The staff at this store are super friendly, even in the midst of a pandemic they were helpful. Their eyes were smiling, even if the masks hid their mouths! I was in line less than 3 minutes before being cashed out, even on a bustling day like Black Friday. Ive also used the buy online, pickup in store at this location and never had any issues. The Cafe has Starbucks drinks and an assortment of food - although if youre craving something sweet, but your books first as they often print coupons for discounted sweets at the Cafe.

Was approached by an employee about not wearing a mask. Ive a breathing problem but she but but but me and ssid if I didnt wear a mask Id have to leave. So I left but not before I spoke to the manager about the employees pitiful customer service.

Very clean establishment with knowledgeable staff. Love too read and acquire latest releases.

Theyve changed the whole store!! Where are the bargain priced books???? When it become a stationary and gift store? Thats mostly what they gave. Manged to find a few items items only to see one cashier with a long line. Nothing that I found was worth the wait.

At checkout, the cashier was very pushy about trying to influence people to buy some Obama book. Claimed it was selling fast and a top seller when there was clearly a whole table full of them. I went over and bought the Trump book just to spite her

Good book selection, however I wish it could be the size as Powells Book store and offer its selections.
