Brian and Russell were both SUPER helpful in our quest for a new coat for my husband. In fact, he was so pleased we doubled back so he could buy a new lightweight coat as well. The store was also really visually pleasing and the whole place smelled of sandalwood, which was a really nice touch. My husband loves his two new coats!

I went here yesterday. They are at a nice new location in the mall. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesperson. It is rather pricey but you get what you pay for. Nice selection of trendy jackets, hats hoodies, gloves and much more for the whole family. I always find that Im shopping for at The North Face. The salespeople are always so helpful

Not greeted when I entered store. Followed around store and watched as if I was going to steal. I had no bags and nowhere to hide anything so not quite sure why this happened but it felt very uncomfortable. Maybe racial profiling. Had to wait for associate to get off phone then he checked us out.

Was treated rudely by a thicker women with blonde hair who is one of the managers. Had me struggling while I was trying to buy another item in the store was talked to like a child instead of a costumer. Won’t come back to cherry hill location because of it.

Great customer service! I never review places, but the manager was so accommodating that I had to leave one. Best jacket I have ever owned. Go there. They know what theyre talking about.

The North Face has some very HIGH quality merchandise that caters to an active lifestyle. Think of their prices as in an investment for your physical protection & comfort

They are very helpful when making a return or exchange and and explain what they did afterwards in a non rush manner. You do get what youre paying for!

Admittedly their apparel can be expensive for most of us average Americans, however unlike most brands I find their quality well worth the premium. They also have a military discount and if you have access to the military exchange services they have even better deals.
