Customer service is poor at this store. Employees here have an attitude and are not willing to help. As a licensed cosmetologist I like to know about new products on the market and their use, so I ask! Courtesy is key for a successful business!

On several occasions I’ve driven out of my way to this store in hopes of finding a color selection Delran or Marlton may not have. The several times I’ve come during business hours like right now at 11:54am on a Tuesday 06/22/2021, the door is locked and has a note that says “be right back”. The hours on the website should be updated around this since it seems to be a reoccurring issue only with this location! There have been 3 other customers that also have turned around at the door today due to this circumstance… which understandably being short staffed can cause these issues. But this causes inconvenience for shoppers and stylists supplying salons, as the website does not reflect this hiccups in your hours. Please considering updating hours to reflect this, as this is taking time out of not only my schedule but others as well.

The girls are helpful and nice. The store though, is poorly stocked and changing product lines. I have to shop more online other places now.

I was in this store recently shopping. The two older women that work there are so incredibly rude. Every time I go in there. Especially this last time. I don’t appreciate their attitude or lack of acknowledgement when your shopping inside there. It makes it extremely uncomfortable and hesitate to ask a question. I will say the young girl at the register was extremely nice. It’s A shame to work in a environment with unpleasant employees.

They dont sell hair of any kind a waste of time if you want hair. I wish someone would of told me never would of gone waste my time.

The ladies at CosmoProf Cherry Hill are helpful and courteous. They know their products and always introduce me to different brands that would be beneficial to me both as a Stylist and to the salon. Not to mention, the store is spotless!

Good place for products that I need fast. One Saturday morning I was there when they say they open and the girl was at the register and door was closed. More ppl were outside waiting to go in for 20 min. Other then that havent had a problem.

I love my beauty store their manager Judy is very helpful and kind and so is Linda and they always hire new girls their share their demeanor of kindness

The associate there was super sweet and very helpful, she gave me some samples based on my needs and helped me find everything I was looking for. Only downside is the iron I wanted was out of stock at the time.

Manager Judy (wears glasses) a lil rude no manners thank you or please. Seems like she’s not happy working there. I could hear her on the phone talking to someone rudely seemed as if it was an employee.
