The service I received here was by far the worst ever. I decided to have my car repaired through my insurance company and this is the auto shop they choose. I was informed at my insurance drop of center that i would be keep in the loop about my vehicle repairs. this was on 5-31-18 i did not hear from this body shop till 6-7-18 to let me know that my vehicle was ready. After talking to my insurance company it was discover that the representative from this company thought it would be a good idea to contact me solely through email. Now this would have been great if i was replying to said emails but I was not. So i had no idea what was going on with my car or even where it was or what steps in the repairs it was in because the rep did not make a good effort in contacting the customer. after getting over this bit of frustration I picked up my car the following day, dropping off my rental and paying my deductible went smoothly. They brought my car out the back and I proceed to leave. Now as I am puling and making a left turn my car makes this horribly loud screeching sound. The man that brought my car to me looks at me the same time the sound is made. I pull back into the lot and the same gentleman says let me have my guys look at it. I let him do so I actually see them test drive it in the lot hear the sound again as they do, see them get out look at it and stand around around my car. a few mins later the same guy that brought me my car the first time comes backs and tells me there did nothing wrong and If i I am trying to relate the sound to the work that was done then I need to call my insurance company. at this point I am boiling, now I know for a fact my car was not making this noise before because earlier that month I had taken it to the dealership and I know They would have definitely told me about that noise. I have had work done before and when I had a problem I have never been told if I was trying to relate the problem to the work to call the insurance company. They didnt even take the time to pull it back in and look at it from underneath. This business guarantees their work but why would I want to bring my car back to them if they wont even look at it as soon as I leave the lot. This is the worst body center ever from start to finish and I would never recommend them to anyone in the future.
