Dont expect a response until you follow up multiple times. Called Friday and was told I would be called back shortly, never was, followed up through the insurance company on Wednesday and the Insurance Company said they would call me within 10 minutes for sure, was never called back. Had to have the insurance company force Safelight to be on the phone with me in a three way call to get a response.
