Kevin was very patient and knowledgeable. Every other place we called was either unhelpful or wanted to charge an arm and a leg without any guarantee of them helping. My iPhone XS Max was turning off every few minutes and restarting. I found out the hard way that none of my photos were backed up. My husband and I both tried for hours and hours to get my photos off my phone every way we could think of. It took a lot of effort and patience, but Kevin was able to help us get the photos off of my phone. I am so very thankful! I highly recommend Shattered Mobile for all your phone repair needs.

The guys in the store were very honest and helpful and could have done what we thought was right and made more money but instead gave us honest answers and knowledge we didn’t have about our tablet and saved us money. My husband just went there to have the screen for his iPhone replaced. It only took 15 min. They replaced the screen and included the shatterproof glass on top at no additional charge. Every other shop charges for the shatterproof glass on top. Great service.

You never WANT to end up at a place like this but I had an overall positive experience and was pleased with the time, cost and customerService that was provided.

I know it is 2021, but I still have an iPhone X. I dropped it and cracked the screen and went to Apple and was quoted $229 to fix it out of warranty. Shattered Mobile would replace the screen or glass for $99 if you check in through Yelp. I was nervous that it wasn’t going to work well but it has been two weeks now and it works fine.

They did a great job and its $10 off with Yelp check-in. $80 to replace an iPhone 7 screen thank you.

IPhone X wasn’t working correctly. It’s was stuck In a boot loop. Took it to 3 different places. They couldn’t do anything about it. Walk in to this place and was greeted by man name Kevin. (Very nice and professional) with in minutes of talking to him he already knew what the problem was. Left my phone with him for a hr and he’s was able to tell me what I need to get fix and was able to get it running normal again. Very smart guy. Glade I ran in to this Kevin did a damn good job. Couldnt have had a better experience. Broke the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus but had it fixed in less than half an hour. Wish I hadnt misplaced my receipt so I can properly thank who helped me, but he was friendly and helpful. He was quick to give a discount and offered an Otterbox for a good price. 5/5 stars, wish I played with the tiny billiard set in the lobby.

After 2 years of constant use of my phone, the battery life really wasnt worth much of anything anymore. I came here and had my battery replaced by Ryan. Everything went smoothly. The people here are very nice, helpful as well, I had a little problem at first and the owner called me about it and they took care of it promptly for me and it was very refreshing having people that care working on your equipment. Will most definitely be using them again and recommending them too and they are reasonably priced too.

I had two phones on two separate occasions have the cameras removed by the team here. They were incredibly fast and did an outstanding job making sure the white epoxy covered the entire area where the cameras used to be. They even sell refurbished phones with the cameras already removed! The team here has a passion for what they do and I will be sure to return in the future.

Dont trust these guys. They fixed my screen by giving me a knock-off screen for my Iphone. Now my home button and ear speaker doesnt work. He said he couldnt give me a refund. Worst repair shop.

If I could give them -5 stars I would give them that review. One of the so-called “experts“ named SLTIRIS was the nastiest most rude human being with whom I’ve ever spoken.We took her phone there to have it repaired the glass was replaced it was done improperly the phone started going haywire dialing randomly the screen flashing on and off, when originally all I needed was a broken glass fixed. So we took it back a second time it was supposed to be fixed it was not and because it took me weeks to take it back this rude person that we’re dealing with just talked over top of me and basically told me I’m going to pay $90 to get it fixed for the third attempt. He refused to give me the owners name and phone number he refused to give me the owner’s email address and told me I could “look around on the website and see if I could find it.”What I would’ve expected us to have someone tell me that they’re sorry I have to bring the phone back for the third time to get it fixed properly.Don’t waste your time or your money.

These guys are direct, honest, and just decent people. I never once felt they were taking advantage of me. They told me what I needed, and cleaned my charge port for free! If I ever need my phone fixed again I know exactly where Im going!

READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO SHATTERED MOBILE. DONT TAKE YOUR IPHONE ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!!!! I have had two iPhone screens replaced here and both were defective. My iPhone 5 screen lasted two weeks and the left edge lifted, therefore, the LCD wouldnt work. I didnt try to get that repaired again because I upgraded. I just took my iPhone 6 in and it lasted less than 24 hours before there was a hairline crack going down the front of my phone (not to mention the extremely long wait after the camera didnt work on the first screen they put on)? I took it in and was told that it was secondary to trauma or WATER DAMAGE (which there was none, I dont think that hard water means it will crack your phone screen). There is technically no such thing as a 30 day warranty. They simply tell you its water damage so its not covered. They wanted to charge me $60 to replace it again. I have had other iPad repairs in other places and had great experiences for far less. After spending $70, I still have a hairline crack down the front of my phone. Please note, this is the very first review I have ever written, because I have felt that most businesses generally mean well. However, I am so disgusted by there service and ethics that I am willing to write a review.

Shattered Mobile... A store that lives up to its name.TLDR:Brought the phone in for a rear camera lens repair and Shattered Mobile broke the home button on my iPhone 7.I had recently brought my iPhone 7 to the shop to have the lens on the rear camera replaced. It had a crack that caused light to get into some pictures. $10 for the part, $40 for the service to install it. Sounds fair. 2 weeks after I request the part and service it arrives and I drop the phone off at the store. Estimated time to repair 30 minutes to an hour. I head out to the mall to kill some time and I get a call about an hour later here is how it wentTech: Mr. ***** I was calling to let you know I wont be able to finish the repair in the estimate I gave you. Getting the lens out was harder then I had anticipated and I need to call someone else into the office to perform the repair. I think we will have it done at 3pm. (3 hours after the estimate)Me: That is fine, call me when you are done with the repair.So I go about my day until 3pm arrives.Tech: Mr. ***** was the active ID having any issues on your phone?Me: No, the only issue was with the lens. Everything else works on the phone.Tech: Well it is not working now. I will try to reseat the part and call you once I have an update.Me: Okay, just call me when you are done.15 to 20 minutes later.Tech: Mr. ***** the home button no longer worksThe conversation went downhill from there. From what the tech told me the home button is in no way an area of the phone he was in, but even though it is broken now the shop has no way to fix the device and I would need to take it to Apple now to repair. They also didnt do their prerepair phone checks to verify what worked before they took the phone in, so they have no documented proof what functions on the device worked before they started working on it. Initially, since they could not fix the phone, they offered me a screen protector to attempt to make up for the damage they did to my device. I declined and demanded a refund on the repairs. I only recieved a partial refund and had to take the phone to Apple to fix. Apple quoted over $300 to repair the device so I just ended up upgrading the phone and cutting my losses.

Took my old phone note 4 to take out the camera. Owner Kevin destroyed the lcd and digitizer while working on it. According to their terms and agreements, customer have to pay for parts cost when they breaks it! I think this is very shameful. Owner need to take ownership and acknowledge about their mistake not blaming on customers.MAKE SURE YOU READ PAPER BEFORE YOU SIGN AND GIVE UR PHONE!!

My 24 year old Daughter called and made an appointment. She went on time and they said the man that was going to fix it was going to be 30 minutes late. So she patiently waited. Then he said it would be ANOTHER HOUR and was rude about it and not apologetic at all. He said she could come back but she was over 30 minutes away from home. She told him she would wait and he could come get her if the repair man came in early. But he kept her phone with the impression someone may start. Needless to say later she found out there was NO ONE in the store that even fixes phones. She then went back in an hour later after sitting in her car in the cold in a dark parking lot without a phone. He tells her that the man will not even fix her phone because it is now to late. NOTE: This is almost 2 hours after her appointment. No apology, no kindness, no going to her car to tell her when he even found this out. TERRIBLE SERVICE or wait she didnt even get any service even with an appointment. PS There was someone else there also having the same trouble.
