Unfortunately when I bent down in front of this peg I was not able to see it and it sliced my scalp open. I had to go get stitches. Target deemed it safe since it’s part of their planogram. How can it be safe if an injury occurred without misuse of the item?

I come here quit frequently and Nicole who works up front always makes my day. Shes very friendly and polite but is there to do her job and is good at it! Dont let her slip away, shes the reason i come to this target!

Purchased a Magic: the Gathering booster pack from here. Turns out it was tampered with before opening, revealing cards from the wrong set and no uncommons or rares. Called beforehand to see if there was any way of getting a refund or replacement product before returning and was told a refund was possible. Upon arriving, I was told a refund was impossible.

It is an awesome store. They had everything I wanted. Quick pickup.I will be going back soon as I love Target.

I did a target drive up pick up on 8/25 and I was less than impressed. I arrived, checked in, and waited over 20 minutes. I ended up just going inside to pick up my order. It’s not a huge issue, but it defeats the ordering online process. There wasn’t a team member at the pick up area so after a quick hunt to find a staff member, I was able to get my order. The staff member who found my order was delightful.

A pretty big target with a very spacious parking lot. The parking lot entrance though is a bit weird and can get jammed/crowded. Very big facility with everything to expect from Target - very easily accessible too as part of the big shopping junction in/around the I-95 exit in Chester but somehow on the inside feels a bit less busy than the rest of the big stores in the locale. Love it!

Have to give 5 stars for the women who helped me on the phone this evening, all my kids wanted for their birthdays were bikes and they are of course sold out everywhere, well she stayed on the phone with me for almost 30 minutes until she found one for us and i am so grateful, i had already called and did online orders with 3 other targets who said they had it and didn’t and this was my last try, so happy it worked out

Employees were courteous and helpful and prices marked on products with correct prices during the holidays.

I went to the store on Christmas Eve looking for one final toy and the customer service that I received was outstanding. Also, the check-out line was very long but the Manager keep customers flowing through the line very quickly as all registers were open. I was highly impressed with this store on such a busy day.

Every time I come to this store it is as if I am in the weekly paper. Everything is always so easy to find and the team is always so helpful!

The customer service that was exemplified by Nicole who helped us during our cash out was above and beyond extra phenomenal. Having staff members like this in our opinion is what makes a company. Me and my friend are by no means Target shoppers service today what just from the experience we had with Nicole and her knowledge and great customer service we are happy to become new and loyal Target customers. Its people like Nicole that make or break a business! I enjoy my Target experience. I like the clothes selections and the atmosphere. I appreciate when the lines start to extend theyll call additional cashiers. My preference is to always go through the cashier line and not self checkout.

I really just love target. Ha e to shop around, trash bags are way more expensive than at my grocery store but toilet paper, paper towels etc are less at target. Also i like the grocery section for quick items on the way home.

The Target is fine and the employees are nice. However, we were there at 6 pm on a Saturday and there was 1 cash register open and 6 self checkouts with a line backed up. Its really sad and frustrating. I wish that theyd lower their prices since they are making us work for them! I asked if they were always staffed this way and was told theyre getting raises and cutting back hours. How sad..

The customer service was beyond rude and dare I say exhibited racist behavior. My sister is the most peaceful and loving and unracist person I know. Yesterday early afternoon, my respectable, law abiding sister who is starting work as a security officer went to the target to buy suitable shoes. As soon as she walked inside the store a middle aged employee told another employee that shes a shoplifter because she has no basket and shes going straight to the back. My sister had only walked 5 steps inside the building and they said this loud enough for her to hear it. After my sister was going to buy her shoes the 2nd employee was staring at her without saying hello snapped at her roughly. There was aggressive energy for no reason because they stereotyped her. So sad!

I can easily check online to see if something is in stock and walk right into Target and purchase it. No running around to multiple stores. Very convenient.

Customer service was great at the target store in Chester Virginia. I went in to buy and Apple TV 4K the employee was very nice and explained everything to me very well and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Target and was very impressed with the overall appearance of the store and the employees.

This is the 2nd time Ive used this service and it has always been smooth and quick.

I visited this Target around 11:30pm one night looking for a specific wine, Pinot Grigio. I was having trouble finding it until one of the workers helped me (which is a positive in this case). However, I did spend a good amount of time looking for it. Knowing that alcohol could not be sold after midnight, I got into the shortest line available at 11:52. There was one customer ahead of me who was only purchasing a t-shirt and shoes (there was another line that had no one waiting but the cashier cut their light off when she saw me). The cashier finished the customer’s order in front of me at midnight and scanned my item at 12:01am. The P.O. System rejected the wine and the cashier asked for help. Assistance came and told me there was nothing they could do. They said that even though I was waiting to purchase the wine before midnight there was no accommodation that could be made. I found it very inconsiderate that no alternative solution was explored and that the workers completely shut down the idea of finding a solution in general. This location lost a customer due to their service and their lack of customer oriented focus in this situation.

Tidy, has nice stuff. If youre looking for marvel or DC stuff, you can see they have that. Those are mens shirts, but they fit my very thin niece very well in a small size. Also have plus sizes and I believe maternity.

I always loved their selection of great products and the customer service is always top of the line!

Team member helped with the self checkout kept his cool when trying to process my payment. I was having trouble processing my payment with a gift card and my credit card using my wallet. He did an excellent job trying to figure it out.

I began to get frustrated by waiting as she asked two different people (paging them) for the two items I needed that were supposed to be in the backroom. This location falsely accused my fiance and I of wanting to blow their heads off? I have no idea what the heck they are getting at. Needless to say Target itself as a corporation has lost our business for life. My daughter lost her tablet in their store and instead of being helpful they brushed us off, because it was closing time. I get they arent responsible but on top of his they came up with an elaborate story that I threatened them and so did my fiance. Mind you, he carries his firearm for his job. They automatically discriminated against us because he works in the field that requires this. They are Liberal junkies and I will never shop at a store like this again. I am appalled. The manager isnt even woman or man enough to speak to me about this situation. Be warned! They will try to throw you in jail if they dont like you. God forbid you tried to do a return here, I can imagine what stories they will come up with next.

Is there a shortage of cashiers at this location? I stopped here yesterday and, except for one person at the returns and checkout register, there were no other lanes open except for self-checkout. Since I only had 3 items I didnt mind going through that line. Today, I had way too many items for self-checkout but it was either that line or wait 30 minutes to go through the one returns and checkout line. The line stretched all the way back to the sunglasses rack. I opted for self checkout but should not have used that line with the number of items I had. Very disappointed these past 2 days as far as checkouts go.

Worked here and shop here a lot. Its a bit smaller than most targets. Still not bad. They just put in self checkout and now sports two Pokemon Go gyms.

Only eleven days before Christmas why cant you have additional cashiers doing this time. It is taking more time in line trying to pay for my merchandise than to shop for my merchandise. Please adjust your schedule to have more cashiers on the weekends its 3pm on a Saturday.

The store itself was wonderful, neat and clean. Employees helpful. The only irritation I have is that constant dinging bell as if Im in a hospital.

Ordered online & picked up within 2 hours. No wait. Easy & convenient.

Nothing enchanting about it. Prices arent very competitive. The one thing they do occasionally have is great deals on clearance items, but its not worth checking the sales constantly. Its also unorganized, and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the shopper in front of me to get rung up at the right price for a blouse that was on clearance.

This Target is clean and well organized compared to other locations in the area. The makeup department was well stocked, and the barista at the Starbucks counter was quick and friendly.

The most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with! Almost 24 hrs worth of running around and phone time trying to get a tracphone activated! Finally had to go to Colonial Heights store to get it activated. It took them all of 5 minutes to have the phone activated and operable! I will never go to that store again! The guy in the electronics dept who sold me the phone was playing a game on his phone the entire time he was helping me and scanned the wrong bar code. The whole place is inept! Never again.

Clean, orderly store with friendly employees who are eager to help. First time doing some real clothes shopping at Target. Shopped late Saturday and most items in my size were gone. However, went back on Monday and found new items and plenty in my size.

The tall black manager guy is a jerk..(and Im not racist, my husband of 19 yrs is black.) I left a $5 item in my cart and pushed it into the outside cart return...went back when i realized and an honest person didnt return to customer service, they kept it. The customer service was going to refund me which was a surprise but the manager came over and said if no one brought it here then we cant do anything. Yes, I realize this was my fault and wasnt expecting a refund but I guess its how it happened. I went to the dollar store and got another for $1. Target is not a place that I need to go to..its overpriced anyway. Call me petty but I wont be going back to this Target. Always check your basket thoroughly because you wont get any compassion, not from this manager anyway, and I hope its not a $100 item you accidentally leave.

This place is great. I have the debit card that deducts from your checking account and save 5%. Plus i have the chart wheel app as well so i save more.

Too many issues with this Target compared to others. Bought tortillas in March that had expired in January. Also, Ive had bad customer service on multiple occasions. The Target in Colonial Heights is much better.
