Im on my 3rd hot tub cover from this company and for the first time my cover is having problems. I have called and emailed multiple times and no one from the company is responding, so much for customer satisfaction and honoring your posted warranty!!
I would have to say this company has the best customer service experience I have ever had. Would not consider any other hot tub than theres Ive had mine for 15 years with minimal problems.
Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a hot tub cover, and it arrived damaged. Instead of replacing it, they sent me parts and asked me to take it apart and fix it. They never sent me the correct fabric so I had to use the damaged/sliced one. Less than six months later, the cover was sagging from all of the water that leaks in so I can barely lift it. I finally took them to court and easily got a judgement against them, but of course, with this disreputable company Im sure I will never see a dime. Still, I wanted to create a record of their poor products and horrible customer service.
The spa was perfect, beautiful, and the tech/service report was amazing for 6 years. I say was because I just sold the property and now need to order another. I highly recommend this company.

Will report on cover quality when I get it.I needed a Spa cover before the worst of winter - the first half dozen or more I found on google searches, with decent reviews, were a couple month leadtime to get a new cover. And that was if I could get them to answer the phone; I called some 6-8 times on a weekday! High demand and Covid putting the squeeze on things I was told. I called SpaGuy and they answered the phone - imagine that. Was a bit skeptical on how quick they said it would ship. I ordered a 5/3 cover on Dec 2nd and I just now got a shipping/tracking#, 2 weeks later - its due for delivery on Dec 21! Im going to have the cover less than 3 weeks after placing the order - no one else came close to that delivery or was accessible via phone like they were! I cant stand the internet cos that hide behind their automated voice systems pressing you to use their website, faqs and email for answers - thats not customer service. Will report back on this cover build quality after I get it and use it for a spell, but thanks SpaGuy for fixing me up!
A year later and I am still pleased withy purchased. I couldnt be happier!

I am a property manager from the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania. I have purchased over 20 hot tubs from the Spa Guy over the past 9 years. All of the hot tubs are currently still in use. Keep in mind, our hot tubs get weekly use virtually all year long. The quality of the hot tubs are excellent. The sealed filter system works incredibly well. A previous review mentioned the insulation is shrink wrap and spray foam. It is a plastic wrap with spray foam and it works very well. If you understand what makes an efficient insulation system, you would know that by just adding thicker closed cell foam does always increase the efficiency. Creating air and insulation breaks gives the best R value results. The Spa Guys type of insulation system works great for our colder climate region and provides a system that makes maintenance service very easy. Their customer service is excellent and they answer the phone when you call. Highly recommended this company for an affordable quality hot tub.
Very poorly constructed covers. They do not honor their 5 year warranty.
It has been 6 months and I still have not been refunded $599 for a spa pack I returned. I followed all of their guidelines on returns. Customer service keeps making up excuses and dodging what they owe me and even chuckled last time I called. They are crooks. Do not do business with these people.
Excellent in every aspect. Was looking for a way to insulate my hot tub and still be able to use it during the winter months. Found the spa winter jacket from Spa Guy. The jacket is custom made for your spas specifications, and I was amazed at how fast I received it! Had it less than 3 days after ordering! And what an awesome, effective product! It has greatly reduced the amount of time my spa has to run in sub freezing temps, and has alleviated my concerns about freezing. Plus it looks nice too. Highly recommend this product, and this company.
Bought many tubs from these guys and will never deal with them again. if you have a problem beware. they will not help out if its going to cost them anything. would give them zero stars but not an option
Bought Fredericksburg spa in spring of 2015. Was leery of paying for spa before delivery, but everything worked out fine. Delivery men were VERY helpful in getting spa into position in back yard. Spa is very nice and works as advertised. Pump on high speed, if directed to only one side of spa is so powerful it can push you off of seat!I have no connection with company, but am very happy with purchase and would buy from them again. It is not often I am so satisfied with a purchase.
Cover isnt the color I expected, other wise its ok. Shipping company they use is the WORST, and due to this I wouldnt recommend them at all. Called me to set up a time, asked me when I would be home. When I told them they told me it couldnt be a specific time but they would call me on the way. THEY NEVER CALLED and just dropped it off. I didnt get to inspect it. Girl was RUDE and not professional at all.
I purchased a hot tub from Futura Spas/Spa Guy USA in February of 2016. I decided to give it a few more mths before reviewing. There are so few reviews out there, I hope this helps answer some prospective buyers questions. Start to finish- Ordering was a breeze but Delivery became a huge fiasco. (Freight company cancelled 3 times on the day of delivery which caused us to use unnecessary time off work, and incur labor charges from the electrician and the person I hired to move it from the driveway to the patio) I emailed the Spa guy, whos real name is Bud Kenny. His response was not one of concern for customer experience. It was basically that they were not outside the delivery window, period. No ownership of the added expenses. No attempt to reach out to the freight company to mitigate the problem. No apology for the experience. Spa itself arrived intact. I wondered about the insulation when I purchased it. It is supposed to be state of the art. Its not. Its shrink wrap (not airtight as advertised) covered by a tiny thin layer of foam. I think the manufacturer saves big money by not foam filling them. Hot tub is far less efficient than any I have previously owned. The 8 hot tub added $120 to my April bill, and $50 to my May bill. I live in Indiana, so its going to be expensive to run during the winter. The hot tub itself is beautiful and sturdy. It looks like the 11k hot tubs made by jacuzzi and the like. The cover is thick, but the stitching is sloppy. The filter is pressurized which means you must kill power to clean it or change it. Also the filter is less efficient at eradicating dirt, scum, bugs etc. than previous models. I got the blue. I wish I had gotten the pearl, I think it would show less water spots. That said, the blue is just as dazzling in person as online. The spa pillows are good quality but they fall off all the time. Its become a game for my children to be the first ones to locate the black pillow attachment piece and put them back together. Perimeter lights are lovely, large light isnt really bright enough for the size of tub I purchased but that doesnt really matter. All in all, I basically got what I paid for. Its spacious, it seats a ton of friends. The pumps and heater are beyond adequate. It looks really expensive. Its also big enough that I can now turn the heat off and float around on a raft while reading a novel in the summer sun. No complaints about that. Probably wouldnt buy it again, but I dont hate it.
