They will remain my go-to for all of my appliances. Salesperson was very personable and helpful. I lucked out that they had the refrigerator i wanted in stock, so I was able to buy it late on a Tuesday and have it delivered that Friday. Delivery guys were the most pleasant, polite, and helpful delivery people I ever dealt with. On top of the great service the refrigerator was priced as well or better than youd find anywhere else.

I have been shopping here for about 10 years and I must say that their prices are the lowest in the region. The appliances that I purchased were durable and never needed servicing. They deliver on time and set up the appliances efficiently. By far, their service surpass many of the large chain store competitors in our area. Thumbs up to C K Seidman!

Seidman is tops, in every respect. We have bought a number of appliances here, as have many of our family members, friends and neighbors. The process starts with Michelle, who is so very knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely invested in addressing our needs and finding the best product at the best price for us. It follows on with delivery on a date and time promised. Then without fail, the delivery team treats our home with respect and care and courtesy. Every scrap of packing material, boxes and wrapping is removed, the appliance is checked and re-checked to make sure all is well and there is a dedicated effort to provide all information needed to operate what we have purchased. The pricing is better than any other place, the service is personalized and genuine and the overall experience is positive in every respect. No one really likes spending money on appliances but in the end these things make our lives easier. Michelle and the team make it even better.

Michelle was very wonderful she took her time and explained the different sizes of the refrigerators and even looked up price comparison of different makes and models. She was very professional in her work even with multitasking. I would definitely come back for appliances when need.

Sales staff was great. Very helpful & informative, especially Michelle. Delivery was very fast (48 hours after purchase) and the installation team were fabulous. If you need to buy an appliance, this is absolutely the place to go. My washer died on New Years Day. On January 3rd I went late morning and was assisted by the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Michelle to quickly find a suitable, price friendly and efficient new washer and dryer set. A few short hours later they were delivered efficiently by Rock and Michael, who were careful, tidy and professional. Kudos to Seidman. I am now a devoted customer!

Just left this neat and clean podunk appliance store. The customer service was great, and the prices were even better. I just brought a washer and dryer for half price of what was offered at another store, same brand and all. Didn’t even blow a stack (I spent less than a thousand).

These folks are polite and helpful; but they have a BIG problem. Their Speed Queen warranted and service is farmed out to an independent contractor, who is just NOT able to do the work. Then you get on the phone, calling all over the Delaware Valley, trying to find an authorized repair facility who wont make you lose 1 or 2 days pay so you can be at home at THEIR convenience. Seidmans should definitely lose their Speed Queen franchise; not that you would want a Speed Queen anyway. Mine broke after 8 washes, and I have not had the use of it for almost 3 weeks now. Nothing like buying an $800 washing machine so you can keep going to the Laundromat.

Seidmans has served the public for many decades and has been able to beat the chain retailers with high quality, prices and very professional sales staff. They also have extremely quick response for delivery and installation services.

Rip-offs. How can you not have a price on items youre trying to sell? And then give a snotty ignorant attitude when you Have to ask for the price?!?! Just bad business.

Everyone at Seidmans is courteous and professional. I was all set on a Samsung, and after a long discussion with Beth, I went with a GE with both my dryer and my washer. There is no long 3-week wait or any bait and switch that goes on here. if you want a good deal on appliances, after youre done wasting your time everywhere else, go to Seidmans. you could always do what I did and save your time and energy and just go there first!

They have the largest showroom in the area, my order was delivered in just 3 days.Their Delivery Drivers are there employees for combined 25 years experience, not hired day to day or outsourced.You wont find installers like this anywhere. I have shopped there and have shared my experiences with all of my friends. You are unable to stump Steve on any question on any appliance. Advertised prices do not match store prices. The woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely curt and rude, she called the owner who said he isn’t incharge if the advertising and isn’t responsible for the prices they advertise. They low ball advertised prices to get you in there and then raise them once you are in the store. Talk about unethical business practices.

No nonsense, quality people, products and services

We purchased a new refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom a year and a half ago. Along with the factory warranty we added an extended warranty. Unfortunately so many things went wrong with this item we were thankful we had an extended warranty, not that easy. CK Seidmans went above and beyond to assist us in working with the warranty company. If it had not been for their help I am not sure the situation would have been rectified. CK Seidmans not only sells appliances but supports their customers. For that reason we recommend them for all your appliance needs. A long time family business, delivery people were very professional and courteous too. They are staying on our go to list.
