Always a great place filled with wonderful smells!The store goes out of its way to ensure you stay safe and the products you touch are sanitized before you pick them up.Only limited to 10 people at a time for capacity, but they move quickly once you figure out what you are going to get.Highly recommended!

I love coming to the Yankee candle shop. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Alot of candles to pick from. I always buy 6 candles every holiday sometimes more great for gifts. My home has one in every room. I give them a 5 star.

I would give the store a zero if I could. I went in there a few minutes before closing. I dont usually do this, but I really wanted some candles and I was planning on buying a couple hundred dollars worth and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted. As I approached the store, one of the employees, an older woman, said to me, theyre trying to close. Discouraged from making a purchase, I then just told her I wanted to smell a couple to verify the ones I wanted to buy. When I walked in the store, that same woman said to me, We have to clean each one you touch, so put them aside.I used to work at a Yankee candle, and if we had a genuinely interested customer, we would stay open a couple minutes late to facilitate the sale. This is a store in a dead mall and I will never be back. I will go 7 mi out of my way to go to another one.
