Great choice of flavors and tons of topping choices. Your cups are weighed at the end. I paid $30 for three small cups full. Delicious.

Went in yesterday afternoon for a quick treat with my daughter I was immediately greeted by the young lady and asked how my day was going. When it was time for toppings I was made aware of the new topping. Very polite, very sweet to my daughter. Great yogurt even better staff.

They wouldn’t honor their own coupons. They wouldn’t explain why and she wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. There are plenty other frozen yogurt shops, I’ll never go to this one again.

Pretty tasty fro-yo. Assortment is nice and there‘s a ton of toppings. -1 for price, since it is a little pricy. $20 for two fro-yos is steep. But the quality is good.

Sweet frog is a fun little shop. I love all the different flavors. You can mix a certain two or get one or multiple. I got a mix of cotton candy and pineapple which I thought was a good mix of tart and sweet. I also love all the toppings available. Fun, cute, would come again.

My kids love this place! I came in here Monday in the late afternoon and the young lady working was so nice! Everything was clean and I love how they do the toppings now especially with kids and COVID.Will definitely be coming back here!

We were gifted a $20 gift card to take our family of 6 for a treat. We happily got our treats and the total came to $32. The card reader wasn’t working properly (the worker said it has trouble reading gift cards), and we had to pay the whole amount out of pocket. We would NEVER had visited if we knew we’d have to pay the whole amount, honestly, we have trouble paying $12 for ice cream.Anyway, we would have walked out, but the kids were so excited about their ice cream, we couldn’t do that. PLEASE fix your card reader!

My kids and my nephews and niece wanted Ice Cream. I was told that is one of the healthiest places to get ice cream because the staff serves you. The kids love their flavors.

My daughters and I truly LOVE Sweet Frog!!! We love the atmosphere and the awesome customer service...the only concern that I have is, there needs to be a sign that states that it is MANDATORY that hands be sanitized before self serving. Other than that...great family place!

Visited today with my daughter. She always loves to get toppings, however, I told the cashier I did not want it no longer because there were gnats or some type of small black insects flying all of the toppings. Disgusting to me. When I brought it to one of the workers attention, she, very nonchalantly, said she had been fanning them all day as she was waving her arms/hands over the toppings. No apology from her, nothing - as if it were normal and as if I should be ok with it. If you go there, I highly recommend checking the toppings first before adding them to your ice cream.

My daughter really likes this place, if she could go everyday she would, it can get costly if you dont pay attention to the amount you put in your cup, see they charge by weight. I do enjoy eating here myself every so often. Clean area, great selection of frozen yogurt, lots of toppings to choose from. Outdoor seating too.

Always a good experience. Their selection is good and toppings are always fun. My family loves this place. It’s nice that they have non-dairy options for those of my family that can’t have lactose. It’s a little pricy, but worth it in the end.

Ive been having issues using coupons at Sweet Frog, as some of them (including this one), dont take online coupons even if theyre Sweet Frog. Ive had the same issue at the 21st Street store one time, and they are close to losing my business. Im not going to pay full price if I have a coupon just because youre franchise, privately owned, corporate, or whatever. If your name is Sweet Frog, you have to accept coupons with that name; otherwise, Skinny Dip has all of my business and are more deserving of it than you.

Family friendly, healthy and Christian environment. I cant ask for more. Delicious treats and affordable prices. Quite spacious and they even have tables outside.

This place is amazing. Friendly environment. Smiling staff. Clean. Christian music. A+ place for sure. Oh and they have a huge selecrion of topping including popper tapioca balls. Strawberry and mango. i would request yogurt poppers but 1st world problems right.

I didnt realize some Sweet frogs were better than others. There werent too many ice cream options and some toppings seemed a bit old. Overall, I love the appearance inside of Sweet Frog and the workers were nice.

It was just okay. Ive seen frozen yogurt location with more variety. The condiment section was pretty nice and for one cup half filled I spend about $6. We were the only ones there I guess because of the season.

My level of satisfaction has been declining with this location. Ive walked in a couple of times and not been greeted. And lately, it seems like the yogurt has been melting before I can even get out the door.

I worked here for two years and loved it!! Fresh fruit cut daily, variety of toppings, yogurts, and sauces! EXTREMELY cleanly. Awesome boss and coworkers, always had a great atmosphere. When Im back in town theres no other froyo place I go to!

Sweet Frogs is, so far, the best chain frozen yogurt Ive had. This location is always clean, stocked, and inviting. I usually go early enough that I miss most of the rushes, but the times Ive been when it is hectice still move quickly. The staff is also genuinely friendly and try to keep everything clean. For younger kids, the selection might be overwhelming and they should definitely be watched by parents (Ive seen so many kids touch pourer spoons to yogurt and then replace among other things). Outside of that, I recommend here highly for some good frozen yogurt and friendly faces.

Fruit is never fresh and always cut in huge pieces to add to weight. Woman at counter was reorganizing toppings at the same time as I was trying to get toppings and not saying excuse me. Also the whip cream is kept behind the counter I’m assuming for child purposes, so when I asked the woman for the can she refused to let me hold it to put the whip cream on MY ice cream as if I was going to steal the can.

I spent $26 on yogurt for my kids as a treat. I asked to sample some flavors myself and was later yelled at, in front of my kids, for having too many samples. Ill be spending my money somewhere else in the future.

Love this place. Clean. Free samples. Prices arent great, but they arent out of line. Staff is very friendly and if it is crowded, like after dinner, the traffic still moves quickly in there.

This sweetfrog is like most sweet frogs clean pleasent, full of frozen yougert and mix ins. Just like all they are a christian based franchise that is not overly in your face about it. They are friendly pro kids and if you ask they even have coloring pages and crayons for the kids.

The service here is excellent, the owner is very friendly and sweet. I love the atmosphere and people. The yogurt is tasty and sweet. Love this place. Debra Hilliard

This was my first Sweet Frog experience and I have to say I will be going again.I really didnt think it was going to be so delicious haha plus price by the pound is awesome haha the topping choices are extravagant.This location was also clean and even though it was late at night they were ready to serve and let us taste test a couple things.Thank you will be returning.

I LOVE SWEETFROG!!!It is my favorite Froyo place ever!I got the Oreo Cheesecake Flavor, and toppings galore!!Butterfingers,Brownies,Snowcaps,Nerds,M&M,Chocolate Syrup, Etc. Theres just the best thing in the world about SweetFrog!The sweet smell, the pastel colors, heck, the last time I went before this time I got a jumbo stuffed animal of the mascot frog Scoops frog sister Cookie!I just love SweetFrog, such a fan.Plan on working there one day.5 Stars for SweetFrog!!!!

The woman with the apron on rolled her eyes when my family and I walked in. Neither her nor the person who rang us up greated us. However the person who rang us up was polite in doing so. I will not be returning to this location. Im a Regional Customer Service Manager and I would not tolerate my team treating customers in this manner.
