First time in this location. First impression when walking in; very clean, neat and orderly. The store was well organized and very tidy. Most BB&B are overflowing w stuff everywhere. They didn’t have a huge section of fall decorations, maybe they will get more. The staff that I encountered was very nice. I scored some plant plaques for $3! They would make great gifts for anyone who loves plants.

Discontinued carrying Oster? Really? This expensive Breville is lame. See ya soon.

Everything was great until I got to check out with my 8 items and was told there were no bags so I could either carry my stuff out by hand or buy a bag. So I purchased a bag cause I wasn’t gonna be walking out with a bunch of items just to be exiting and to my left at the customer service station there were plenty of large bags. I was annoyed and frustrated especially being 6 months pregnant. Where was the communication within on the store… or was there some kind of contest to sell reusable bags. I was so confused that was extremely ghetto to me!!!

I went to buy a patio lounge chair, and it was right in the front! Awesome! The price was even more awesome! 50$, with the coupon 40$! Then the cashier at customer service was even more awesome! My trip was just, you know Awesome 😎☺️☺️

Bed Bath & Beyond reorganized the store. Looks better! Takes a little to find things but has signs that group things together better.

Remodeling and rearranging made for some improvements but some products are no longer carried. Love that they will still honor expired coupons so why put an expiration date on them at all?

Store had a great sale on wood coat hangers $3 a pack, regularly theyre over $8. I also bought under sink plastic storage containers for $2, regularly $7.I found a covered clothes hanging rack for $21.Normally this store is over priced, but I always have 20% coupons.This store is heavily staffed.

Love Bed Bath & Beyond for household items. Got a gift certificate for Christmas 2 years ago and went there to pick up my Yankee Candle WoodWick candles (they sound like a crackling fire when lit) and a new bedspread for our master bedroom. Store is always clean never have any problems finding staff and they are all knowledgeable and friendly.

N didnt even bother to try and call for help until i asked her to then he told me they didnt have them n didnt even offer to check b see if it could be ordered online.....i used to work there as a front end mangwr and can honestly say if my customer service cashier did that she would habe been documented and i would have reported the person she called up to.my mod or store manger it was poor service and i called the mt laurel store and theu checked n noticed they didnt have them bit took thr offort to ler me know i could order the product online.....that was my first and last trip to the cherryhill bed bath and beyonf n always heard so many good stories guess they lost all the good ppl but i wont b back n we jist moved n need to redo our new place n ill take the 30 min drive to mt laurel for the service

You can almost always find what you want at reasonable prices with coupons pretty much always available. Their return policy is good and the stores that have the pharmacies for non-prescription drugs and the food section of international goods always seem to have something interesting to try. If you cant find something there you can order it and you can order and ship playing gifts from there also.

Too easy to get lost in beyond... LolNice people, very helpful. Cool stuff to look at and from which to get ideas.

I might be the last person to understand what the Beyond part of BB&B actually meant but was enlightened when I went to the store to pick up a specific Brissell Vaccuum I was looking for. It was not in stock at that location but the sales person was happy to order it for me, apply my 20% discount and bumped me up for free shipping to have it delivered directly to my home! If that were Walmart they would have told me too bad, so sad youre SOL...lolI received the vaccum in less than a week and it was exactly what I was looking for. Great experience, outstanding customer service and plenty of shopping options. Doesnt get a whole lot better than that.BTW Im a huge Bissell fan and both these vacs are awesome for the money.

Nice visit but $40 for a shower curtain seemed high and 2 employees seemed to busy or a bit unhappy. One lady at the register was very delightful. When your shopping you want to be around happy people. When I am at work I smile and am kind. Despite the fact Im surrounded by creeps and imbeciles and my life is a wreck. I smile and am courteous like I dont have a care in the world.

I had the most wonderful visit on Thursday. This store is packed with everything I want! I found wonderful supplies for the kitchen and bedroom. The greatest thing about this visit was Mike. This wonderful man saved me all day, I had question after question, needed help with item pricing and he was there! He was so patient and trust me...he knows his stuff ! When I needed help in other areas I went looking for him and he was there! This man is so on point and willing to help. I was so grateful to see a worker whose heart was in his job and WOW did it help me. Thank you Mike! Danielle checked me out and was also very pleasant. Ill be back!!

This store in Cherry Hill didn’t have what I was looking for but it did have too many staff following you around the store. They need to learn how to use a overhead camera or something. Makes you feel uncomfortable to shop there. They were all friendly and I heard some ask people did they need a basket which I thought was very nice. I don’t think I will ever go there again. Cannot stand to be watched like that while shopping.

Very helpful staff on a busy holiday night. Went looking for a 2 ounce bottle of something and the manager and an associate both ran around the store, very cordially, working to find it. They were not grumpy or a displeasure at all. Once they located it, they were off helping others.

After placing an order it apparently took 5 days to be assigned a shipping number and stii hasnt left the shelf. Way to go. Now its being shipped via snail mail. Supposed to be delivered by the 11th if no it will be returned. I have read many people saying they ordered shavers and when they opened the box it had been apparently used due to the fact there was a lot of hair stubble in the box and in the razors was this world coming to anymore. I have ordered merchandise from overseas and have received it in less time than it takes something to leave the shop and be assigned a shipping number in the United States something seriously wrong here.

One of my favorite stores! The coupons are such a great incentive for quality items. The bedding has so many choices for every budget. Kitchen area a plus as there are items I dont find elsewhere. Lots of selections, some stores also have some food items and snacks, also drugstore items. Saves me time and money as I can do a lot with one stop.

Going through Bed Bath & Beyond its like a giant toy store they have a little bit of everything in there

This is my favorite Bed Bath and beyond location for 2 reasons. First, they are the only location that offers a full beauty and bath supply section with everything from cosmetics to soap to shaving supplies. Second, the staff here is so kind and helpful. When I need to use the wheelchair, they help me adjust it for my height (or lack there of!) and help me during check out if I cant reach to complete the whole process. Really helpful people, no huffing and puffing, just smiles and offers to do more to help. Way to go Bed Bath & Beyond!

Doesnt take much 2 get a good review from me. They simply had what i was lookin 4 when several other places didnt.

Today I tried to buy a humidifier in the store and found out that store price is higher than online price from bed bath beyond its own website. I asked the store manager to match the price to bed bath beyond its own website price. She told me that she can only do either price match or allow me to use 20% off coupon with store price. Store price is $15 higher than the company’s website. It doesn’t make sense that a bed bath beyond store doesn’t acknowledge its own website price, and called it price match and disallowed me to use 20% off coupon. Price match is used for matching competitors’ price, I guess bed bath beyond website become their own competitor. Not sure if this is nationwide practice for the store to increase price in the store compared to its own website, and does not honor the coupon when I show the price on the company website to match.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond. I could spend hours in here. However, even though they still take expired coupons... The company has become picky about how you use the coupons and what you use them on. Not to mention, the return policy has significantly changed over the past few years and its not as good as it used to be.

I recently went to this location looking to purchase a seasonal hot sauce gift pack that was currently out of stock in the stores but available online. I called and spoke to Mike, went to the store about 5 min. later, spoke to him, and in no time was able to place an order to have it shipped to me🤗! He was awesome during the whole transaction and helped me out greatly🙌! Would definitely return😎!P.S. - I just received the box in the mail (came sooner than expected which is awesome ; originally said it was arriving by FedEx but instead came by USPS). Sauce pack was protected very nicely and cushioned to prevent breakage. All bottles were intact🤗. Have yet to try them out but Im sure I will love them!

Extremely poor & unacceptable behavior & attitude from Manager Dave. After I repeatedly apologized for my 1 year old spilling his cup of milk, Dave had no shame in expressing his feelings tonight. I can not believe anyone would have such animosity towards a 1 year old. I did my best to apologize for my son as he can not talk because he is just a little baby. Dave let it be known that it wasn’t good enough. What was suppose to be a family fun shopping experience, turned into one of the worst and most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life.

This is the absolute BEST Bed Bath and Beyond I have ever had the pleasure to step foot in to shop. Their Staff is always friendly and helpful to take you directly to an item. T multiple associates greet and ask you if you need anything. They aim to please and show amazing customer service. Whoever manages this store should rise to the top because they do an awesome job with training and motivating their employees to do a great job with a happy disposition. I will always shop at this store as long as they keep their service top notch. Keep up the great service!

I havent been to bed bath and beyond in a long time. They do sell items unique to their store. The store is always bright and clean and if you can find a store employee theyre very helpful and knowledgeable and always courteous. The store is a little more than bed bath and beyond now they have a mini mart inside, I dont remember the store being set up like that years ago but I guess it cant be a bad thing.

Excellent prices always able to find bargains staff is friendly, well trained, and always open up enough check out planes to disperse Customers! Definitely would recommend this Store!

Alot of things always out of stock

This was a nice store however there was this one staff member that kept asking me if I need help. He was pretty annoying. I didnt need help the first time he asked or 8 times after that. Unfortunately he wasnt wearing a name tag. Most of the staff was nice but not the stalker and the older women who was at customer service she was kinda stuck up. I did like the fact they had a food that has a lot of items that they carry at whole foods snacks and things and the fact that they have a Harmony Drug area there too. The staff is a little much.

Now I know that what is Beyond means. Their stocks are almost everything in your households items. It is very convenient for one stop shop. And the price is reasonable. Friendly service. I will recommend to a friend.

I never go to this store, I want to preface this by saying that. Everything is awesome but cost lots of money so I tend to stay away, however on this day I needed a few toiletries and I had just finished going to home depot.When I walked in, the place smelled nice, like they had aroma therapy pumping through the vents or something, it made me feel good going in. As I walked through the aisles, there wasnt a single item out of place, which is a testament to a total team effort. When a store is up kept, thats a clear indicator that the people who work care and have high ethical standards. All of the employees were kind and asked if I needed any help, it was great. After perusing and wasting too much time deciding on which yankee candle to take home, I was ready to check out.Ive to say, I was already 5 star satisfied with my experience already but I wasnt really inspired to write a review cause I never write reviews, unless I get a discount or something out of it. But I was supremely inspired to write one when I saw the manager, who looked close to term with a child, lead her team during a swift and unexpected rush of customers. I have mad respect for this lady to work during her pregnancy, and even infinitely more respect toward her for being a boss and holding it down.

The bed sheets I bought felt buttery soft on the test swatch and were not nearly that soft when purchased, even after multiple washings. I feel kind of mislead. I do however love the towels I bought. The product selection overall was good - lots of choices and well-stocked. The prices were not too steep.I would shop there again, despite being made to feel anxious by the time the 4th or 5th employee speed walked over to me to ask if I needed help. How many employees does a B, B, & B store need on a single shift? Im sure they meant well but every third aisle another one was running out to ask if I needed anything. Seriously, at least 7 employees came up to me. I wouldve spent more money, but the vibe was creepy and I ended up wanting to get my stuff and get out of there.The cashier was really helpful as I forgot my coupon and she showed me how to get one online. Also, she didnt chase me around the store, so props to her for knowing how to be low-key friendly and genuinely helpful.

We visited the Marlton store yesterday and a wonderful associate named Christopher helped us find the perfect set of pots and pans. Unfortunately Marlton store did not have them in stock. Christopher quickly found us a set at the Cherry Hill location and at that time informed us that the set was on sale. We were thrilled and had him call the Cherry Hill Store right away to put it on hold for pick up on 7/3, which is today. We went to pick it up and found the clerk in charge more interested in her McDonalds french fries than doing her job. She never greeted me or told me her name. I asked if she knew about my pots and pans. She told me to go to Customer Service. As I was walking away she said maybe they are in the backroom. They were, I went to the register and was charged full price. I explained how I came to be there and that they were suppose to be on sale @ $119.00. I had made sure before I left Marlton as to the exact price. They called a manager, he told me there was nothing he could do. The cashier actually told me to buy them and just go back to Marlton and get the difference. My problem is at no time did either of them try to call Christopher who was working in Marlton and could have taken care of all of it. Even though I did suggest it several times. Needless to say I have come home potless!

Nice store with an array of household goods. They have anything from bedding, scented candles, furniture, and a long list of other household furnishings and decorative items. They are definitely over priced.

Cant beat the 20% coupon. Still smart to price compare, they honor price match.

The Beyond area is quite exceptional. I purchased a remote control that almost ruined my life, but in the end taught me a valuable lesson.
