Coming in an hour before they close I knew this place deserved a second look.Vast varieties, well displayed items, very affordable and fair pricing.It would take several hours to look at everything.Definitely worth another look.

Great prices on bulk home improvement items! The employees inside were not overly friendly...but they did their job I guess...but ARTHUR who worked outside in the loading area was wonderful. Very friendly hard working man!

Great place to find the cheapest price on flooring, tile, Stone & kitchen cabinetry. Lots of other things as well. Best to remember these are closeout, seconds, bonded Goods, so the selection varies and the quantities are limited to what is on hand Make sure you get enough to finish your job when you buy.

Kyla is the best thing that happened to Home Emporium. She is so helpful and creative. Every time I come there she’s nice and knows what you need to get the job done! She deserves more recognition and money ! Go Kyla !

Some of the things they had were nice, some reasonable and some a little pricey. Some items of the same were grouped together but others were scattered over the entire store. Go on a day when you are ready to walk the floors. Also, associate help was limited, there was not an ample number of my workers to answer any questions you may have; which is why as I stated earlier, go and be prepared to walk the floors. They always have neat things to look at. Large vanity selection and rug selection. Even if you are not there to purchase anything, looking around is just as fun since there are so many unique items

Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. The manager Mike assisted me with a merchandise with no hassle. The place was full of merchandise, variety and great prices. Very neat and clean.

I have always loved going to this store. You find odd, one of a kind, discontinued pieces. I enjoy just walking around looking.

Good prices and customer service. The organization reminds me of like a thrift store. So you need to really know what youre looking for, but what do you expect from a warehouse. Great for DIY projects.

Great unique finds with varied price points

It was Easter, I called at 2 pm to store and asked if they open today and till what time. Somebody answered that they open till 6pm today. We were driving 1 hours to that store, arrived at 5pm and it was closed! There were couple more people who tried to get into the store because employees told them that they open till 6pm. Why you guys answering the phone if cannot provide correct information?!?Because of someone’s irresponsibility we waisted couple hours today...

Lots of furniture carpet and other interesting items and art. A bit pricey.

Unbelievable selection! My husband and I were looking at tile, laminate flooring, doors and vanities. A staff member named Prince got us price sheets, showed us some products we missed while looking, and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I hope Prince waits on us when we come back to get our supplies. A great place with great people.

Nice place to find one of a kind pieces if you have patience and willing to travel to this desolate shopping center. Disappointed in the service. One register open with 20 people in line during COVID-19. Not good.

I have found some interesting, unique finds. It seems to have gotten a little more junkier than I remember recently. Maybe thats due to covid, not sure. Staffing is ok, for the most part helpful. It is woeth checking put especially if you are doing renovations.

Sad I dont live here any longer. I would remodel my entire house from here

This is always a fun place to find funky household furnishings and home improvement items below standard cost.

Alot of cool items for the home, and plenty of stuff for home improvement projects. I was just a little surprised at how expensive their prices were for reclaimed items.

Well Ive never been there before and I was looking for a stand-up shower and one of my friends told me about this place so I took a ride to Chesapeake and they didnt have any stand-up showers. All in all the place was really nice the people were helpful and they do have a lot of unique stuff the prices are still a little higher than I was told but there were a lot of good deals in there, the shower controls were actually more than it home Depot and Lowes or Amazon especially but on all pretty cool place

Tons of decor, cabinet options, tiles, flooring...anything you could imagine putting into your home is here. Really loved the bars and bar stools.

My mother in-law and I visited today and I cannot begin to tell you how much of a great experience we had from start to finish. Reggie helped us and made sure we had exactly what we needed for our half bath renovation. He calculated our square footage, gave us advice on tile, made sure we had enough material, and helped us load everything into my car. To say he’s an amazing employee is an understatement. We live in Virginia Beach, but for this kind of service and for the prices, I will be making the drive for future home renovations!!!

This place is awesome! I found a butcher block countertop for my kitchen at a very reasonable price. Just be careful. Youre going to leave with way more than what you originally came for. Such a neat place! The staff are really nice and helpful as well.

I always find something new... It is a little pricey but the items are very nice. If you looking for a picture or a painting to tie room together this is definitely the place.

This place is like TJ Maxx of the Home Stores. Neat stuff in here on the cheap - just have to dig for it. I made an island out of their butcher block and saved a boatload of cash.

Interesting furniture and finds

We were not impressed. They do have some cool off the wall decor items but most was way over priced. We originally went to look at doors, cabinets and flooring but had sticker shock. Well continue shopping at Lowes

First visit ever. And last. Limited selection, high prices. Place is now called Home Emporium

So much fun to see all the wild and eclectic products. Plus the building materials. Everything is priced really reasonably too.

My husband and I came in looking for a rug. We picked one we liked but it was HUGE and under a bunch of other rugs. My husband wandered the store for 25 minutes looking for someone to help. When he finally found someone they said the person in the rug department was outside and they would page them. We then waited in the department for 45 minutes and still no one came. We went to the desk got the plastic and the tape, wrapped it up OURSELVES and carried it out. The selection this store has to offer is nice but if your buying something big or heavy do not rely on the staff to help you. This also happened to us when we came here to look for ideas to renovate our kitchen. We wandered the store looking for help, couldn’t find it, looked through the catalogue and left. Does anyone actually work here?

Depending on what youre looking for, you can find great items and deals there. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Some items there arent as good a buy as one might like though. You pretty much have to know what youre looking at and for.

CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! YOU GOTTA GO IN! Do NOT window shop from outside here. Take pictures for your project ideas and bring a tape measure extra person and your wallet. Youre gonna wanna buy SOMETHING! Or, you havent look enough!

Great prices on planter pots and other various home goods. We have purchased the butcher block wood slabs for a couple of projects which turned out great! Have to do some painting, etc to make it just right.

I LOVE Home Emporium! They have unique and unusual home items. I especially love their bathroom sinks and cabinets, rugs, furnishings and soooo much more. If youre doing a renovation project, BEFORE you go to one of the big box stores, check out Home Emporium. They have a great selection and prices that beat their competitors.

This place was full of furniture and trinkets and so many things that you cant find anywhere else. Some of it has a high price tag, but the quality of the furniture matches the price tag. The guys in the back were a little confused when I wanted one box of tiles (for art) but we got it figured out.

The store itself is great with an ever changing inventory of very cool stuff, however Ive found the experience can be less than ideal due to the attitudes of some staff members. Some are great and very helpful while others leave you feeling like youve interrupted their very busy and important schedule. Hence my mediocre score.
