I love Carters! I will never buy flowers from a big box store again. I went super late in the season to get flowers for the pots in front of my office and was afraid the selection would be slim, but it wasnt. Lynn helped me find exactly what I wanted. The folks there are more than willing to help and are super friendly. I definitely recommend!

So lucky to live so close to this gem. It is a true one stop shop! I am always impressed with the quality and variation of their plants and various soils as well as beautiful concrete containers and sculptures. They carry Epsoma organic products, my favorite and they have seasonal food that is locally grown. To top it off they are professional and offer amazing customer service. Can’t say enough good about them! Thank you for what you offer our community.

I made a review being very critical of Carters. While I feel that I had some valid points, it took communication, patience, and an understanding of what some local businesses are going through while the economy comes through this pandemic. Regardless, Patrick linked up with my wife and I and made our landscaping look 100 percent better. He made recommendations and maximized our financial budget with what our landscaping goals were. Thank you Carters and Im glad we were able to work through this. This is what I truly enjoy about supporting local businesses. I do recommend them, just be understanding and patient during this busy season. I had to learn this myself.

Great selection at reasonable price. I typically find it hard to support small business nurseries because they tend to be double the price of what you find at big box stores. This is not the case with Carters. From what I saw, they offer a great selection at reasonable prices.I passed this place for years not knowing how big it really is. It has a huge selection of plants you cant find at lowes or home depot and a variety of trees including large mature Japanese maples.Staff was friendly and helpful. Patrick was very knowledgeable and offered great tips in choosing my plants.

I love the high quality plants and good selection. There customer service is great. I can order from them if I need items they dont have in stock.

Fantastic deal on our mulch. Customer service was just amazing. We will be returning customers as long as we are in the area.Also, our new mulch is mallard duck approved for laying eggs and calling our flower bed home for a bit.

Carters always has a great selection of healthy plants of all types. The staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. This is also the only place I get mulch from.

Ive loved Carters and done a lot of business with them over the years. I always try to support local businesss. I called them to fix a tree thats leaning really bad in the front yard and they said Id hear back that week. I didnt. I called again and spoke to someone who told me hed come out that next week and take a look. Never came. I called again and a lady answered and said she was with a client and would call me right back. Never heard from her. If you can believe it...I called one last time and spoke to the owner who assured me hed come out himself if needed. He also said, its hard to find good help. Its been 3 weeks since I spoke to him and Ive still never seen anyone. Im so disappointed because Ive always enjoyed doing business there but this is ridiculous. I was a loyal customer who will never step foot in that business again. Pretty soon, it wont be good employees youll be looking for, but good customers. And they will be gone.

Awesome selection of unique plants and trees. We got several different coleus hybrids and finally found Persian Shields here, all for really cheap. Plenty of tropical plants as well, puts the corporate stores to shame, honestly, this is one of mt first stops when looking for something interesting to grow.

Booked topsoil a week in advanceThey fail to deliver at agreed time and no one bothers to call and let me know that they have issues. I had to drive over there to find out what’s going on. Spoke to the owner he promised to call me back within 30 mins which he never did as many other critical reviews have pointed out. I lost money because I had prebooked equipment to use.. all they had to do was call immediately they realized we won’t be able to deliver but they never bothered to call neither were they concerned about their service failure.. they need to fix their process and systems, that is why we pay them.These guys don’t care a thing about their customers.. once they get your money that’s it.. don’t care about the service they deliver and will gladly tell you that we will give you a refund if you are not happy.. because they have the next customer inline ready to give them money..

I called this place to see what it would cost to deliver soil and mulch and the woman that answered put me on hold right away. Okay that happens. I waited 2-3 minutes and they hung up. I called back again and the same woman answered like I was bothering her. I ask my question and she answered with a very sarcastic tone. I guess they dont really need my business. What jerks!! They must be giving themselves the 5 star ratings.

Be careful with Carters, just last week they were paid to deliver 6 yards of sifted topsoil. I maybe received 3 or 4 yards. I had to use my own tools and get on the back of his truck to push all the wet soil off MYSELF. The driver was EXTREMELY rude when he arrived, wouldnt let me get a word out when asking if he could drop it in 3 different spots (as my landscaper requested). He got stuck (tore my yard up) after telling me he couldnt drop it in my yard (which I was fine with). Refused all help from me when I tried to assist him on getting the truck out of my yard. Had to call another worker to pull him out. When they finally got the truck out and left, I called Carters to report the driver and the entire situation. The clerk that answered the phone tried to blame me and insisted there was no owner/manager I could speak to. The clerk also gave me the name of the driver which I felt was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Before hanging up, she gives me Hunter Carters number. I called left a message and he never returned my call. I called again 2 days later, he explained to me that the driver is someone he contracted in a pinch. So after telling him I was also cheated out of soil, he has me go out and measure the pile. He confirmed I indeed was cheated and told me to let him know how much more soil I needed to complete the job, that he would make it right. Well when I called him back to let him know what additional soil I needed. He wanted me to pay for 4 more yards and hed give me 2 for free. Ive spent alot of money with them over the years. This was terrible customer service and I will not be returning to them.

Ive been driving past this place for months and finally decided to stop in and Im so glad I did. Several staff greeted me and checked in with me, prices were reasonable and I got all I needed. This will now be my go to!

Great atmosphere and brew choices. Only problem I had was the servers behind the bar gave my wife and friend attitude for asking about the pour sizes b/n the different sizes why they were more and/or less.

The pharmacy personally are so dam rude. Because they refused to take my insurance information over the phone on 8/18 so I would not have a long extended wait. When a person is sick the last think they want to do is stand in line for an extended time to be told to stand in another line the told to stand in another line. Im really in a hate for Wallmart. Im tired of rude people.

What a gem of a place in my opinion! Chose to take the kids to their Easter Egg Hunt event today (first visit)...the kids had a ball and us adults enjoyed ourselves too! Such a friendly, nice and hospitable group of owners and workers. You can tell theyre not just around to make a dollar, but to impact the community and have great service as well. And the nice display and large variety of plants and garden and landscaping items is awesome. No more walmart or home Depot...Ill be coming here for my future greenery!

I called to check the stock of a product and was met with an extremely friendly staff member. She was able to give me the dates of their shipments and a time frame as to when they will start receiving the BlackBerry bushes they we have been waiting to buy.

Been driving past this place for 6 years - thought it was some hillbilly place selling local jam, seasonal schtick and kitchy lawn ornaments...My client picked up a citation holly shrub for only $21, so i came by to check out this place. Full-scale nursery operation!! Great selection, reasonable prices. Come take a look!

My first visit was a real eye opener. I had found my go to place for garden supplies and plants. Finally. Id never before come across a local nursery that offered such a variety of plants - from bedding plants and hanging baskets (I picked up a basket of callibrochoa in vibrant shades of terra cotta, tropical sunset oranges and deep rose tones. Beautiful!) After securing a cart brought to me by the owners son Nathan, I blissfully roamed the property admiring flowers, shrubs and trees, and quickly filling my cart. And get this - on the porch I found fresh produce! I have already eaten the peach that I bought. Yum. There were other fruits and veggies that I will try on my next visit. This is a place you wont want to miss. See you there.. .

I bought mulch here and had it delivered. I ordered 5 yards and received Id say 3 yards. In 15 years Ive gotten alot of mulch, delivered and pick-up, this is not 5 yards. I told the guy it didnt look like 5 yards. He said oh yes it is. Im not going to argue with the delivery guy, so called to the office. I thanked them for delivery in a timely manor. I addressed the amount I received and was told it was correct, and I had been receiving extra, for 15 years? I told her i was disappointed and would not be using them again. They didnt care.

I called three days ago to inquire if they have certain crape myrtle trees for sale. The lady on the phone said that shes not sure but she thinks they have some. I explained that Ill be coming from quiet a distance and asked politely if she could check before I do the drive. Her voice changed and sounded like she had to do me a favor or feel lazy to check. I had to beg her politely and she finally said that shell get one of their people outside to check so I left my number. Until now, I have not received any response. I understand that theres good reviews here, but talking to them over the phone made me as a customer feel like Im a burden to them. Unsatisfactory customer service.

Just ordered 10 yards of mulch! I was calling to just get a quote but the person who helped me was so polite and accommodating I ended up ordering for delivery today!

Always friendly, helpful with reasonable prices. They even walked the lot for me looking for a particular gift when I didnt have the time to drive there. They had it, 10.00 cheaper than Walmart. Plus they sell 3 gallon buckets you pick paintable rocks for 5.00. My go to garden center.

Horrible prices and dont ever work here unless you want to get jipped on pay. Also female owner (wife) is very rude. the husband owner is a nice guy. Im glad I quit. under payed and female owner would go out of her way to schedule my buddy and I an hour difference so we couldnt ride together. the male owner her husband was going to let us due to my buddy living with me at the time. but his wife said no were not here to cater to anyone.

Absolutely horrible! Had a quote for extensive work including block work, flower beds, clean up. They came and did not complete half of the work but submitted it as complete and processed payment. Had to make make multiple phone calls before getting a response. We were told they were coming and they did not come. We had to constantly call, they constantly failed to show up or they still did not complete the job or it was done half a$$ed! We received every excuse in the book. I didnt charge you as much in labor and threw in extras. I was out of town. Etc. We didnt ask for any of that! We just wanted the job done correctly. This took over a month and it still was not done well! Will never deal with them again!
