Call Candlewood and Mark showed up in 2 1/2 hours to look at my problem. Mark assessed the damage and help me find the parts online for the repair. Mark was straight to the point and explained all my options. After talking about what my business needs are he showed me machines that would be better suited for the volume I do. Under no pressure I bought a printer from Mark for a bit more than Amazon because I wanted his service and warranty program.Great experience all around!!

Mark, the owner, showed up at my CT home office, an hour away from his, the very next day after I called to inquire about servicing an old Canon copier. How unusual is that quick response? I was dumbfounded.When taking back to his office my old copier to fix could end up being 3/4 the cost of a new machine plus the cost of the service call, he had a new Kyocera copier in his car that fit my needs and installed it and showed me how to operate it.When I exercised buyer caution and called an online supplier to compare pricing--and found it to be significantly less--Mark negotiated fiercely and competitively to get my small business, throwing in an additional $60 4,000-copy toner (new machines come with a demonstration toner that does only 2,000), no shipping cost of course, did not charge me for the $155 service call and negotiated a price that was only around 15% higher--but came with a better warranty--AND, best of all, a promise of the same kind of quick responsiveness I experienced with Candlewood Business Systems the first time I called. Ill never go anywhere else. What Mark gave me was not just a machine, he gave me a solution, keeping my work going without interruption from a failing old copier.
