Would love to buy a new highlander, but unfortunately Priority feels like it’s ok to place an “ Market Adjustment” on the inventory. This is nothing more than Price Gouging. So we have found another dealer who doesn’t do this.

First off, the price for service seems to differ depending on who you talk to.Second, the tire guy said that they price match, but what he didnt say is that you have to go through the hassle of getting a written quote from the other location. If I go to another location, Im just going to get the tires there.

Priority Honda bought my Honda leased car back and said I had to wait till title was received. The title is owned and held by Honda. My name would never be on title unless I did the payoff. So why do I have to wait on Honda to send Honda their own title? They think all buyers and sellers are stupid so they could delay payment to me. As if they need the money. Three weeks and no money yet. This is a business practice of a backlot used car dealer. Shame on Priority.

Staff is very friendly. My husband and I love it here. We ended up having to get two cars from here because our cars gave out on us. Teddy Day was the best salesman both times. My husband for a 09 Nissan Altima fully loaded with very low miles. I ended up getting an 2018 Corolla. We have no complaints here at all.

They seemed knowledgeable in fixing my car and were extra accommodating to hold it for a few days while I waited for a tow company to come thru because I had decided to junk it. I think they were somewhat reasonable on price for what the estate was on my vehicle being repaired. Although I def wouldnt recommend this or any auto dealership for work being done on ur vehicle because their prices are usually outrageous for repairs unless u have a warranty of course but even.then they often want to find other issues that need repair with ur car so they can make more money. So overall I suggest finding a private mechanic shop over a dealership

Very poor sales experience with one of their sales people. The sales person who’s name I won’t mention was extremely short with me and acted like I was bothering him when negotiating a price on a 2020 2500. Maybe I caught him on a bad day... Who knows... but If they record their phone calls for quality then they may want to listen in on a few of this sales persons conversations. He is not an attribute to your establishment IMO and I won’t even consider buying a vehicle from priority in the future.

Bought my Honda here, and return for regular service. Great program for free oil changes & state inspections includes an overall look at the car, refill washer fluid and some other things. Figure over 10 years its maybe a savings of $1000 in purchased oil changes and $30-45 each visit.

My boss recommended this place for state inspection. I am new to Virginia so I am unfamiliar with vehicle inspections, personal property taxes, tolls, fluctuating HOV lane prices. High taxes, and bad schools. I digress, Priority Toyota was quick and I am actually considering buying a new Toyota....but not in Va!! A special shootout to Kenyan. Great customer service.

Auto Service: The facility is clean, and bright. The waiting area, I meant waiting lounge is also bright, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of complimentary snacks, coffee, soft drinks and water. Comfy couches and chairs and a working wide-screen with actual clear picture that was bright and clear. Everyone in the. Service department was warm and personable. Theyve quickly resolved a minor issue with my vehicle and changed the oil. It was a great experience.

First the salesman kept showing us a vehicle with a color that we repeatedly told him we were not interested in also the actual conversation about cost was finally discussed 2hrs. later. We were told wed see or get huge discounts / promotions and to come in by Friday because that what be the last day for discounts. That was not the case at all but they did try their hardest to work out a deal it just was not their best.

Arrived at 9:55 for a 10:00 appointment. Service reception line was backed up so I walked inside. They told me to go back out to my car until someone greeted me. Sat in my car with no acknowledgement that I existed until 10:10. I had them do a diagnostic on noisy brakes, and they tried to upsell me on $2300 worth of other stuff. I knew they could not be trusted as they tried to get me to change my spark plugs, which I just changed 10,000 miles ago. They easily could have seen this in my service history as it was done at another Toyota dealership. Took my car to Midway Auto Repair and they showed me only what actually needed to be done for a much lower price. I will not be returning to this Toyota dealership.

Friend bought a used vehicle not quite 3 months ago from this dealership (Priority Toyota @ Greenbriar). The check engine light came on 7/2/20 & she took the car in the morning of 7/3/20. Not only did they charge her $89 to run a diagnostic, they also said she needed to have the car serviced at the Dodge dealership because THEY should have corrected the problem indicated (something about the transmission) before selling it to THEM!!! Well, my friend bought the car from Priority Toyota, not the Dodge place they told her to go to! SO, WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THAT??? (Sad thing is she fell for it & called the Dodge people & made an appointment for the earliest they had...10 days later! which i told her to cancel & file a complaint with the manager at Priority Toyota. Then on 7/4/20 im told the car wont start at all! I think Priority Toyota needs to tow the car back to their shop since THEY SOLD THE CAR!!!

This is for the Chantilly, VA location. Free oil change service is worth 2-4 hours of your time at the Chantilly, VA location. Can’t make an appointment so plan on spending some time there. Service folks took the approach of oops, I need to finish surfing the internet, you are disturbing me. I tried going on several occasion and the wait is a couple of hours each time I went. The free oil change and service they brag about to get you to purchase from them is not working. I am not one to post online especially if it negative, but I spoke with two different people at the location, one face to face and the other on the phone. They all seemed not to be concerned.

Bought my first new car here. I did overpay as I dont have much free time. This was my fault. To keep engines for life you have to pay for all recommended maintenance. An engine air filter alone is around $100.00 that I can do in 3 minutes. Good luck getting through to a service advisor or having them call you back. I can go on and on. Should give a one.

Plenty of salespeople eager to greet me. Seemingly nice facility, from what I saw while dropping a vehicle off. Receptionist routed the call incorrectly. Dropped the call after the second transfer and then did not pick up the next 3 call attempts. They also have a $25k USD dealer mark up on their Supra. Have not purchased a vehicle from them.

Was second in line at 630 am for state inspection on October 2nd. By 10am I had heard nothing, finally after another employee asks if all was well, I told her no and why...my service tech then informs me for the first time that there were 7 more ahead of me from the previous day...and he didnt know how much longer it would be...I was not happy about not being kept abreast about my vehicle...I called my wife who picked me up, and 2 hours later was called at home and told my vehicle was ready.Those who arrive early should not have to wait 3 hours for a state inspection, and then not to be informed about the reason for the delay is just poor business...Priority, despite its claims otherwise, doesnt care about its customers. They have gotten too big where the individual customer no longer matters...probably my last time wasting my day at priority Toyota. Buyer Beware!

Worst service ever. Always tried to steel my money. They do not stand on a single point. Would never go again. They get one or other reason in front of them to get money. Not at all the customer supporter. I went for one problem they gave my car back with 2 problems and a bill. Very bad repair center as well. I dont know how professional they are b ut the problem was not perfectly fixed. I would change my service center and go to any other repair center from next time.

My 2018 Toyota Tacoma had a recall for the pre- collision system, so I brought it in to Priority Toyota Chesapeake to have it checked out. As always Joe Sloan is happy to see me. He treats me like I am his best friend every time I come in, but from what I see he treats everyone the same way. His customer skills are top notch. I know he will ensure that I am kept up to date on the repairs if needed, and the tech that works on my truck will do a great job. Sure, it might take a little while to get done (1-2 hours), but there was 10 cars in front of me when I got here. The number of vehicles that get serviced here is amazing. There is a steady stream of of them coming in.They must have a lot of techs back in the shop working on the vehicles, and not just anybody but highly trained and skilled people. Everytime I bring my vehicle here I know the work will be done right.

Two vehicles purchased here in less than a year. Love the service they provide but its difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I live 1.5 hours away so I like to get in and out since their shuttle service isnt taking me home. Toyota of Elizabeth City offers mobile service. They will come right to your door...home, work, wherever. Wish I had known about that.

Every consumer should read this review before purchasing a vehicle from Priority Chevrolet or the Priority Auto Group. In January 2011, I bought a new car from Priority Chevrolet, and when I was ready to purchase my next one 8 years later, without hesitation, I returned my loyalty to their dealership, and this is how I was treated… Having just completed an overnight shift and having to go back to work that night, the first thing I told the alleged Sales Professional was that I only wanted to complete my application and follow up the next morning, at which point he showed little regard for my well-being by selfishly pushing the sales process forward. I mentioned a pending Goodwill rebate, which he brushed aside as unnecessary, leaving me having to submit it to the dealership for reimbursement after the sale, only to be told by a Sales Manager that I had to wait until GM paid them because he was sick of chasing down their rebates. I later learned that the 40-month-old authorization number for my rebate had somehow become attached to a dealership in Indiana, which seemed suspicious to me. I showed the salesperson the ad for the specific car that I wanted, and he claimed that many buyers don’t qualify for the heavily discounted Priority Price and that he and others have complained about these ads to management, leaving me to feel I had been baited. Despite telling the salesperson that I did not want to focus on the monthly payment, he further disrespected me by pressuring me to commit to a payment range, then brought me an offer sheet and strangely asked me to sign my FULL NAME next to the payment amount, making me feel coerced into not walking away. Before leaving, the salesperson wrote down the company he claimed financed me, which I reported to my insurance agent right in front of him, only to later get a call from another company claiming to be the lienholder, making me wonder if I was even approved before I drove off the lot, or why the dealership didn’t notify me about the change. The next day, as I delivered a down payment that was sizeable for my income, I witnessed the same salesperson offer to cut someone’s processing fee in half, which really offended me. I then reviewed what appeared to be the same online ad for my car, and discovered a hidden link to a page revealing a price reduction BEFORE REBATES that was 2700 LOWER than what I was charged, raising concerns as to whether or not the dealership intentionally inflated the price to deprive me of my down payment and trade in. I finally complained to management, and one Sales Manager called me a smart aleck, while another manager arrogantly blamed me for everything that happened and told me to go online if I wanted their corporate contact information. I filed a Consumer Complaint by Certified Mail with Priority Chevrolet and the Priority Auto Group, and after patiently waiting more than 3 months, have received NO RESPONSE from anyone. In the end, I feel completely violated, taken advantage of, and tossed aside like a used piece of garbage. I am currently exploring my legal and regulatory options, and strongly advise everyone to consider buying your next car from someone else. Local media reported last spring the very disturbing story of how 2 consumers in the last 7 years were detained by police following contract disputes with Priority Chevrolet, which doesn’t surprise me, given my overall feeling that they didn’t even treat me like a human being, much less a loyal and valued customer.

Buying my car from here was a great experience but getting my car service here is the worst. I dropped my car off at 6 am. Got a call at 9am that I needed new brakes. If they were looking at my car at 9 am, new brakes should only take 2 hours at the most! It is now 2pm and my car is still not ready. They are slow as hell! Do not get your car serviced here!
