My roommate went here today to sell some items of hers and found the staff to be very disrespectful. Specifically, she had taken great care in packaging her shoes for transport to and from the store to protect them from damage. All of the shoes were new with tags, and after looking at the shoes that were offered the staff did not use care when returning the shoes to the box. They took all of the tissue paper off and threw the brand new shoes that had presented to them back into the box risking significant damage. She felt quite disrespected over the poor treatment of her property and will not be visiting nor recommending this store to others.Additionally, after the staff looked at all of the shoes they never notified her that they had completed and made their decision about what they wanted to buy or not further disrespecting her time.

The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Great place to take clothes and jewelry. Store is organized and a lot of options to choose from.
