The vehicles that they sell here truly are some of the best used vehicles around. I went to look at a 2012 Subaru for a friend. And the quality of the other vehicles caught my eye. I was expecting to see some good and some bad. However, that was not the case. I was caught completely off guard. In a good way. The issues that were found were fixed so quickly that it surprised me yet again. And the issues that were found were truly cosmetic. But Mehmet fixed every issue that I had an issue with plus more. He was very thorough. Even offering assistant in checking out the vehicle underneath and inside. He was and is a very good guy. There is a reason people come from states away to work with him. I highly recommend working with Mehment on your next purchase. If youre in the market for a new, used vehicle..... Dont over look this place.... To work with people on trying to buy a car, it couldnt have been easier..... There was ZERO pressure ...... The two things that ultimately lead me to buying a car from them was the fact they let me take it to my mechanic, which I told them it would take me an hour or so..... They gave me no hassle just made sure they had my number and I had theirs.... Also I brought a negotiated price to them and they accepted my offer ...again no Hassle.... I was a woman buying the car on my own.... To add a piece of heaven to it... A month later I hadnt registered my vehicle still because I believed I had misplaced my title.... So I had to make the call of shame to them to see if they would be able to obtain another.... Again they were more than willing to help and offered another 30 day tag, as well... I found my title that same day and didnt need to have them get another..... But the fact that our deal was done and sealed ... At this point they didnt have to do anything for me.... But were more than willing.... My car is still doing great. And Everytime I drive by I smile and feel grateful... Unlike a few other larger dealerships locally I have bought from that make me see red when I drive by..... lol Good luck!!!!

Paid top dollar for a used Honda Accord for my son who is in college. He saved all summer working at McD’s. Had problems from day one with check engine light showing cylinder one misfire. Brought it back for help and was assured nothing was wrong with it. Two months later the number one valve bent “motor shot - timing chain shot” and now paying for a replacement motor $3,500. Trusted and bought from them because friends of family. Beware of Supreme Motors! They sell trash!

My husband and I had a good experience at Supreme auto sale. No pressure what so ever. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and we love our new to us, vehicle. They have a really great selection. Mainly higher mileage, but in good condition. We later learned the car we purchased needed significant work, about $2000-$3000 worth. Thankfully this is just a fun vehicle to get us around town, and not our main transportation.

Asked about a vehicle on Friday and was told that the vehicles do not go through the service department. Called today and asked for a manager the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I called back and asked why he hung up and was told because I asked for a manager. Very unprofessional and as I stated was told vehicles are not even checked over.

Supreme auto sale made the car buying experience so easy. I bought a Prius 3 month ago, still running with no problem.

Very friendly when purchasing vehicle and fixed sunroof issue as didnt work when purchased. HOWEVER fast forward few months got oil change and was told by mechanic stop leak was put into motor when dealership did oil change prior to purchase.and there was metal in that oil and oil ALL over head and under engine. Due to them trying to hide issues i will now have to put more than 3k in to puchase a new motor. Beware when purchasing from them.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ!!!!!!!*****EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!*****Initially I was so happy to find this Jeep Liberty for my son. I looked nice but according to Erol and George there were little to no issues. We agreed on then fixing the cracked tail light and replacing the two front broken seat belt covers, BEFORE leaving the dealership. we ALSO agreed in his words, verbatim “if anything comes up in the next couple of weeks we will take care of it”. We chose to process the car with DMV so NO processing was necessary on their part, hence negating the $199 “processing fee”. They agreed the price we paid would be “OUT THE DOOR”. Within ONE MILE the car tire light was on and I called immediately. Erol said he’d take care of it. When I came back the next day to have it detailed—because he said it had been but agreed had not—he looked at the tire light himself and said it’s just the sensor that’s gone bad and we will take care of it and fix it when the other pieces come in. Within 48 HOURS my son was stranded because the car totally shut down. Come to find out the alternator was bad. They did order and put in a new alternator but, that’s what they should have done as that’s what Erol gave his word and said he’d do. My dismay is today 8.22.19 and the tire sensor is not resolved and Erol shares he is unwilling to correct the situation. He said because he’s “spent so much money” after the sale that he “can’t spend anymore money or time on the car or talking to me”. The tire sensors they purchased are not working properly and after being given the parts by George 8.21.19 and taking them the same day to Discount Tire, I was told that all 4 sensors are faulty as they are reading 30+ pounds of pressure off (62, 64, 68, 70psi). After trying to reason with him, reminding him of what he told me, Erol refused to do anything and hung up the phone. As much as I thought this was a wonderful, reputable used car dealership that I’d already begun sharing with family and friends, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that this is how we will part ways. PLEASE BEWARE of UNKEPT PROMISES!!!
