I had a emergency situation 3 hours away from home, luckily I was right down the road from riverbend! They took my truck right in got right to work on it and done a amazing job. The lady’s working inside the office are just as nice as they can be they’ll really make you feel at home, while you’re sitting around waiting. They got it done in a timely manner and I still made it to the river to fish they saved my day! These people are awesome and I would highly recommend!

I took my wifes car in for an oil change and an alignment. I did not have an appointment. I walked in and although they were obviously busy, they were able to squeeze me in immediately. They performed the oil change and then pointed out that one tire was damaged and may not need an alignment if I were to replace the damaged tire. They then contacted a local tire shop, provided the tire size, confirmed they had the tire I needed, and was able to get me referral discount on the tire. Turned out that I didnt need the alignment after all. All completed within a reasonable time, considering I didnt have an appointment. Thank you Rivers Bend Auto.

River’s Bend is by far the best auto shop I’ve been to in my 36 years of living. From the quality of service to the southern hospitality. Was greeted so nice by the receptionist and the mechanic made sure they showed me everything that was wrong and fixed it in less time than I expected. I will come here for all of my auto needs. I was so excited when I contacted them at Rivers Bend Auto Care because I was able to bring my vehicle there for an inspection within a few hours. The staff is very friendly and was quick service. This is place where I conduct business with my vehicles, right in my hometown. After getting my vehicle serviced and inspected, following morning I experienced some EXTREME difficulties. I won’t say his name, nor will I go into detail. 9/5 around 9:15am the tragic experience and how the situation was handled. Distasteful. Speechless. A place where I’ve always felt welcomed, I engaged with while I’m waiting and the atmosphere always dope, that’s how country folk do. I’m gone have to be the BIGGEST person and walk away from this place of business. It’s was good while it lasted-

I ve been using Rivers Bend Auto Care for several years now and they do a fantastic job. These days its not easy finding a good Automotive Technical Specialist that can handle most or all of your vehicle needs under one roof. I would take my truck to them vs the dealer any day because they are faster and they stand behind their work.The nicest benefit is that they are very close in-terms of being in the neighborhood/community and most of all they have flexible hours when making appointments to make it easy for drop offs. Highly recommended them

The water in the bathroom sink and toilet looked like mud and the service was just as bad. Loose on masks, dirty place all around.

I absolutely LOVE Rivers Bend Auto Care! I wont take my car anywhere else. I have an older car that needs some TLC maintenance and repair. This shop covers it all with professional, experienced staff. When calling or walking into the shop, Millie warmly greets you and does everything she can to make sure you are comfortable and the reason for your call/visit clearly understood. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and explain things in terms I can understand. Bobby is the best! As an example, Ive had problems with my hood latch for quite a while (months) and have to fight with it most times to get it securely closed. He just looked at it and knew what the problem was....a little lube and its good as new. You wont believe how many mechanics have looked at it, tried to pry things, and said I needed to replace it. An honest shop whos people will not recommend unnecessary repairs. Very hard to find!!!
