Just great service and affordable. I was offered a free oil change just for buying lifetime alignment. I used it a year after and no questions asked. Saved me $120 or $300 if I went to the dealer.Update: My last visit was for state inspection, and my car failed due to melted fog light assembly and punctured tire and recommended to replace all four. Cost would be around $900. Rejected it, and took it to my mechanic friend. He said everything is still good. I took it to Walmart to get the tires inspected; they said good also. So, I went to another place for another state inspection, and they passed it. So not sure if this has to do with standards or about getting paid more. I’d still go back maybe, but I’ll canvas other place before I go to them.

This 1-star review is mainly because I took my car in twice with the specific purpose to have them check my brakes thoroughly because I had a bad brake shudder. I also added on services like brake fluid exchange and oil change for each visit. Long stories short, each time they told me they could not find anything wrong with the brakes, they were fine. So I end up taking it to the dealership and they diagnosed warped front rotors and recommended new brake pads all around, which I had them do and now my brakes are great. Evidently Firestone was not checking my brakes, they were just interested in doing the added services only.

Great experience. In and out in under an hour. Zero complaints.

Once again I made the mistake of bringing my car here for an Oil Change just for them to not even pull the car in til an hour and 25 minutes past the appointment time. I understand appointments cant always line up perfect but an hour and 25 minutes? Just poor customer service. They dont care either its just a big oh well from everyone.

Best place for tires, oil change and state inspection.

Arrived at the location for an appointment to have new tires put on and was told at that time it would be a little over an hour for the tires and alignment. Three and a half hours later, my car is finally done and the first thing said to me is “how long has your tire sensor been on?” Which it hasn’t been. The tire sensor was perfectly functional prior to having my car serviced at this location.Ironically, the last time I had tires put on my vehicle at a different Firestone location, the TPMS sensor was faulty when I received it back as well. So not only was the service 2 hours longer than it was supposed to be, I now have an added cost to get my TPMS sensor fixed at some point, yet again. It’s safe to say I am done giving my service to Firestone and I will be reaching out to corporate. In my opinion, it is no coincidence that both times I received service at Firestone, the TPMS sensor was broken when I got my car back. This seems to be a predatory practice.

Made an appointment a week in advance for 8am. When I arrived they said there were two other 8am appointments ahead of me and it would be a 2 hr wait.

Fast and efficient. Missed 1 thing I asked to be serviced or if they did it didnt get done right.

It took an entire day to get new (and full priced) tires on my car despite having an appointment at 9am. When dropping it off, told it would take 1.5 hours. No phone calls, no updates. My son went to pick it up at 4pm and was told 20 minutes, wasn’t ready for another 2 hours. Go somewhere else.

While they did get the wheels swapped in less than 24 hours with me not scheduling ahead, i would say make sure you take your lug caps off before bringing your car in or they will be destroyed. Even had the tool in the car to remove them but i guess thats asking too much. Charged incorrectly for the service done (was corrected after i got the electronic receipt and questioned it). I am not using this location again in the future.

They were booked. I had a slow leak and I drove to Virginia beach and got it repaired.

Very dishonest, told me I needed a lot of odd Repairs so I took it to a different shop and they said there was nothing wrong with it, I recommend you don’t Bring your vehicle here unless you want ripped off

GPS ADDRESS ALERT!! Your app might take you to the 600 Pavilion in Portsmouth down by the port terminal... ask me how I know... Navigate to this Walmart and youll see it; the current entrance is just past the intersection of Grassfield Pkwy and Pavilion, next to the Autobell (across from the Taco Bell) because its a new lot and a newly cut road, hence the GPS not finding this address. The Walmart is 632 Grassfield Pkwy, Chesapeake VAService was quick, needed my tire patched and I only waited about 45min tops as a walk-in.Customer service was even better, they were so patient with me trying to get me here by verbal direction.

They did a decent enough job. Had an appointment in 8AM and it took them 2.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Certainly not in a hurry. Ill probably go elsewhere next time.Also, dont expect anyone to wear masks if thats your thing.

It would be five stars if the service didnt take 3-4 hours minimum. Even with an appointment for an oil change I waited for 2 hours. If you have the time to drop off your car, this is the place. Great service!

Lift cant fit my f350 for alignment, everything else is great.

Took my car in to get an oil change and the guy left the cap off my radiator and the fluid spilled out everywhere and my car overheated. First and last time I will go there.

Got my car serviced here today. Took a little longer than anticipated (due to parts being ordered today), but Brandon Nash was super helpful and on top of everything throughout the whole process of my car inspection. I will definitely be back!

The new Firestone location provided a wonderful experience. I was a walk-in around 12:30 on a Saturday and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The workers were extremely helpful and provided great assistance. Facility is brand new and extremely clean. I will continue to go to this location for any of my vehicle needs.

Too busy to change a tire that was already off the car. Not going to wait a week

I would leave a “0” but it will not let me. Went to get my car inspected. Checked my car myself and do all my repairs. They failed me for wiper blades and a tail light. REALLY! They were ok when I dropped the car off. But for the nominal charge of $36 for blades and $16 for a bulb they would replace them for me. DON’T get your car inspected there. Picked the car up and made the repairs and then dropped my car off Friday night to be first in line. They did not get the re-inspection done before noon. STAY AWAY.

I had a great experience at this location! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are competitive and service is fast. I will definitely come here for any future auto needs. 10/10

Staff are polite, professional, and prompt. They took care of everything I asked for while I watched half an episode of property brothers and didnt try to upsell me on things I didnt need. Will certainly return in the future.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of this store and the customer service was outstanding.

Carl went above and beyond to remount the skid plate on my wife’s car. He saved me a lot of money by buying the needed bolts on his day off, then he had do tap and clean up the threads. And, the total bill was less then half of what was originally quoted. Nice clean shop, friendly staff and great service.

You dont have to break the bank to buy some new tires

Took our older truck that has some cosmetic issuses with rust and what not in the other day to get a hand full of things done and were told we would get a call by the end of the night. Not only did we not get a call that night but when we got a call the next day they still hadnt done anything we asked them to do (fix headlights, oil change, etc ) and they told us they had to do a full diagnostic. They said it would take 30 min but never called us back after an hour we went up there. They told us that our head gasket was blown but that they wouldnt fix it. We took it to another shop the same day for a second opinion and turns out it a problem with the thermostat WHICH IS WHAT WE TOLD FIRESTONE TO BEGIN WITH!! We had to pay $100+ to be told incorrect information and have nothing done to our vehicle.

Dont get your state inspections done here.Dropped my car off at 7am and they said it would be done by the NEXT DAY at noon! What?! That next day comes and I get a call from them saying it wont be done until the FOLLOWING day. Meanwhile, here I am buying Uber rides because I dont have any other way to get around.Whats supposed to be a 30-minute, $20 inspection ends up taking 2 full days and nights and an additional $75 in Uber rides to and from work. Absolutely ridiculous - dont get your state inspections done here. They are the slowest garage in Virginia.
