Took my car here after doing a pretty good number on it running into a fire hydrant, took out the front headlight, windshield washer reservoir, and messed up my fender pretty good. Took the place 2 days to get an estimate partially because there was a form I wasnt told to fill out initially that was required - keep in mind I did this out of pocket. I was told should take 2 weeks. I was given 0 updates as to the status of my car unless I called in and asked. I got told they had all parts and it would be done by the end of the week only to learn 2 days later they didnt have all the parts and it was going to take another 2 weeks. For some body work a month is truly excessive. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bottom line do not bring your car here under any circumstances.

Very thorough and professional. I was kept apprised of all repairs needed and how long the process would take. They even sent photos. The repairs were completed in the estimated time. I would definitely use their services again.

The absolute best customer service experience I have ever had dealing with a vehicle hands down bar none. I am over the moon ecstatic about the job that was done and the customer service I received getting the bumper repaired on my Escalade. Dropped it off on a Monday they put me in a rental and called me to update me every step of the way and even finished a day early. I was devastated when someone hit my SUV and wasnt feeling very great about having to get it fixed because usually with shops theres always something but not at Freedom. Simple straight to the point no hassle no nonsense quality professional work at its finest and I will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you so much, Gerald and his team are top notch.

Got in a small accident recently and I chose Freedom to do my repair. The woman at the front desk was helpful and polite with my take-in (and patient with my insurance delays) so was the gentleman who came out to look at my car. They were clear with me on the process of my repair and I got updates on the status as they worked on my car. Got my car back repaired and cleaned- Im very impressed with the quality of service. Quick and painless, couldnt have asked for more. Thank you all!

If I could give this place no stars I would! Do not bring your car here for any major repairs. I got in an accident and my insurance took my Jeep to them to fix. They were over 3 weeks late on giving me my Jeep back, also it was not finished being repaired. They did such a bad job that the insurance company had me take it to another shop (after their repairs were done) and they messed the car up so bad they totaled the Jeep even after they fixed it. They gave me back the Jeep claiming it was 100% fixed, They forgot a subframe bolt!!! The splash pan was missing, the hood was put on crocked. Not only that but they messed up my transmission when they put my car back together. Do not go here Dale is extremely unprofessional and unkind. He constantly lied to me and my husband about what was going on with my car and where my car was. Dale was constantly lost on what was going on with my car in the morning he would tell me one thing then call my husband in the evening and tell him something completely different. He lost my License plate and tried to blame me and tell me it was my fault that he threw out my license plate. Do not bring your cars here. overall a terrible experience, I drove that car without the subframe bolt.... my car could have broken apart on the highway due to their negligence. I was stuck broken down 2 hours from my house because they did not repair my car correctly and their negligent job rendered my car broken down at a gas station with no communication from the engine computer to the rest of the car. Terrible experience, do not bring your car here for major repairs!

Really slow. Work was to be completed in four days. It’s now been two weeks still no real answer.. the lady at the desk called to say pick up the car. When arrived cars not there they said to go to Toyota. When we arrived at Toyota they said it’s at the collision center. No one really knows what is going on. Took of two days at work To pick up the car now and still getting the round about. Then they tell me if I don’t up the car by 530 I’ll be charged for rental too. Overall management needs to get it together.

My experience with the collision shop was excellent. They were very courteous and extremely professional. The gentleman that provided my estimate was very cordial and highly professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

End up paying $500 for my deductible and still wasnt able to start it up.i ended up having to get it towed back home

I’m very disappointed, my car was supposed to be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. It’s been over 4 weeks and won’t be ready for another another 12 to 14 days. I’m now paying for a rental because the rental insurance ran out. That’s 600.00 out of my pocket. Do they care nope 👎🏻 I would not recommend them to anyone

They fix my car up really well. The repair job looks better than the rest of the car.

Things that worked before taking my vehicle in, no longer work.

Removed all of my contents from the trunk during the repair and left in the back and front seats for me to replace; tape still on the tailgate glass...remove during inspection; glass not clean; lastly 2 panels on the inner tailgate not completely clamped on, I completed during the inspection. The pro is the lifetime warranty on the work.

Communication is lacking. They should really consider the whole under promise over deliver thing. Very annoyed and wont be choosing this shop again.

I stopped by for a walk-in estimate for a minor dent. After a short wait, they asked that take a reservation for the next day. The next day, I arrived early for my appointment. The lobby and parking lot were very quiet. The receptionist told that they would be right with me. I eventually left. Then they called to see if I would come back. I did not.

Our insurance company and the dealership recommended their body shop. We had a brand new vehicle with 2000 miles on it that got hit. It needed two doors and a back bumper. We were updated of the progress throughout and the work they did is unbelievable. The paint was a perfect match and the repairs look like a brand new vehicle again. Would definitely recommend their body shop. I can’t thank everyone at Freedom enough. I also let my insurance company know about the outstanding work.

Terrible attention to detail. I had this shop recommended by my insurance company, but I dont blame them for this mistake. This was a minor rear end accident, and the repair should have been very straight forward. I have pics and videos of everything I mention below.The technician who worked on my car should be fired immediately. I found many issues with my repair when I got my car back, which I will list here now:- keyfob came back with black tar substance on it, had to clean it- on the side of the bumper there was a paint flaw bump which I gently wet sanded and polished out without a problem.- the top of my spoiler had some medium deep scratches on it, likely from something sitting on it or scraping it. These scratches were too deep to polish out easily, and I let that one go.- grey body filler remains on edge of tailgate, which I was able to scrape off carefully.- rear license plate was screwed into brand new bumper 1 off to the side. I had to drill more holes and get it centered myself. Luckily the license plate hides the old holes.- a deep chip in the side by the tailgate which wasnt even related to the original repair. I used some touch up paint but my almost new car will never be the same. (see pic)- the shop replaced 2 license plate lights, but neglected to replace the 2 broken harnesses which were attached to them. i bought 2 new harness bodies myself and re-pinned them to fix them. (see pic)- and finally, i noticed a lot of water was leaking into my car at the rear hatch when I would wash it. I found the technician had not re-connected a drain hose in the tailgate, and water was pouring into the back hatch through the camera hole. I removed all the hatch interior trim and reconnected the hose properly. No more leaks. (see pic)One positive which gave the 1 star: The paint quality itself looks good. It is a good patch, and the paint is nice and thick on the bumper. Also, for full disclosure, the shop did offer to take the car back for the first set of flaws I found, however I would not let them touch my car again ever, so I declined.Stay Away, there is a better shop in same neighborhood which I have also used before.

Freedom Superbody Shop is great!!!! They got my car dropped off at the same day. It only took about 1 week to fix my Porsche Cayenne. The craftsmanship was amazing. My car looked even newer than it was brand new. I got every progress updates from Jennifer. She is nice and efficient. Overall process was very smooth and pleasant. I was suggested by Porsche owners that this facility is one of few shops who is genuinely certified with Aluminum panel repair. Definitely recommend it

Had my cars fixed here a couple times over the years, recently after unfortunate accident with distracted driver running into the back of me on the interstate... this place is top notch, no cut corners, gave me all new oem parts and the paint match is as perfect as it gets! I’ve been very satisfied with the work, the communication and don’t mind waiting for my repair if they’re booked/busy because I know it’s worth getting it done right the first time. I have brought my truck here twice for repairs, both time was a pleasure doing business with them, the quality of work done was outstanding and although the most recent repair took about 5 days longer then they expected they kept me very updated on the status they even went ahead and paid for an extension for my rental car. The staff is very professional and really has the customers best interest at heart. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!!

Quality work however poor customer communication. Broken to like new in a week but 30% over estimate without warning. Missed every promised progress update.

My vehicle needed some warranty paint repair work done, and the Toyota dealer had it scheduled here. The employees here were great and very helpful - the pickup/drop-off service is great to get to and from work. I would give them 5 stars, however when I got my car back, the inside was very dusty (all over the dash, center console, instrument cluster, etc.), there were big boot prints all over the driver side door sill, and the drivers seat looked like someone wearing dirty dusty clothes sat in it. I like to keep my car very clean, and would only expect that it be returned to me no dirtier than when I dropped it off. This was not the case. Not sure what kind of quality policies they have in place, but it might be worth looking at the final inspection process before a customer comes to pick up their vehicle.

I got a spoiler put on my car and was quoted 2 and a half hours, I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning and they werent finished putting it on until 4:45. They chipped my paint putting it on then tried telling me it was sap when it was the same distance as the screw holes in the spoiler as well as I wash my car often so no tree sap could corrode my paint as they were saying, so they dont own up to a small mistake on their part. They did say theyd quote me on repainting my entire trunk if I wanted it fixed properly instead of just a touch up which they did for me, but thats off putting if they were trying to get money out of me. The lady that helped me wasnt friendly, she had a business over customer service attitude the whole time. Overall not a good experience and I would never recommend this auto body shop to anyone when there are better shops in the area.

Really cant recommend this shop. Ive had 2 experiences over the years, both ended subpar. The most recent was to get my rear bumper fixed after my girl left our yard and the 4x4 that lined our driveway decided to keep my bumper. Took it to the body shop and they made sure progressive got me an OEM bumper. Perfect. The problem I have is that I went to pick up my car, walk out, put the key in the lock and it doesnt work. Attempted to take my key out and the whole lock cylinder comes out. I walk inside and explain it to the rep. I explain it worked when I brought it in. The rep agrees and stated it worked to lock the door when he pulled it out. Speak to the manager and explain this needs to be fixed, because its kind of fishy it breaks when I touched it. He walks into the back to talk to a BMW tech he poached. Walks out and says its a common problem and that some screws probably came out. OK I understand, common problem....fix it. If its 2 screws have you tech open the door and fix it, because the car broke in your care without leaving the lot. I cant lock my car. I had to go to work so I couldnt fight it. Tried to call the rep and get no reply to get it fixed. Cant recommend them, because of that. Cant recommend them either, because the first time I used them they didnt bend my fender flare back out correct which has caused rubbing issues (sadly they switch owners and a lifetime warranty doesnt matter).

Absolutely horrible customer service! Came in for hail dent removal, left my car there for several days. Came back to pick up my car and same day noticed my radio wasn’t functioning properly, so I informed the shop. I then was informed to bring my car back next day so a technician could fix the problem... I replicated the problem I was having with the technician and we tested the problem with his phone as well replicating it successfully again (he did not report a problem or log with my insurance) and he was not able to fix it, so I jumped through a few hoops to attempt to get it fixed. Each time the technicians at Southern Volkswagen were able to replicate the problem but no one apparently was logging this info and were not reporting it either. Now it looks like the shop covered there butt and they never fixed my radio. I was going to chalk it up to life... but found out to replace my radio (my car can only instal one type of radio from factory) is going to cost over $1,600.00!!! Definitely would not recommend!!!!

They have great customer service; bad quality assurance. They finished work on my truck several days early but when I went to pick it up I found several defects in the paint. They took responsibility with no issue and even paid for my rental. When I went back to pick it up I noticed some swirl marks on the door they had repaired but at this point I was ready to have my truck back so I dismissed it. The next morning when the sun hit it swirl marks covered the repaired side. Its not the end of the world but a professional body shop should have caught these problems before I would have ever seen them.

They did an amazing job with my vehicle. They contacted me and touched bases with me as to what was going on with my car. Highly recommended.

Whoever the lady Jordan is on the phone for the collision repairs is rude as hell. You had me on hold for 20 minutes and when I was trying to ask a question you basically handed me off and transfer my call before I could finish my sentence..... and you transferred me right back to the center that transferred me to you.....which made me be on hold for another 5 minutes. So basically my call when from S. Military to Hearthside....then back to S. Military again. Customer service here is a joke. I spent 30 minutes total on hold this morning for no reason.

I was going to type a very long review and my dreadful experiences with this establishment and the month plus it took me to get my car back but Im going to do you a favor and shorten it up into one word. RUN. On the other hand, if you like an unprofessional/careless staff, less than qualified body shop technicians, a quantity over quality drive through, get em out of here as quick as possible, style body shop that produces the worst quality body work youve ever seen in your life then this place is for you. Progressive recommended me to this place. Thanks progressive!
