Nice, clean store with many options. Love the variety. The sales are great! Prices are a bit high, especially on the clearance hidden in the back. Overall a great stop for items in the home.

Wow! The customer service at this store has got to be the best in the whole state of Virginia and Im not even exaggerating. Everyone was so genuine and kind and so eager to help. Had an awesome experience here on 4-12.. Did an Instacart Batch here after I clocked out of my regular job driving semis. Ive been here before during the holiday season, pretty much to pick my beautiful wife up something she wanted for Christmas. But this time I decided to go in and shop for a complete stranger. I thought I had this, I mean Ive been in here before. How hard could it really be? Lets just say as soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed my the different odors and colors and fantastical things in this store. This was not going to be easy. I had to get a total of 10 things. I was in there for like 45 minutes already and only had like 3 things. Thankfully for the women that were working there that am, they helped me out of a mind boggling situation. There was 2 ladies in the store stocking I suppose, that helped me greatly and the very nice and professional cashier that lighten the mood. I really appreciate that and feel all 3 of these ladies do a terrific job a deserves a raise. For real Bed Bath and Beyond Corporate you need to give these hard working ladies a raise.

This past Saturday I went into the store and left a very a happy customer. I was struggling to find a few items but I think her name was Isabella found me and brought me to my items in little time and what they didn’t have she offered to order. Not only did she help me find my items, she also checked me out on the register. Overall, great service, will be shopping here again.

You can find everything domestic here including exciting seasonal items. Get on their mailing list and youll get store coupons every month. (Typically 20% off a single item) Its a good place to find gifts for all occasions.

Spacious pricey but nice items

A bit pricey but they have one of the greatest selection of things in Hampton roads. If you watch, they always send out discount coupons which evens out the price. Theyll usually give you one at the register if you dont have one. Great place to shop.

All the prices are marked wrong. Once you get to the register, it all rings up for double the price.I have tried shopping here twice now and it is a nightmare.The $32 curtain rod, marked as $12.99, we bought we also missing pieces, so we had to go to Walmart to buy pieces that didnt even match.Kind of feels like a rip off, and the lack of accurate pricing makes it impossible to compre options when selecting an item.I would have been willing to pay $100 for a pillow today, but when it is marked as $51.99 and I select it over options marked as $36.99, then $51.99 is what I expect to pay... Not a surprise price of over $100.

The store front looked awful, the carts out front had trash in them, the glass doors and window had not been cleaned in quite some time. I went to purchase a new bathroom set. I was able to find a rug but no toilet seat covers. Whoever does the ordering I guess didnt purchase enough. Ive always liked this store just not this location.

All I find is overpriced stuff - if you can find it at all. The staff is fine but the management does not know what they are doing. I use to go in here all the time but it is a waste of time these days.

I have been struggling to write this review. Store was disorganized and noticeably in disarray. Staff was more playful with each other than helpful. Used to be a really nice BBB, now its mediocre.

The store was practically empty, but they still managed to have a line of people piled up at the checkout area waiting to pay for their purchases. When I got to the register, the manager acted put out after I asked her whether or not they carried shower mirrors (I could not find them after wondering around the store). I didnt see any associates on any of the aisles to assist me which is why I had to ask for her for help in the first place. I probably wont be shopping at this location again.

I purchased a very soft, warm & cozy Ugg throw at a really good price. I also found some facial items that was discounted. I am very satisfied with my purchases.

As an online shopper, I was asked several times throughout if I needed help finding anything. Actually a big help. I’m not one to ask in the 1st place...way too confident for that. The sales team went the extra mile when thought sold out of a product and found one from storage. They told me to continue shopping and they’ll find me. They did, and put it in my cart. At check out, generously applied the 20% coupon even though I didn’t have one. I compared my trip item for item with Amazon. Either the same price or BB&B was a better deal. Overall, I will be a long time shopper.

My hubby and I went to return a robot vaccum that I had purchased less than 1 month ago, and I had advised the clerk I could not find the receipt and that I just wanted a store credit, she said ok, go and shop and come back to the customer service counter when you are ✅. We were done shopping and it was about 3 associates at the service counter who were asking questions to one another “did you open the box?” “Does she have they receipt “ I said everything is there I used it one time and decided I like sweeping better😄the 1 associate said call the manager, so the manager came up and said we couldn’t return the product unless we had a receipt. I’m confused, did you just start this policy 5 min ago🤔, “no it’s been a policy for a while” one said, I’m like “ ok”. My hubby said just pay for what we have and let’s go, we remained calm, well that calmness opened up the silent voice in my head “check your pouch” ha I found the receipt after we had left the store and their faces, while one says where did you find it, let me get my coins back.😂 It’s so sad that this is your own people trained to look at you as if you were in the wrong because obviously it was a manager discretion oh and yeah we are goldeN ( copper) complexionS. So they decided to not accept their own product, let me guess my color had nothing to do with it🙃. We aren’t moved but blast here you go, it’s just sad. Customer service -10.

Just went to store in Greenbrier. Very rude employee came out and stated we are not open till 10. Another customer said I called and looked on the web site and they both said 9am. The employee said read the sign on the window. Very very rude. There was definitely a better way to say this to us. I understand these are difficult times but really! I wish I could give no star.

This place is HUGE and stocked full of high quality merchandise along with some novelties. Huge parking lot with plenty of room for several big rigs. Very handicap friendly inside and out. Their glass and stoneware choices impressed me. Large selection of beds and mattresses Very clean with helpful hard working associates. Large aisles to window shop at your leisure. Check this place out during a holiday because they have fun with the decorations 😁 great workers who deserve a raise

It looked really run down on the inside and for some reason there was a bunch of stuff that didnt have prices on it. Luckily the staff was very kind and helped us out.

Went to purxhase an item that showed as available online. Item was nowhere to be found even with help from 3 employees...waste of time.

Rude! Went in to buy kitchen towels and a coffee grinder but instead left the store so angry. The employee literally followed me everywhere around the store. When I asked her why at the front of the store, she stated” I’m just doing my job.” Rude, condescending and so much attitude.

It is a unique shopping experience. It has a great variety of merchandise, a little bit of everything with good prices. They have sheets, comforters, pillows and more for your bedroom. They have stuff for the bathroom kitchen and just about every room in the house. You can even order beautiful China and silverware; so if you have never shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond you owe it to yourself to try it. If you have not been in a while reacquaint yourself with a shopping experience you can enjoy.

I felt like this Bed Bath & Beyond was very well stocked and organized. I got a great deal on some bedding, and some plates that were on clearance. The people at check out were very nice, and I did not have to wait very long. Also parking was super easy.

Tried to purchase a blow up mattress with the 20% discount coupon at the register and the cashiers told me the discount was not allowed to be applied. I ended up purchasing the same item online because it said the discount was applicable. I was literally standing in the store asking for the item and physically staring at it and they wouldn’t let me take it home telling me I had to come back from anywhere in between a couple hours to two days because of the “processing” it now has to go through.......such a joke

Why does the store have a return and store pick up register and you have to get in the regular line. Not satisfactory. Those are supposed to be Express lanes.

Abyssal customer service: Ordered husband a birthday and Christmas gift, paid cash so it would be a surprise and paid extra for gift wrapping. Order was sent to my home with no gift wrapping. When I complained the manager said they would refund the gift wrapping fee. (Gee, how generous--refund me for something I paid for and didnt get.) They have lost me as a customer.

Great and fast service! We were looking for beach umbrellas we called Lowes and Target, both told us they had it and once we got there they told us they didnt have any. We called Bed Bath & Beyond, they went to check for us and once we got there they assisted us right away. We found what we needed and the service was fast!

Great service! Despite not knowing how to complete a warranty exchange for my Wamsuta sheets, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with this matter. The line was long and there was many returns, but the lady at customer service had amazing customer service and kept a very positive attitude.

Nice place. My only gripe is that the exit is behind the registers so you cant go out the way you came. I know thats a weird thing to complain about, but its just so unintuitive. Other than that though its a cool place to shop. They always have something unique.

Purchased a small kerug coffee maker in March with cash. Approximately 3 weeks before the store closed due to covid, the machine stoped working, so I couldn’t return it, and I already discarded the receipt because the machine was working. Well today I tried to exchange the coffee maker, now that they are open.... Well they wouldn’t do it. Since I paid cash and didn’t have a receipt and they could not look it up by credit card I was out $100 bucks.Well I called Keug. Walked through what could be wrong with the machine. Was a faulty brew button. They took the serial number, told me to dispose of the machine and they are processing the exchange and sending me a new one free of charge. Piss on you bed bath and beyond! If you shop here better save your receipt for a year, especially if you use cash.

This is my favorite store. Not kidding... my all time fav. The service is great and the beauty products are actually priced cheaper than drug stores!

I would give this store more stars because I generally love shopping at this particular bed bath and beyond. However, the cashier that I had this time was not willing to assist me in applying my coupons. When I asked if I could split my order so that I could use my coupons, she said no and told me that my coupons would not apply. To add, she seemed annoyed that I wanted to split my order in efforts to use my coupon. I have used Bed Bath & Beyond coupons on numerous occassions, at this particular store might add. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with this cashier. As the customer, I would think that the cashier would be willing to assist. This was not the case. I will be going to the Bed Bath & Beyond in Pembroke from here on out.

Not long after walking through the doors, I was greeted by an associate who asked if I was finding everything okay. After a very long time of browsing, I finally made my way to the check out line. Just when I was about to be next, another associate apologized for my wait and told me that the associate closest to the exit was available to help me. I thanked her and made my way to the customer service area. Thank goodness for that, because one of the nicest customers ever was near me and out of nowhere wanted to share a load of coupons she saved. For that great service and perfect timing, I was able to save $10.00 off my entire purchase. I was also told their coupons dont expire. Thats a plus! Nice store. I returned an UGG comforter set I got for Christmas that I loved, because it was recalled by UGG for respiratory infection issues.I contacted UGG, the company, they advised me to return it to the store and I would get full credit for what my husband spent, (over 350$)Well they didn’t, I got 100$ gift card. Not only was the manager terrible at customer service, she was condescending and told me there was no recall. I proceeded to show her the email and the recall from UGG and she proceeded to act as if I was a problematic customer.Sweet, thanks so much for the not at all awesome service. Also I never have any desire to enter your store again.I do not recommend bed bath and beyond as a company, especially not the chesapeake VA location

I will never order through BED BATH & BEYOND AGAIN! I ordered a kate spade Little Bit of This, glass jar and received it broken. I went into the store to return it and they said, we dont refund the shipping and handling fee. I followed up by calling bed bath & beyonds customer service and they reiterated the same thing. Thats trash!! I will never order from them again. Going to stick with Macys!!! They treat you fair as a business.
