They did some work on my bike, and it came out perfect! Price was fair, and it was definitely top notch work! If youre looking for an Indian Motorcycle, this is the place. If youre looking to get some work done in your bike, this is the place for that too! Staff was great to deal with, and they went out of their way to help me out, and kept me informed on what was going on every step of the way. I very highly recommend them!

Bought my FTR1200 and love the bike. Unfortunately cannot say that aside from the “shop dog” I was ever greeted or treated like I wasn’t a nuisance. Took the bike in for first service and aside from changing the oil and re-flashing the CPU for the cold start issues, they didn’t adjust the chain, said they did, but..they didn’t. A Simple fix, I paid for, wasn’t done. Battery still dies which was a factory issue (not fixed or replaced). Seat was loose from the Battery check, had to fix myself. Forgive me but will not be returning to this dealership. FTR still a great bike. Sorry Chesapeake, thumbs down.

The Demo event all out cycles did was extremely amazing! The people there were extremely helpful with the options and showing you different performance packages that are available. Would definitely recommend them!

The bikes were nothing short of beautiful, however after walking around for about 20 minuets no one even had the acknowledged our presence let alone asked us for anything. I will be buying a motorcycle today but it won’t be from this dealer. Sad because I have been looking online at this dealer for 5 months and was looking forward to going through them.

I didnt really get a great deal but they did service me quite well...The real Gem to that place is their awesome Finance girl/ lady/ woman. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I just stopped into this dealership with the intent to buy a bike, we looked around for at least 15-20 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged us. We were really disappointed at the lack of customer service and left

Real hit or miss at this dealer. I have purchased items and had a great experience but today was so bad I will probably drive an extra 2 hours to go to an Indian dealer. Asked a simple question about a side by side and got berated about why side by sides should never have a manual transmission. The arrogance and delivery from the salesman was so bad that I was left wondering how they keep any loyal customers. Really sad because they have a decent inventory of products other than Indian. Reminded me more of a used car lot interaction rather than a bike shop.
