First time visit...like how you are able to move through the store without getting in someone way... they need music like the Rocky Hill store..very clean store..

I love this consignment shop and have been a consignor and shopper since the days of its original location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the merchandise is, for the most part, of very good quality - I say for the most part because there have been times that I have come across some clothing items that were a bit worn looking. This is my one bone of contention - I have had several articles of clothing rejected for consignment that were in excellent condition, and when I saw some of the items on the racks I could scarcely believe mine were considered unacceptable! I understand that they try to be very conscientious about what they agree to consign but I can honestly say that many times I was taken aback by what I saw for sale as compared to my rejected items. I will still continue to consign and shop here because I otherwise really like this store, but I wish there was a bit more uniformity as to the guidelines in which items are accepted.

I have been shopping at Consignment Originals since they were in their original location on W. Main St in Cheshire a LONG TIME ago ! Sue, Sarah and the gals there are always helpful, polite and efficient. I LOVE the store and have spent literally thousands of dollars there over the years. GREAT BARGAINS, QUALITY and PRICES ! The store and the fabulous staff are never a disappointment! Everyone is warmly greeted the minute you walk in the door. They make a point if trying to remember your name or something you may have purchased at an earlier time. I love the variety of things that they carry and of course the jewelry is the best!! My experience at Consignment Originals is amazing! The customer service is excellent andeveryone is very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to help you. I love going to shop there because it is a beautiful and organized store, and they have so much to see.There r clothes, home goods, decor, shoes, coats. They have it all. I love talking to all the staff. They really care about their customers.I have spent hours there trying clothes on and Ashleigh and Sue and the staff always take the time to make my shopping experience a wonderful one. It is by far my favorite consignment shop and I have made friends there. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!!!!

Great store I love how neat and organized it was when I first walked in thats a great first impression then I found the most unique home decor items and I had to buy this adorable outfit with the tags on it. The only negative I must say are the prices were a bit pricey for consignment.

I was checked out with the manager and she was really hospitable and proper. The prices were okay but the better prices were mark downs after a certain amount of day!s And they were really good great selection Im lots to choose from!

There was a LARGE section for clothes. Ever rack was labeled and sorted. There were some furnishings and home goods. Overall, most things were in good order. There were lots of nice (and unique) shoes! There are several fitting rooms and the staff was helpful. If in the area, I might stop in again.

I love this store. Its my favorite place to shop.They are very picky with what clothes they accept, which I found frustrating, at first, but if you go in knowing that, its alright.Ive gotten several Coach purses here and never paid anywhere near the full price. So many brand-name articles of clothing, some with tags still on them!!

I have been shopping at Consignment Orginials since they first opened in Cheshire. I can tell you that it is the only place I would highly recommend. Primary because of the overall presentation, customer service and their choices of items in their store. All especially due to their manager, Sue Lowe and her team. I couldnt say enough good things about their store in Cheshire they treat their customers they way you expect to be treated.Thats why I give them a 5 star rating they simply deserve it!

Pretty expensive for a consignment shop.Not very much in there that didn’t look worn. Some shirts were stretched and faded. They need to do a better job on what they take in.

My wife went there to look at a few things for me there and gave her my credit card to purchace the things she wanted and was trreated luke a criminal and refused a sale because her name was not on the card. I think it was very unprofessional. Thank God for Amazon.

Quality of clothing, jewelry, accessories, etc. But not a five star because they are too overly critical of items I try to consign. I have seen much worse, obvious stains, zippers that dont work, etc., on the racks! Also, I was told some items were out of style, and they were very trendy things 👎🏼

I just came back home after being there with bags of several dresses and gowns each worth between $150-$300 and was told that they could not take them because they only take clothes that are only 2 years old... Mind you most of the clothes they have at that location are not 2 years old. And I know that because I am in the fashion industry... My dresses are brand new, and only used once. A couple only are older than 2 years then rest were not...Also, my sister has an account with them and she just confirmed that she has brough to that store clothes that are older than 2 years and they have taken them. However, she has been seen by the younger ladies in the store. I was seen by possibly the manager. I was confused and so is my sister. She could not underatand why my dresses and winter coat were not taken. I am not coming back and I am not referring anyone to this location.

I have been shopping/consigning at Consignment Originals for over 5 years. It was GREAT in the beginning but over the past few years the service/quality has drastically gone down hill. They reject your clothes for very poor reasons and are quite rude while doing so. Truth be told, I dont think the people selecting the items they accept quite now what they are looking for/at or what needs to be on their racks to improve their variety. I have brought brand names clothes to them that they rejected, but yet when I go to look at the racks the clothes on the racks are stained/ overpriced, or stretched out. REALLY need to look hard to find something worth your time. Will NEVER go back to this store again.

They are way to picky & snotty when dropping off for consigning

I left my coach bag to be sold there. Near the experiation date they told me that they would keep it if I didnt pick it up by the next day, I told them that I would. They said that was fine. The next day I went there and they told me that they could not find it. They told me that it must have been stolen. They told me that the manager would contact me regaurding this situation. I contacted them several times and was never put into contact with the manager. I was appalled in how unprofessionaly they handeled this situation. I would never sell or buy anything from here again! They never apalogized or offered me anything. I am truley disgustied with this them!
