Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at a supplement shop! Ken helped me pick out new protein and BCAA powders, explaining the science behind them and giving his personal recommendations.

The rep Drew was excellent. He was very detailed with every question I had asked. I will come back because of him.

I went in looking for hydration mix sales associate was uninterested in what i was looking for. She didnt ask any follow up questions at all to get a better understanding of what i was looking for. So in turn i went to Wal-Mart and made my purchase i still will shop at gnc but not that location. I think the sales associate name start with a K or something.

Arrived at the store around 6:30pm. Door was closed with a sign Be back in 10 mins but no one showed up after 30 minutes. So I had to leave empty handed.

I received most courteous service in handling my return. The sales associate truly a professional in customer service.

I was in dire need of meal replacement shake so I stopped into this location. I was greeted by Tom and chose my item abruptly with the intention to hurry up and get out. Tom suggested that I take advantage of the BOGO 50% offer and I said that I wasn’t interested. We then got into a discussion about my last experience at GNC and he assured me that the location I had the bad experience at was under new management. He also said that if this location was convenient for me he would be happy to assist me whenever I needed anything else. Tom truly puts the customer first and has changed my outlook on GNC and their products. He also spoke highly of his team and said if he wasn’t there the other people would be happy to assist me.
