering steaks out because I am always disappointed in comparison.

No butcher shop better than Chester Meat Market. Great butchers and they make you feel at home. Sausages are unbelieveable and steak preference is the aged rib eye. Excellent every time.

The perfect 5 star rating here is deserved. You can definitely taste the difference versus grocery store meat. Also, very congenial staff.

These guys are always awesome, they take care of everyone and right now are doing their best to take care of the needs of the entire community and safely. They used to have a line form inside (pre-covid) and now have encouraged social distancing so the line forms outside and 6ft apart. There is a great team there and the meats are are always too notch. The hot dogs, burgers, and sweet sausage are always a fixture at our house.

I shop here regularly. My friends all ask Are these butcher burgers and hot dogs? A summer favorite. Anything you purchase you cant go wrong. Staff is friendly and easy on the eye.

This place is AMAZING! I cant believe I have lived in the area for 3 years and never knew this place existed. The meat and fish are so fresh and their prices are great. I will never buy meat anywhere but here again.We love the hot wings, chicken tenders, and salmon. I cant wait to try the fresh ground turkey and hamburger meat. Keep up the great work guys!

I have never personally gone to the meat market, but my husband went once and the meat was soooo good. I was looking for something specific for my FILs birthday this week. I called to see if they had it, the man who answered the phone was sweet and patient and kind. He told me he didnt currently have what I was looking for but should have them by Wednesday (the day I needed them). He told me to call Wednesday morning to be sure he got them in his order. He was so happy to help and so kind. I will most definitely be using them for all future special events. So lucky to have them in our hometown.

Outstanding service and high quality meats make this a go to place. Whatever you come in for is always fresh. I love their hamburgers and hot dogs. People always rave about them. Try something new you won’t be disappointed. Located conveniently in a strip mall there is plenty of parking.

Always a cut above. I dont go in everyday, but when I do, its a great cut and great service to go along with some fine meat. Their Italian sausages and stuffed pork chops are also tops. Dont forget about the bones for the dogs!

This market makes the best sandwich I have had. Ever.You can get any kind of sandwich you want and the price is ideal. Chips on the side and about $6 for everything! Depending on what you get. Pick out your bread and hand it over.I highly suggest the roast beef, Italian, turkey, ham and salami.Not only does the Chester Meat Market have a deli they have a beautiful selection of meats for all of your cooking needs and your hearts desires!Lous hot wings are so good, youll fight over them with guests and significant others! Stuffed mushrooms, lobster tails that are the size of your face, chickens for rotisserie, the list goes on and on.The market also has a ravishing fish tank and a giant checkers table.If you ever get the chance, visit the market!!

The best meat market around!!

We were long time customers of the Chester Meat Market before moving at the end of 2008. Try as we might, we still cant find anything to replace the excellent service and great quality we came to respect. We miss Lou and the guys and their great products. You cant find better hotdogs, hamburgers, ribs or wings anywhere. Were missing the steaks, roasts and chops, too! Everything is fresh and prepared to your liking. And you can count on good cooking advice whenever you need it.

You cannot find better quality meat anywhere in NJ! Plus, the customer service is awesome. Highly recommend to anyone!
