Brought my GMC Terrain in for service today. There were some additional repairs needed but the parts had to be ordered. I was asked to leave my vehicle for one more day. One week ago I got stuck on freight street in Waterbury I call Richard Chevrolet they told me to tow it to them and I had to pay the tow bell after paying them $1600 to fix my truck I went to Williamson auto right where I got stuck they fixed it the part was only 40 bucks that Richard Chevrolet already put in brand newThey would not even pay for the part

Empty promises. Staff seems friendly, but they dont really do what is asked of them. I never get a call when my parts are in. They took all day to put a recalled window switch in the drivers door. High prices like any other dealership.

Worst new truck experience ever. Buyer beware of empty promises. Ill never purchase another Chevy GM product again. They still havent delivered the $600 shop manuals I purchased after 8 months!
