Cashier/ manager was so helpful entire time we shopped. Found us everything we asked for with lots of good recommendations and answered our questions quickly and honestly. Helped me look up my old account and offered me promo gift bag for my purchases. Definitely a courteous experience as Im disabled & cant stand for prolonged periods. Not only was she super patient, proactive and friendly, but didnt mind going back to check for stock if shelves were out of a color product. We look forward to doing more shopping here soon!

Oh my goodness it was awesome!!! Bridget and Kim both listened to exactly what I wanted. I showed them a photo. That I created in an app. They told me exactly how to achieve the look. When they only had one product instead of two. They gave me another to mix with it. They, also gave me a lot of tips. Things Ive never would have thought of. They even repeated everything so I could write it down.

This Sallys in cherry hill is the worst spend well over $100 and everything they sold me was used one item was broken and the other nearly empty and dried product coming out the lady was soo rude they have the worst customer service Ive seen in a long time the Sallys in Audobon is pretty fantastic I suggest to go there.
I called to ask if they had a specific color dye, they said they did so I drove all the way there (not close by) and I saw the display strip for it but not the box so I asked the employee. She told me it was actually a discontinued color (not true), and her and a few other employees continued to tell me what I should buy for the color they assumed I was trying to get. I asked why dont they take off the display if the color is discontinued, and they walked away without answering.
Nicole was very rude. I asked for help for a color and she started getting mad and walked away. When i asked her if she knows if there is 50/50 in a color she got an attitude and told me she didnt make it so how would she know poor service!

I went in to this location today and dealt with a girl name Kayla C. She was extremely rude to me because the eye pencil I wanted to purchase read $2.49 but was coming up as $3.99. Once I questioned it and she saw the price it was supposed to be she had an attitude and then proceed to say if you have a problem with it call our customer service number. I then asked her for the number and she replied I cant give it to you right now... stepside so I can deal with other customers. Let me remind you I spent $100 in just that transaction. When I proceeded to ask for manager, she informed me that there was no manager on duty and that no one could help me. Terrible customer service! I am so disappointed with Sallys staff!
No bag when I checked out unless I paid extra for it! Will never go back. Absolutely crazy Sally pushes the cost of a paper bag onto customers!
Employees dont have any knowledge of the products that they sell most dont even know if they carry certain products or not I believe all theyre trying to do is stock the shelves and handle the money
