I just had the best experience at the AT&T store in Cheshire. Brandon was so helpful and answered all my questions. He was respectful and knowledgeable.
I recently had the pleasure of doing business at this store in Cheshire. It is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE Ive had with ANY AT&T outlet.AT&T should train ALL of their store employees with as much integrity, and professionalism as this particular store. Meagan & Shane are by far the best employees AT&T has working for them. Their knowledge of the products is very impressive 👏🏻. Their desire to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new service was without question the best Ive EVER encountered within the wireless community.I highly recommend this store, if anyone is looking to start new service or upgrade an existing plan with AT&T go to that store. You wont find another store in their entire network with a much desire to help you and to assure youre TOTAL AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION as that one.
I am not one to leave reviews so I will be as specific as I can. To be critical, the store needs more help. Every time I’ve been there has been one employee at a time and sometimes there is a wait. More recently however it has been worth it. Meaghan is the best staff this place has had. I am so glad she’s here in Cheshire AT & T. She’s so pleasant and thorough. A fantastic salesperson but also transparent. She’ll make you spenyd your money with a smile. Awesome person overall. If she wasn’t already the manager, I would say she deserved a promotion. When ever I come in she is a sweetheart. She helped me greatly with different issues I’ve had with billing, tech, and so forth. She got me some great deals. She transferred all my information, synced my watch for me put my screen glass on and my case. I was very happy with her service and I will come back only for her. I’ve never gotten “great” service from the other employees here needles to say this place needed her. I’m not a tech person but I do a lot with my phone so her being so understanding and happy to help me is compelling enough for me to leave a review.
New manager Meagan is the most pleasant patient, personable and kind person we have ever experienced in an AT&t store. this girl is so knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm and my family loved working with her. that was my first time at this store. it was clean organized and disinfected and smelled really nice it was all very inviting but the service was even better. thank you for all your help Meagan and good luck on the new store hope this helps I will tell my coworkers

Last week, I upgraded to an iPhone SE at this store. I also bought a phone case and screen protector for it. The salesman said he was including a sim card that I could use in another device if I wanted. What he never said was that he assigned a phone number to the sim card and was charging me for a third phone line that I didnt ask for. Fortunately, AT&T customer service was able to remedy this situation with one phone call.

I had to replace a damaged phone quickly. Needed to take one home with me. The young man that helped me was very courteous and well versed on the products. He helped me decide on a phone that would do every thing I needed. It was a little harder because there are no display models. I left with a new phone and information about what to do with my old one and the exploded battery. I have been with AT & T since the 1990s... always been happy.
Brought in a nightmare scenario first thing in the morning and Xavier and Shane couldnt have been more helpful. Seriously great service! Thank you guys!
I went in the store yesterday because my kids had messed up the settings on my phone. Shane and Rachel were super helpful getting everything back to the way it was supposed to be and even saved me some money on my bill. I didnt know that this store was here before today but going forward this will be the only store that I will ever go to!
Matt is a super hero. This past week I was without a phone due to an order error. Matt helped me backup my data so I didn’t lost anything, helped me return my phone, helped me order another, and helped me get all set up. It was tricky and too A LOT of patience. He never lost his smile or kindness. He was sincere and truly happy to help. He was easy to talk to and made waiting hours at a time no bad at all. He is a superb employee of AT&T and deserves a RAISE!!!! Thank you so much Matt!!!
Poor customer service. Sold me a new iPhone but with no help in merging of explanation of how to get it to work
Rep was very helpful cant remember his name. All I remember was he had long hair . He helped me out on Friday convinced me to add a line because of the promos that were running and I was already thinking about adding a line to my account for my daughter. Got iphone for 5 dollars a month. So grateful for this rep and because of him I got a better deal. This will be the store I always come too.
Was greeted by rep and told we would be the next customers as he was just finishing up and it would be just a minute. Waited 20 minutes. Just as he finished up, two more people walked into the store who had apparently been there earlier in the day. Associate says, I’m going to help them now, you will have to be next.! We would not have waited all that time just to be told we really were not in line. Had to leave the store. Will take our business elsewhere.
Oscar the At&t store manager was very helpful. I came in to pay bill. He asked if I had time to review bill as I did. Not only did he save me money on the new plan he put me on but he also gave me a quote for tv which will cut my bill in half. I will be returning by next week to see if I sign up and switch. Thanks Oscar!!!!!

The staff here are the best! They are helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly generous! They will definitely take the time to work with you if you are unsure about anything. Also if your a fireman, police officer or first responder, they are well versed with firstnet and can help you with that as well. See Matt our Shane!

Just had the pleasure of meeting Shane at the AT&T store in Cheshire. I needed a new phone and wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for. Shane helped me learn about the choices I had and about which phone fit me best. I can honestly say I was nervous about spending money on a new phone adventure but Shane made it painless & almost fun =) I will def. be back to the Cheshire store to see Shane with all my questions & needs. Welcome to my life new iphone =)

I went into this store about a week ago.. The employee I dealt with his name was Matthew he was extremely helpful and super nice and answered every question I had.. Definitely was a pleasurable experience.
I had very bad experience in this store. when I visit this local AT& T store, I explained to Shane, the staff in the store about my requirement for my phone service. He offered me a plan which can fulfill my need. I paid for the service fee for the plan I wanted and requested not being enrolled autopay program. Several days later, I found out that he signed me on totally wrong service plan and in autopay program. The store manger Matt and Shane did not take any responsibility for this mistake and did not respond to my complain. Very disappointed .
I purchased 2 new phones and left Verizion for AT&T service. I went there just to buy phones but Matt Chaves was so helpful and so knowledgeable I switched over to AT&T’ as my provider. Matt answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot questions and he was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would highly recommend if you to the Cheshire AT&T store request to have Matt be the person that helps you.
Went into the store to get my mother help with her new phone, entire staff was exceptionally helpful. My sales associate Vlad walked her through all the features and helped her pick out all the right accessories.
I cannot say enough good things about Sylwia. She helped my husband and I out on an issue we had on an outstanding phone order. She took the time to phone corporate and work through the issue and ended up staying to work the issue out almost 40 mins after the store closed. She was patient and kind and just wanted to help us. She is a complete asset to the AT&T store.
Matt was super helpful, great at multi-tasking, handled a bunch of people all at the same time, was very patient with an older woman who couldnt understand how to use her cell phone and all around a nice person to deal with!
This is the best at&t store, they saved me big time when my phone died.
Usually I hate shopping for new phones but meeting Sylwia the store manager here was an absolute amazing experience. I ended up upgraded multiple phones in my account and adding extra services to lower my monthly bill! I never knew I could package my TV and mobile phone together. Definitely ask for Sylwia, great staff all around.
I went to the Cheshire location and was given a warm welcome from the manager Matt. I went in to resolve a billing issue and Matt made me aware That I was eligible for an upgrade. I walked out with a new iPhone XR and was able to not spend any of my own money by trading in my phone. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very progressional and friendly . All my att issues will be handled at this location from now on

I agree this guy Lenny doesnt care about his reputation, he lies all the time and never calls you back. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau and got everything Lenny promised me from AT&T directly....its very easy you can do it online. I got almost $2,000 in gift cards and credits.
Kyle seems to be upholding the this stores reputation for horrible customer service and incompetence. Or dishonesty, unclear which it is. Store is closed right when it should have opened two hours ago; he failed to set up new phone correctly end of day yesterday, so I have no phone service or access to texts or whatsapp messages on new or old phone. This is after being talked into an expensive LG phone with a $400 rebate deal that made it the choice over the Samsung -- which deal evaporated as the paperwork and payment were happening minutes before store closing. Whoops, nope, that will be $400 more. And for this, no working mobile phone at all. Right now I am enraged.Followup: Went to the North Haven corporate A T & T store, where they were able to help me very graciously. Kyle in Cheshire had failed to activate my phone! My old phone was disabled, but the new phone, though the data transfer had been done, was simply not activated, period.AND -- the store was not yet open at 2pm on Saturday, when it was scheduled to open at 10, and Kyle had specifically looked me in the eye and said he would be there starting at 10 if I needed to come back for anything. I have no idea if the store was ever open that day at all. A steady stream of unhappy customers who had made specific plans with Kyle for Saturday where at the door every time I went by to check. Several had come to pick up phones that were paid for, in the midst of data transfer, and so on. At least I had my useless phone in hand.

Went in just before xmas to see what my options were in getting my daughter a phone and adding her line. I explained that I liked my I phone 6 Plus and would keep it but wanted to at least hear all my options before I decided. There was no one in there, which was nice, and the girl was very nice as well. She explained I could get an I phone 7 upgrade and get one free while Still paying the same monthly amount I was paying currently. She went over gb and gig amount options as well. She also shared a coupon. While I wasnt planning to trade in my 6 plus because I liked it, it would actually cost me more if I just got my daughter a new phone adding a line than it would if I traded in my 6 plus and got 2 iPhone 7s using the buy one get one free data plan promotion. Based on her explanation, I decided to go ahead as this was one of my daughters Christmas presents and was pressed for time since xmas was in1 day! Plus a toddler with me which made it hard to take my time. I Paid 80 to pay off my current 6 plus, installment fee, and 86 for taxes plus cases and screen protectors. The day after xmas I realized I was eligible / could have gotten 2 - 7 pluses for the buy one get one and gotten the same monthly data plan. I loved my plus but unfortunately she never mentioned this was an option. I clearly asked for ALL of my options staying with I phones and trusted that she gave them to me. Moreover, Im surprised she didnt figure I would WANT another plus since I HAD one that I wanted to keep. So, after this realization, the next day I was planning to go there but called first; they said they would have to charge me 2 restocking fees - just 2 days later - one of those days being Christmas. I explained that if I had known that the buy one get one and my trade-in couldve worked with the 7 pluses I would have done that!! I didnt know that was an option because I only relied on what the representative was presenting to me. They didnt care. Not wanting to ruin Christmas I just kept the phones and tried not to be regretful. My daughter was happy to have a phone. Now, a month later my husband got the 7 plus and the portrait mode is amazing! I miss the bigger phone too. Now its too late to exchange at all. Not horrible but disappointing.:-(
At your store now, Why the heck are you guys closed on Sunday, seems like you are losing money by that decision.
Just waited for service for over 30 minutes at this store. The guy kept telling me Ill be right with you. I walked out. I run a business in town and will never go back or ever recommend this store.
