They have a large selection of beauty products and it’s the closest beauty supply store to me. I was excited to support them, and appreciated the convenience. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back after being followed around the store, which made me feel very uncomfortable shopping there. I used to work in retail, I know the methods for keeping an eye on people. Typically, it’s done a bit more tactfully so the customers don’t feel completely ostracized. The person at sunshine was very obvious, constantly hovering right next to me and staring at me. I’ve been a patron of this store since they opened and have spent hundreds of dollars there. While I don’t think this means I deserve special treatment, I would never steal. When you have a clientele that is mostly people of color, who are often racially profiled in retail environments, you need to do better. Also, we’re still in a pandemic and I don’t really appreciate having some stranger breathing down my neck.

This place has it all, from beauty to all your hair needs. I mean damn near everything from high end items to low end items. I don’t wear weaves but they have tons of options for those who wear it. Cute cosmetic jewelry and hair accessories. Most importantly you’re not being hounded or constantly watched as if you’re doing something suspicious so shopping is made easy. True peace of mind!

I came here with my Mom and two of my nieces my mother and one of my nieces felt like they were being watched but my other niece and I didnt. They were short staffed because of this dreadful virus and only two men were on and kept saying they couldnt sell any units even though we knew which and where the units we wanted to purchased were at. (A lot of the units to be sold were right underneath the mannequins) I needed glue and glue remover and I definetly should have did my own research before coming in because when I guess I asked too many questions about which glue goes with which remover the owner got a little irked and just started saying any glue and remover would suffice (ladies this is not true). In all honesty they werent that bad we were in there for quite awhile and my only major issue was that I had to keep putting my stuff on the counter because I needed a lot of stuff and they kept ringing me up even though I told them repeatedly I wasnt ready. . I like to see what Im getting charged for!! They have a wonderful selection of everything. I do plan on going back for the right glue and remover and when the owners wife came in she let us get the unit and she cut the lace perfectly.

The store is currently stating they are open for business until 7:30 pm. Luckily I called & wrote to enquire before taking unnecessary drive over there. I wrote them around 2pm & am just now getting text back after 4p that they left at or about 1:45 🤔🤔I asked if they had hair supplies I need & was told yes however; he wasnt planning on being there tomorrow nor do they know when they will be. In the midst of a Pandemic, I think it only Professional ro put up Accurate information & not mislead the public. Bad enough Im an Essential worker looker for open businesses to keep myself up to par... I hope Others call before & not be misled as well

The one and only store I shop for my hair supplies. Im always greeted with kindness and treated like a valuable customer! I also think the prices are great!

They have the greatest selection of hair products Ive ever seen inside a beauty supply. Not to mention the extensive wig options they have. Staff is very helpful as well. I dont go anywhere else for what ever beauty supplies I may need.

They have an enormous stock of beauty supplies. Feels like its stacked to the ceiling when you walk in. The girls who work here are very nice and funny. Will help you find anything. There is plenty of parking in front of the store as well as a large awning for when it rains.

Thee best beauty supply spot in the entire area! And believe me...Ive been to quite a few. Beauty supply stores are like Candy stores for women! Lol, The only one better that Ive been to is in Tallahassee Florida so, the trophy goes to...🏆SUNSHINE!!

So on 01/19/19 I go in to buy Mizani Relaxer, this is my FIRST TIME at this store. when I purchased this, I Asked the woman behind the counter about the ACTIVATOR and she tells me that I dont need it and since some relaxers dont need activator I took her word for it, even though she wasnt African American. i get home to use it and of course it doesnt take. I go back up the store a few days later on my off day and explain the situation. The young guy behind the counter tells me he has to call SONNY the owner to get permission to exchange the product. i was supposed to be the given the activator and they had the ACTIVATOR BEHIND THE COUNTER. He comes back and tell me the owner said no because it was opened. They sold me an incomplete set and then would NOT correct the situation. As if I was supposed to buy it AGAIN AT FULL PRICE just to get what i should have been given to me the first time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NEVER COME BACK.

They are nice, although they can be clingy. They follow you around and keep talking to you but thats only because they want to make sure youre getting the help you need. My mom loves going here and they are always very curtious to her as well. Its the only store like this that we shop at because they have so much to offer and very nice service. Thank you!

They have reopened and the safety is under control I didnt feel nervous about going shopping inside of there after the Covid-19 virus, (MASK ARE A MUST) So dont forget yours or No Service or Entry at all...

Please do not get any frontals from this place they are not good quality and after expressing this to the staff and owner they still proceeded to place blame on how I slept and how I applied it, wasn’t until I showed the owner that I know how to properly lay down a lace frontal than he told me to take the frontal off of the wig I made and bring it back for a refund. I came in the next day for my refund and nobody had any knowledge of this, so one of the girls called him at the sicklerville location and he asked her to ask me if I had the packaging with it after telling him the day before I didn’t when he was in front of me after 10 mins i finally received my refund . Honestly dealing with them is so not worth your energy and time.

Well what cant I say good about this store?! I was sooooo excited when I realized that this was the same store with a location in Sicklerville NJ. The staff and owners are more than helpful and friendly. And as an African American I can testify that unlike other stores where you feel you are being followed this store is not like that at all!!! Trust me they are around and friendly but not overly friendly where you feel as if they are watching your every move. Ecspecially when you are like me and truly shopping with every intention of paying!!!! Lol but seriously if you are a thief dont shop here!!!!!! Because for one thing its scum like you that is the reason why they have increase their wonderfully reasonable prices!! Secondly their security system is top notch so dont embarrass yourself!!! Special thanks to my favorite wig girl!!! She is excellent at preparing your head and wig, cuts your lace to perfection and recommends the best products!!! Also love the free samples they give you at purchase 🤗💕
