Great training and development program for new hires. Would be a better OEM job shop if program sent from office programmer, than modified at control was saved and sent back into company’s system for the next round of parts in the future. Great instructional processes foster a positive experience to learn from master machinists. KM is the sharpest dude in the shop.

For the few jobs I have had in my life this is the best,good people and great benefits.

I worked with Plasser as a vendor for 10+ years and they have always been great to work with. I provided staff to the company who were very happy to be placed with Plasser. They have an excellent benefits package that was a big incentive.

Good but at time it Stressful good Benefits But the pay can be better There is some hazardous areas thats not easy to avoid for your health in the long run .
