I just came from the office and I must say this is the best eye doctor experience I have ever had. Dr. Pegram was very thorough and friendly. Even with being short handed today the staff was very pleasant, informative and efficient. Thank you to everyone who worked with me today. Michelle :)

I made an appointment online it said confirmed. I took off work picked up my son from daycare early and showed up to be told oh you have to get a phone call or its not confirmed. What?! Who does business this way? Why wouldnt the website say this? How was I supposed to know? I dont recommend and Ill be telling everyone I know.

The staff and facilities are all top notch. Service is prompt and efficient and Dr. Pegram explains the whats, whys and wherefores of what is being done. There is no sense of being rushed through the process.I would recommend this company to anyone wanting reliable eye care.

My family saw both doctors and both were great. One of the receptionists is less than friendly. Both times she made us feel like we were taking up too much time. Today while I was back getting finishing up my exam my nearly 16 year old daughter had my younger children. One of them got hurt and cried for a few minutes. (Her toenal got ripped off.) I apologized for the noise and she let me know that it was quite honestly too much noise.(It was not that loud and she had gotten hurt.) I again apologized that she got hurt and made too much noise. She still seemed annoyed.The first time she seemed perturbed my child tried on nearly all the glasses. The rest of the staff is very sweet and smiley. The doctors were wonderful.

Ive been going to Dr. Pegrams office for 6 years now and could not be happier. The staff is overly friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Pegram does a great job and pays attention to all of the details. They give you options on how best to fix your vision and help you weigh the pros and cons of each.

NOT ethical business, NOT transparent.... Where do I start? Will never go here again!!!!! I paid a $55 copay for an eye exam... Two months later I still owed $117 for the same EXAM -- NO glasses. Just $172 for an exam -- I went here for a professional experience -- Lesson learned - No more extorting businesses for me!!!!

Staff is very professional and knowledgable while maintaining a friendly and accommodating environment. From the time I checked in at the front desk throughout my pre-exam screening, exam and frame selection to checkout everyone was extremely helpful and informative in answering all of my questions and/or concerns.They have a great selection of frames to choose from and will assist you in choosing the frame that best fits both your look and your budget.

Dr.Pegram is a really good doctor he makes sure everything is ok with your eyes and dose a great job hes always friendly and all ways has a smile on his face and he takes the time to explain everything to you with what ever is wrong or what ever you should need. I was having a really hard time with my eyes I was in so so much pain my eyes felt like they were on fire because my contacts have cut my eyes and were really hurting me really bad and I did not know what to do so I called Dr.Programs office and the got me in as soon as possible to see him and I mean they got me in fast so I went to Dr Pegram and he made sure that I was taking care of and gave me medicine for my eyes and it took awhile to get better but he made sure that my eyes were fine and he examined them again afterwards after they healed .To make sure that the contact lens did not cause any permanent damage from the contact lens cutting up my eyes and they would call and cheek and see how I was doing and if I had any problems they would get you back in as soon as they could and the staff are really nice and sweet and try to help you in any way you need as well if you need help with your bill and things they do try to help you and help you find what you need to meet your budget and I am thsnkfull for that so I have nothing to say but good about them because hes a Great !! Great!! Doctor!!! and the staff!!! are also Great !!!!!SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND ANYONE THEY MIGHT KNOW THST NEEDS A EYE DOCTOR SO DOCTOR PEGRAMS THE PLACE TO GO FOOR ANY EYE CARE NEEDS YOU MIGHT HAVE !!!!!!!SO I JUST WANT TO END THIS SAYINGTHANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP WHEN I NEEDED YOU TO HELP ME WITH MY EYESDR.
