I was having a hard time finding someone to come out and then I found these guys. They got here within an hour, were well priced especially considering it was an emergency call and the professional tech had my ac running in no time! Will use them again!

I had an issue with my AC powering off on its own repeatedly. It had worked for most of the summer without issue, and the unit had been replaced pretty recently so I didnt expect it to turn into a big issue. I had service techs come out from WeatherMakers 4 separate times. And every time they left, the issue would recur and I still didnt have AC in the middle of August, just one little wall unit in the bedroom to keep my pregnant wife from melting into a puddle. I ended up just researching and tackling the problem myself to avoid spending an extra $200 again for them to tell me another wrong answer.

Technician Austin performed fall tuneup of HVAC system in a highly professional manner, recommending additional service to improve system performance which he did in timely fashionHis enthusiasm.and skills were evident. He is a decided asset for Weather Makers!!

Weather Makers kept me informed of when they were coming. It did not take the technician long to figure out what was wrong. He had the.parts needed on his truck and fixed the air conditioner in the same visit! After spending a couple of days in 90 ° heat, this was a true blessing. He also cleaned the fan blades on my outside unit. Our technician observed all covid rules. He was very professional, but he was also very personable as well. He made us laugh. I have been using the services of Weather Makers for several years as my father did for many more than I. Weather Makers has never fallen short of excellent!!

Jesse, the technician, was extremely efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem and initiating the fix. The pricing was very fair. They installed heating & air system at less $ than anyone else I researched. Had problems with previous company that wanted significantly more $. Also, had problems with previous company’s system. Had no problems with new system by Weathermakers. Also, checkups have been excellent. No problems!

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. We built a brand new home in 2019 and our AC unit went out not even ONE week after we moved in! We have owned our home for a little over two years and have had a handful of times that we have had to call them because our AC unit has stopped working. We called them today because our AC unit is once again not working and were told that they would not be able to come out for three days! A brand new house should NOT have so many issues if in fact they installed a NEW unit! They were very rude today and even hung up on our call! The times they have come out, they never give us a good explanation, they only get the unit running again and hope it doesn’t stop working. This company is garbage! Not sure how they stay in business. We were the first house built in our development and all the neighbors have had issues with their units as well. Do not use them!

Called Weather Makers For routine maintenance and check on thermostat as they installed system for prior owners. They were very nice and scheduled an appointment right away. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He actually spent about 20/30 minutes checking the system and not just a five minute quick everything is OK check like others. We went ahead and signed up for their regular maintenance program. I am very happy that they honored the warranty from prior owner seeing how it’s only been two years.

We bought a new house and Weather Makers installed the HVAC system. We had them come out to fix the dampers twice in the 8 months we have lived in our house. First time was because the dampers were not working at all and the control panels was faulty. They replaced it and all was good for a few months until spring when we noticed the same problem when using our AC. The dampers were working but not dialed in to close more. Both times they were quick to come out, friendly, professional, and answered all our questions so we can better know our new house.

Weve had a maintenance agreement with Weathermakers for 15 years and have never been disappointed! They inspect and maintain our HVAC system, coming out every Spring and Fall, and so far no major repairs needed. They call to set up the appointments so I dont have to remember to do it and they offer flexible hours so Im not missing work to be home for appointments. Technicians and office staff are courteous and professional at all times. The annual agreement cost is reasonable and you earn credits toward a new system every year that you participate in the program. Highly recommend!

Good technician service. Had to flip my breaker a couple more times during the night but its working great. Now, 2nd time a year later and my old /AC quit. Its been very hot weather and it runs constantly. Im glad weather makers put me on the same day schedule for a really nice HVAC pro to come get mine running again. To me 102 degree heat is miserable. Very Expensive !! Low diagnostic fee, parts 500% markup, repair is fast and messy. Company was once great and might be better on installation when you can get a quote. notice the cheep damper motor and the wires hanging out! Also the vent pipe is gaping. Total cost over 700 bucks for simple repair on one part repair.

Would give zero stars, but the tech at least fixed the A/C. The part replaced was under warranty, but we were charged $245 for less than an hour of labor. After googling the part price, guess what...its approximately a $250 dollar part. Hmm... On top of that was a diagnostic fee. Told them exactly what was wrong with the unit and the dispatch even sent the tech with the right part to fix the issue. Tech shows up, spends about 40 minutes attempting to read out every single wire in the unit literally. Like he had absolutely no idea where to start. Then 15 minutes to change the part that he already brought with him to fix the fan. So, now unit is up and running..the tech then prints out our invoice. I saw the price and immediately asked, Seriously! $245 for an hr of labor?! He replied, Thats Weathermakers for you. I can pull the part back out and leave it not working if you want. Are you kidding me! We just went over 30 hrs without air and you say something that unprofessional! At this point with a family of 5 in the house, I had no choice but to pay the ungodly amount. Bottom line...Do not use Weathermakers!! Highly unprofessional tech and they have hidden parts costs for supposed warranty parts!

I would highly recommend weathermakers if you need help with your AC or heating units. They recently replaced our heat pump and electric water heater that were origional to our condo and almost 30 years old. Neither were installed properly when the condo was built but the guys from weathermakers corrected all those issues with the new install. We are very pleased with our purchase as well as the quality installation. Thanks guys!

When I received service by Weather Maker, Inc it was professional and the service technician Austin was indeed a representative and customer relationship of high standing. They recently were part of my backyard upgrade/overhaul and patio installation. Our initial visit from them was wonderful! They installed a complete new unit. My husband was preparing to deploy and I was concerned about not knowing how to operate the unit. The man, whose name I unfortunately do not recall, assured me if I had ANY problems, he would come right out. So it was a really good experience. However, do not expect the same service if you call for a repair without purchasing their service plan. I am searching for my paperwork because I believe we may have. When calling this morning, I was greeted by a rude person on the phone. I tried to explain the issue we were having in case it was an easy fix but she star rating, which I initially did, but after this morning, I realize they must be an install, take your money and run. Should the situation change and a more professional person call us, I will gladly update my review.

Absolute worst service installed system in New home have been here 8 times in 3 months and again tonight I have no heat...better off with a bucket of ice and a box fan In summer and wrapping your pipes with an electric blanket in the winter. Technicians at best couldnt fix a sandwich with everything played out for themUpdate they finally came out and fixed a thermostat wire repair lasted 3 hours and gave been without heat again for 15 hours so far with no eta of repairman this will be the 12th time out on a system they installed less than 8 months ago

We hired Weather Makers to do a whole-house system replacement, including all new ductwork and two units. We were very impressed with Michael S., who was our Comfort Specialist and kept up consistent communication. Our work crew, Tony P. and Austin, were absolutely outstanding for the two weeks of work. They came early and stayed late, even in 90+-degree temperatures. They also came to work on two consecutive Saturdays, which was very impressive and appreciated. We highly recommend Weather Makers for all your HVAC needs.

I was charged a $79 diagnosis fee for them to come out initially and once they determined it was a broken damper, covered under the warranty, I was still charged not only the original $79 diagnostic fee but also another $74 fee to pick up the part and bring it to my house - the Sales Dept.s words when I called to complain, so really another service fee. The part only cost around $200 so basically the diagnostic fee and delivery fee paid for the part. How convenient?! The warranty is a JOKE!! Nobody charges a diagnostic fee and a service fee once its determined its an item covered under the warranty. You came our once to diagnose the issue and then charge again just to come to fix it?! Totally got screwed and will never use them or recommend them to anyone else (including my builder whos getting a copy of this)

Builder subbed them to install our units. Nothing but a headache since in a house only a little over 2 years old but the issues started in year 1. Our next door page is lit up with complaints from so many neighbors who have a house by this builder that used these guys. I would avoid them like the plague. I am so annoyed at how much money their shoddy work is costing me in such a short time on a new construction, its appaling. No way I should be spending over a thousand dollars in such a short time on this houses HVAC. $750 on coolant because it leaked from 3 units cmon, suspect. Now same issue this year. Thats a lot of yearly leaking. The tech didnt or couldnt fix that leak after I was charged $750 for coolant last year, seriously? I just dont trust their work anymore. Should have been 10+ years down the road before I had to deal with this b.s. Run, run far, run fast. They wont see another dollar!

I called and reported my problem with my AC unit and spoke with a representative from the company. This was my first time ever using this company and I wasn’t told I would be charged a fee just for the tech to come out. After the tech finished diagnosing the issue with my AC he came back with a bill. The bill totaled about $135.00 or so; $85.00 was just for the technician to come out and the rest was for C02 which was used to determine were the leak was coming from. I told the tech that I was never told about the fee just for him coming here and if this fee would be deducted from the repairs if I got them done with the company and he said no. I paid him and the next day I called to speak with management. When I spoke to management I became irritated. He never apologize for the confusion or offered an apology other than saying yes there is a fee for the tech to come out. His attitude and demeanor was that of a company/person who didn’t care. All I was expecting was for him to apologize and say something to the effect of, he will get with his employees to ensure this doesn’t happen again. After the call ended I was left with the impression that this company doesn’t value their customers.

I have been a 13 year customer with Weathermakers/Kearney & Sons. I have the annual maintenance plan on my 2 zone heating and air conditioning systems. In these years they have completely replaced the Heating /AC in one zone, and replaced both water heaters. With the maintenance plan comes no extra charge for call outs nights and weekends. There have been a few repair callouts (the dreaded air conditioner capacitor failure) and they have always promptly restored service.Great, friendly technicians who take the time to explain what they are doing, or what needs to be done.Peace of mind in knowing your system is regularly inspected, cleaned, and tested.So yes, I am a loyal customer who will be with them for the next 13 years and beyond.Eventually a system will fail and need replacement. I already have a credit of $300 in my Loyalty account toward the next system replacement. Whenever that occurs, it will help reduce the replacement cost.So this is a review from a thoroughly happy customer.

I had a system develop a problem on Sat. Someone was out late Sat. afternoon and they came back Tuesday to do the repair. Efficient service.

My heat went out New Years day, I called to schedule repairs and Stephanie answered phone and was not helpful at all. It was obvious from our conversation she did not care that my family did not have heat when the tempratures were only predicted to be in the 20s and teens overnight with a blizzard predicted for Wednesday night... She said she would call me back with an appointment time. Four hours later she called me back to tell me someone could be out two days later. I said even with the tempratures and snow expected? She said yes, and that was all. I said I would call someone else and she said ok bye and hung up. I wasted all morning waiting for her to call me back. Her total lack of concern, compassion and I dont care attitude ensures I will never call Weathermaker again. I even left a message with a manager sharing my concerns and I never received a call from him either... I called a competitor and got an appointment the next day. They were happy to help me and moved appointments around to accommodate me. They actually cared that my family did not have heat in these frigid tempratures!

My home was built and Weather Makers designed the HVAC System for my builder. They used a zoned system, so one condensing unit and one air handler unit supplied HVAC for the upstairs room and the downstairs.At the very begging I had issues with the heat. When you set the downstairs thermostat to 72 degrees in winter and the upstairs thermostat to off the downstairs would get to 72 but the upstairs bedroom would get to 89-92 degrees.Service technicians told me they fixed it twice however the problem was never fixed. Once summer hit you didnt notice that the heating and zoning was still operating incorrectly. The following winter cam and the zoning issue presented itself again but they claim the 12 month warranty is expired and they refuse to fix the situation, even though they did not get the zoning correct in the begging.I would not use this contractor.I estimate large electrical projects in the commercial, government and industrial market and I warn General Contractors about this company on a regular basis.
